The location was great (downtown Cocoa Beach) yet not so congested or busy like the big city. Although the building is a bit older, the renovated pool looks good and they are repainting the exterior and some new windows in the underground parking garage. We had some troubles with the old garage door opener but they do have an inside manual door button in case you can't get the opener remote to work. The condo was very nice, views are great, walking distance to some dinning options, many with live music. The only big complaint is the common areas (pool, beach gate, garage door and front door) locks were all stuck (maybe sand got into them) but we found this a definite problem and expressed by others visiting and who lived there. They need to upgrade them with locks which work in sandy/salt waster conditions! Once settled the condo was so nice it definitely felt homelike way more than a mere motel/hotel room. It was good to park underground and have the elevator take you directly to your floor. We'd recommend this condo and will likely plan to visit again.

This is our fourth time in six years staying at this complex. We love the complex, but especially love this condo! The owners are easy to communicate with and the condo is perfect for our family of 4! We will for sure be returning and hopefully booking this condo again if it’s available in future years!!

Owners were very accommodating and respond quickly. Unit was very nice. The building is older and needs work, but that’s not saying anything about the unit itself. We would definitely book again.

Communication with the owner was great. The condo has great views, we even got to see a rocket launch on the beach. The condo was very spacious. Only issue was cleanliness of the condo. The floors were so dirty. We scrubbed the floors ourselves the first day, no biggie. Everything else was pretty clean. The pool was closed for remodeling which we weren’t aware of, but I’m glad it was, why visit a pool when you have an ocean! Beds were comfy, we spent majority of our time on the beach. Overall we had a great stay!

We were here for 2 weeks. It was fabulous. You cannot beat the views of and access to the beach. The condo is nicely done, clean, spacious and sits yards from the ocean. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony watching the ocean and listening to the waves. Dolphins played off shore. Great sunrises! And we watched a rocket launch from the beach. Very responsive owner. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view for a very reasonable cost. Walking distance to lots of good places to eat and shop. I’m new to VRBO, but I find it hard to believe that all hosts are as responsive as these folks. They couldn’t have been better in serving our needs. Will rent this place again soon!

The place was great, view was great. Had to move a few things to the spare bedroom room because my 14 month old granddaughter was visiting and didn’t want her to accidentally break something. Overall great experience

Property was exactly as posted. The beds were amazing and the ocean view was amazing and calming. Was able to see the lift offs of Cape Canaveral from our balcony. The whole trip was very relaxing & stress free. Would book again for sure.

The view here is great! -- The 5th floor balcony provides front row seats to Cocoa Beach, gorgeous sunrises, cruise boats coming and going, we saw one impressive rainbow, and even got to see a rocket launch….When we could pull ourselves away from all that, we found the location to be perfect-- right in the heart of Cocoa Beach where there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance (loved Foxtail Coffee) —It was a short, easy drive to the many area attractions. The unit itself was clean, very comfortable and well appointed (we especially loved the manatee painting) – we are ones who like to be out and about all day but relax and cook dinners in, so we especially loved that the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to do that-including quality cookware! The secured parking was appreciated…as was the elevator from the garage to the 5th floor… Looking forward to our next visit already...

The view from this unit is amazing. Full view of the Atlantic with the balcony made it 100% worth it. The location is great as well. It did get a little loud with Coconuts on the Beach next door, but that may have just been a 4th of July day thing as that was the only time it was an issue. Garage parking spot was also a big plus. Owner was easy to communicate with as well. Only downside is the unit was a bit dated, needs some TLC. Overall, it won’t stop us from coming back, we really enjoyed it:

Location was awesome. Condo was cozy. Beds were comfortable. New reclining sofa in the livingroom. Outdates kitchen had a lingering smell of wet wood. The fridge and freezer were dirty. The drawers were full of crumbs. Bring your own body boards or beach chairs. They do not provide any( there are some rusty chairs in the garage, a broken body board and some other random beach toys). Entrance keys gave u a gard time to open the doors. Pool is not in a great shape. No umbrellas, faded chairs. Communication with manager was good.

This is our third year visiting Cocoa Beach and staying at Boardwalk Condos. We’ve stayed in a different condo each time and this was by far our favorite. Mark was fantastic with his communication! Checkin was seamless and the condo was spotless upon arrival! The condo was the perfect setup for our family of 4. The checkout instructions were simple to follow leaving no room for error on our part. The view is amazing!!! And the location couldn’t be better! We hope to stay in this condo again next year!!

Place was just as pictured and everything was very clean and neat. New couch and love seat were an added plus! We loved the location as it was directly on the beach and right in the middle of the shops and places to eat. Only got in our car twice the whole week! Mark was very prompt in getting back to us with any questions and was helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again!

Overall our stay was good. Upon arrival we realized the dishwasher was not working. I contacted Mark the manager. He said he was aware and that it needed to be replaced. Three day later the new dishwasher was installed. The unit was clean and well stocked. The construction next door was not mentioned until we received check-in information. Although this may not have changed my decision I feel it should have been mentioned earlier.

Beautifully appointed condo directly on the beach. Beautiful view! Walk to nearby entertainment and restaurants. Very comfortable furniture. Kitchen and laundry had everything we would need. The owner even sent along a crockpot when I asked if he had one there.

My family really enjoyed our time here at Cocoa Beach. The accommodations were exactly as advertised. Check in/out was easy. The location was perfect. Walking distance to several restaurants and the beach! We almost caught a rocket launch while we were there. I believe the balcony would be a perfect place to experience that. Thanks for a great stay - we would love to come back.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a lovely time. The condo is nicely appointed, comfortable, and clean. The location can't be beat, easy walking distance to nice restaurants and seconds to the beach. We stayed here with two adults and two kids and were very comfortable. Highly recommend. My one quibble with the place is that the sliding glass doors to the deck are really hard to open. This would be an issue if you were disabled or young. My 8 year old wasn't able to open them.

I would highly recommend this property! It was conveniently located by the beach and restaurants. The view was beautiful! The parking garage was so handy for transporting luggage. We also liked that there were beach chairs and sand toys in the garage that we were able to use and leave there when we were done at the beach each day. The condo was clean and was more than big enough for our family of 4. The neighbors were all friendly and helpful. Mark was also very nice to work with! We hope to stay here again.

Owner did not tell us of the major construction going on next door. It was impossible to sit outside because of noise and dust. It’s a big project that will last a couple of years! Kitchen had rusted bakeware, Teflon ruined pans, chipped dishes and mismatched flatware. Owner’s response was that it wasn’t advertised as a gourmet kitchen. Master bedroom had ceiling tiles falling on us and ceiling fan that didn’t work right. The owner said the music from next door had to stop by 10pm but that wasn’t true. It’d go until midnight. Only one owner lives in this entire complex and it shows. This owner lives in CA.

Very clean and well maintained. Plenty of room on the beach. Host has thought of everything, especially for those that fly in. There are games, cards, and puzzles. There are plenty of dishes and utensils for your use. If you have young children they even have a pack and play, a safety net for the railing and a bin of beach toys. Host is very responsive. Neighborhood is nice and there are plenty of places to eat close by. We will definitely stay here again.
