Casa MariMar offers 3 fully furnished bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs. One bedroom downstairs with a half restroom and an outdoor shower. It has been appointed with modern furniture to satisfy even the most discerning vacationer. For the fisherman/woman in your family, the home offers an oversized 5,500 lb boat lift that can accommodate up to a 22ft boat, and for added convenience, we include a five passenger Golf Cart for your stay, free of charge.

Fully remodeled kitchen and an updated downstairs, including a bonus room, "the nest". The Nest is a well appointed garage apartment that can sleep 2. It is smaller but very well equipped 4th bedroom.

Casa MariMar is ideally located on the second canal from the bay, is close to the Marina and just minutes from the beach. It offers fast wi-fi, a smart TV and lots of board games to keep the family entertained. The possibilities are endless at Casa Marimar; you can fish, swim, BBQ and clean the fish at the stainless cleaning station on the dock.

The outside entertaining spaces are large, inviting and include a large variety of outdoor
seating. Tan and relax on the upper sun deck or reel in "The Big One" downstairs, Casa
MariMar is an Oasis in itself. Whether you are a looking to entertain a group, your family or a romantic getaway, this is the vacation spot for you. Memories are waiting to be made and the fish, blue crab and oyster are here for you to catch.

In addition to the large outdoor entertaining areas, downstairs you will also enjoy the
convenience of an extra refrigerator, an outdoor shower and an extra bathroom; Plenty of room for everyone to have a memorable vacation.

Within the community is a private boat launch, a community swimming pool and a private fishing pier. Additional Sea Isle amenities include a bait shop, tennis and basketball courts and the famous Sand Bar for food and drinks. Please note that a separate fee is required to access the community swimming pool (which, thanks to our private pool, you won't need!).

We have been renting Casa MariMar for the past 6 years. We absolutely love it, it’s clean the amenities are amazing, my kids love the kayaks, paddle boards, not to mention the pool and golf cart. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we go to Galveston. Mercedes is so helpful and accommodating, anything you need she is there to help you with, if I send her a message she immediately responds. My family and I feel like Casa MariMar is truly our home away from home.

This house is by far my favorite house in sea isle and I’ve rented A LOT of houses in the area. It has so much room and is so clean and neat! The hose was very responsive and really worked with us to make our stay even better! The pool was so much fun a long with the hammocks and outdoor bar! The entire outdoor area is incredible. There’s an amazing tanning deck if that’s what you want or can sit under shade by the pool on a hammock. The golf card was also a huge plus! We took it to the marina ever day for food! I will probably never rent another house in sea isle again.

Very clean property with plenty of space. Comfy beds and pillows. Lots of items available to use in the kitchen. Extremely quiet community. We loved the peacefulness at night time. Definitely not a party home. Mercedes communicates as needed and answers all questions promptly. My boyfriend brought his 26’ foot boat. It did not fit on the lift, however we tied it off with bumpers and that worked wonderfully! Would definitely recommend this location.

We stayed with our five preteen kids and loved it! Tons of options, house was clean and well furnished, and we have no complaints! Everyone enjoyed the kayak and paddle boards in the canal, and the pool was great for evenings. The location was a bit farther out from Galveston than initially realized but we easily could drive for “in town” entertainment. Would stay again and highly recommend!

We have stayed at Casa MariMar for at least four years. Everything is always perfect. The house and pool are clean. The decor is beautiful. We have always had a wonderful time. The management team is awesome. There is so much included including the golf cart, kayaks, paddle boards. Just couldn’t ask for more to make the experience excellent. Look forward to next year. I’m originally from Texas but just recently moved for work to Washington state so I come home to visit once a year and wanted to have something to hang out and enjoy my time with family and this spot was THE PLACE! My guests and I absolutely love it I already have family wanting to rent it out again for birthdays and fun family time in the future! Thank you for the opportunity to have a fun carefree time! What an amazing experience! My husband and I along with our best friends have made several vacation trips to Galveston over the years. But we have never stayed in a house located on the canals. First the house is exactly how it is advertised. Located only 2 rows from bay. So convenient, just a short golf cart ride to marina, boat ramp, fishing pier, small store and restaurant, as well as beach access. House was exceptionally clean, outdoor area was perfect-pool, grill, fishing, kayaks, paddle boards, outdoor shower and several sitting areas. The outdoor heaters were also nice because of cooler evenings. Instructions provided for check in/check out made everything so simple. We hope to make it annual trip!

We had 10 ladies for a weekend girls trip and the house was perfect! Tons of space for everyone to spread out, spacious kitchen, golf cart, kayaks, paddle boards and even fishing poles. And the pool was PERFECT! Even had an extra fridge in the garage that definitely came in handy.

We absolutely loved this home. We have rented in Galveston multiple times and this was the best home. It has everything you could need and the property manager is amazing. I am already planning another trip back to this home. Fishing is great, the pier and dock are amazing. The golf cart makes getting around fun and easy. Great restaurant/ bar, bait shop, and general store a 3 minute golf cart ride away.

We stayed at Casa Marimar for a long weekend, Friday through Monday with our two girls. The house is impeccable. Fantastically furnished and designed. We made fully use of all amenities. The Heated pool was great, at 100degrees it's like Large jacuzzi! We took the kayaks out for a spin through the canals and stopped at the local restaurant for a beverage. We also made good use of the golf cart for grocery shopping. Our girls did their best to catch fish and Crab but they weren't biting (probably too cold). Again this house has it all, Bluetooth speakers everywhere, great patio furniture and the Master Bathroom is A+. We are already looking for another trip this summer! Thanks to Mercedes and David for all the great care.

The owners have done an amazing job. When we arrived the place was spotless with a fresh/clean smell. Everything is in good condition and they really have thought of just about everything to ensure you have what you need. The kitchen is well stocked and they have an awesome electric non-stick cooker. Grill and fire pit worked great too. They also have good cast iron skillets and plenty of cutlery/silverware. The kids had a blast in the pool, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing. They even caught a small stingray! They caught lots of fish and we caught enough crabs to make crabcakes one night. Another thing that we loved about the house is the a/c worked very well and the beds were comfortable. We slept great which is rarely the case at rent houses. The location of the house is also fantastic as the marina is a very short drive as is the Sea Isle beach access. Tip: When exiting Sea Isle head further West a short ways to the public access point where there is parking on the beach so you don't have a long walk carrying your stuff. The beach was very clean when we were there too.

Very nice house with lots of amenities...pool, kayaks, fishing gear, golf cart. Mercedes was quick to address a couple of issues that came up during our stay. Be aware that Sea Isle is a thirty minute drive from the main Galveston attractions...some will like the solitude, some may wish they were closer to the main attractions.

This vacation rental was fantastic!!! We had 5 adults, I child and a teenager and had plenty of room for everyone!! We all had an amazing time and made wonderful memories. One of the best vacation rental in Galveston!

Our family of 6 ( 4 adults and 2 kids) had a blast here! The place was very clean, cozy, and well stocked like all the previous reviews mentioned. The pool feel like its bigger than what you see in the picture. The golf cart was nice to ride to the beach and around the neighborhood. There are plenty of pool toys and fishing/crabbing gears in the garage you can use. We used the crab trap and caught a bunch of delicious blue crabs. This is definitely one of the best vacation rental you can find on the island!
