The living room includes a down filled sectional meant for relaxing, a flickering gas fireplace and a 60” Samsung Smart TV which allows you to view both premium cable channels and your own App programming, be it audio or video. There is a desk area tucked into a recessed area next to the fireplace in front of the sliding glass doors that has an oceanview as well. The oceanview dining area easily accommodates 8 people and is just as enjoyable for two people. Like the living area, the dining area is meant for lingering. Del Mar Woods is located in the quiet southwestern part of Olde Del Mar near 4th Street by the ocean with easy access to La Jolla and is also convenient to I5 and the 805 which will take you to many of the Southern California attractions. Besides the beautiful beaches, there are also many hiking and biking trails in the area. If you are here to work, it is an easy commute to the various business parks in Del Mar, La Jolla and San Diego. There is a commuter train at the nearby Solana Beach train station to transport you to Los Angeles or various stops en-route or beyond. You may also choose to visit Mexico which is a mere 38 miles to the South. You really won't want to leave! That is what I’ve been told multiple times.
