About this house rental

This inviting 1600 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfect for snowbirds and has great monthly rates. Free WIFI throughout property and satellite TV. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. It also includes a direct walk out to the backyard which has a gorgeous custom designed heated pool and 5 fruit trees! Both guest rooms both have a queen bed and a warm decor. There are three flat screen TV's in the house, as well as a sound system in the living room and outside. Kitchen is fully updated and has everything you could need including: coffee pot, blender, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The covered lanai is a great place to eat dinner, or you can choose to eat in the kitchen the modern dining table with seating for 6. The pool is heated (upon request $)and has a shallow end for children. Pool comes with an umbrella and in pool seating for those blazing hot Arizona days. The home also has a wood burning firepit outside, pool toys and floaties. NO LIFE JACKETS on premises. You have to see this house to believe how beautifully decorated it is and is the perfect spot for your next family vacation! Only 5 mins from the new and exciting shopping district of Prasada! Every amenity you could ever want and more is located within a 5 min drive including - Costco, restaurants, shopping and soon a casino!

Amazing home - great location and a very nice pool and outdoor grilling area. The kitchen was super easy to cook in. Our dog loved his stay too! Raymond was super helpful. Would recommend!

We enjoyed our visit immensely. First time in a VRBO so weren’t sure what to expect. Pleasantly surprised. Very clean and comfortable. Owner easy to work with. Great location as well. Definitely will stay again

Pool at perfect temperature with great decoration, quiet neighborhood, this was also a good time of the year as far as weather: Not too hot nor cold. Just a little note: If you like cooking while on vacation, the kitchen is a bit lacking like one small pot and one big one with 5 lids that didn't fit. That was not a big problem for us.

House, pool, and neighborhood were nice, I’d stay there again. Really enjoyed the pool. Green area across street was nice for my dog. Grocery store and restaurants near by. The kitchen is the best equipped VRBO I’ve seen, everything you could possibly need. Lots of bath and pool towels. Laundry was nice. Had one problem which home owner quickly resolved. Home owner very easy to work with, quick to respond to questions snd inquiries.

My hubby and I with the family had a great stay at Ray’s vacation home for 2 weeks . Pool was wonderful and the layout of home very nice . With the park across the street, walks were enjoyable for the family and dogs . Certainly a nice place to vacation. And Ray was very responsive to any questions we had . Definitely would like to come back.

Ray was a breeze to work with. Always helped and answered any questions we had. LOVED the outdoor area by pool! Fresh oranges and grapefruit on backyard trees were Amazing! Pool, palm trees, water feature, lounge chairs, fire pit ( although we did not use fire pit OR the gas grill while our month there). Property/ pool all taken very well care of while there. Kitchen very well stocked with pots pans/ Keurig or coffee maker, etc. Great, quiet location. Felt very safe. Thanks again Raymond Roy for a Great stay!

Excellent property.

Excellent property.

Had an initial problem which the owner did not know about but when notified he immediately took care of it. We have rented this property before and it is an excellent house and grounds to stay in. Quiet location with easy access to a number of nearby shopping locations and to a major 4 lane highway. Would not hesitate to rent it again if the occasion arises where we need to be in the area again.

The pool and covered veranda are the highlights of this location making for enjoyable swimming days and evening get togethers. Bedrooms and baths functioned well for what we needed. Good security and privacy. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Wouldn’t mind buying the place.

While the house looked good on line, we found it to be very dated. The living room TV was not connected properly so we had to reconnect it. The kitchen was in disarray with little organization to the dishes and pots/pans. The pots/pans need to be replaced. They all had chips and scratches in the non stick coating making them unappealing to cook in. The mattresses need to be replaced as there were stains and odors on them. The patio furniture was in disrepair and not very comfortable. The Keurig coffee maker, the washer and dryer and the pool were very nice. (The pool tech never came by so we assumed that the chemical levels were appropriate.)

House was perfect for myself, husband, two toddlers, my mother, brother and his wife. Pool is great for young kids that can’t swim because there’s a large shallow landing that they can hang out in. Location was great. House had everything and more that you need for a comfortable stay. Received a ton of info from owner prior to arriving but two attempts to reach them during 9-day stay were unsuccessful. Overall, I would book this house again in a heartbeat.

This three bedroom house located in Surprise with a pool in the back yard is located in a very quiet neighborhood and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The pool is a great plus. We didn't find many things to do in Surprise, but we came to sit in the sun and relax. January may be a bit cold yet, but we enjoyed getting away. Raymond responded promptly to any questions we had and was easy to work with. Overall a great place to stay!!

Our stay was just great! Our home flooded and was able to find this awesome home to stay in for a month while our house was remodeled. The homeowner and her sister were very attentive to our needs. The pool was a great way for us to relieve some of the stress of having our home remodeled while taking care of our newborn. AMAZING STAY!

We spend 17 days (June 2020) at this great property. It is located in a quiet family oriented neighborhood, very close to the freeway, stores, parks, everything! The house has all you need (towels, bedding/blankets, kitchen stuff, wifi, alarm system, W&D, etc) Easy check in/out. We didnt have any problem and Ray, the owner, is a wonderful host, answering quickly to all our questions. The pool is amazing!! My kids spend most of the time there. Wonderful property!

We enjoyed our stay at Northwest Ranch. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were lots of games and pool toys for the kids to play with. We would definitely stay here again.

When you walk into this beautiful house you feel as if the ocean is waiting for you in the backyard. The decor is very homey and gives a feel of a no worries no problem atmosphere. It was a pleasure to have had the chance to communicate and work with Ray and this is a place that I would highly recommend to stay at!

House is wonderful and pool was awesome to jump into on those hot AZ days. Easy access to everything. Would highly recommend. This is also the second time we’ve rented the house. :)
