About this apartment rental

Enjoy this spacious 1300 sq ft condo located in the heart of the Canadian Rockies.

Fully renovated in the summer of 2015, with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and 55" HD TV. Floors upgraded Nov 2022.

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom boasts an open floor plan. It features three queen beds, which includes the pullout sofa in the living room, and one king sized bed. There is also a true ensuite attached to one of the bedrooms.

You will find the condo to be cozy & comfortable while you enjoy sitting in front of the gas fireplace and watching your favorite sporting events, shows or movies. The balcony is delightful for summer evenings and is equipped with chairs and a high quality Weber barbeque for grilling. You will enjoy a fabulous view of the Rocky mountains.

The unit in general is equipped with many more amenities than what you would use on a holiday. It is sure to make your stay feel like home, yet still a luxurious getaway.

Two secure indoor heated parking stalls are available with the rental, however plenty of free parking is available outside and around the building for extra vehicles.

This condo has panoramic mountain views to the northwest overlooking Lady McDonald Mountain and Banff's Rundle Mountain range. Canmore Crossing buildings have two rooftop hot tubs and one indoor hot tub. The rooftop hot tub has the best view of the entire Bow Valley, a 360 degree full panorama...ensure to take your camera.

A basic but good fitness room is available for you to use; it has weights and a few machines including a treadmill and plenty of space for a workout.

Delight in the stunning views whether you are pampering yourself in the rooftop hot tub, or grilling at the propane barbeque on the balcony.

Due to government regulations we cannot foresee what regulations will be in place for the fitness rooms and hottubs. Any amenity may change at a moments notice.

* No A/C in this building. There are fans in every room for the warmer days in summer.

Our family had a great time at our stay! It was in a great location and very walkable and had Mountain Views. Fit 7 of us comfortably, was just a few steps to Safeway and many local restaurants. Highly recommend! Just a heads up that the hot tub is by reservation only and books up quickly so recommend booking as soon as you get access.

Loved the location. There are two grocery stores less than 50 yards from the property which made it nice. The beds were very nice and comfortable. The entire property was clean and inviting with amazing views of the mountains. Shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. There is a nice walking trail not too far away. I highly recommend this property.

If you plan on spending time enjoying spectacular Canmore and Banff, you won't find a better location than this. VERY SHORT walking distance to downtown Canmore, and even shorter to all types of grocery, etc. Then, hop right onto the highway to chase off towards Banff. You'll be there in 25 minutes. The condo is lovely. Lots of space and everything you need for a great family stay. Access to underground parking is a huge plus as well. Unfortunately, the hot tubs provided as a part of the condo building have fallen into some disrepair - one of them was completely closed the week of our stay and the other two were open but were not working. Having stayed at Canmore Crossing before, it was obvious on this trip that these tubs are not being maintained regularly. Hot tubs aside, the condos and location are amazing and you'll wonder why you ever thought of staying anywhere else!

Great property. Well equipped. Only problem was how hot the condo was with no air conditioner. We really enjoyed the property. Six adults and one grand baby.

The location was great with a spacious house. That’s pretty much all the good things about this place - there was mold in the washing machine. The bathroom in the master bedroom doesn’t even have a door (Yikes!). The TV barely works. The parking space info was not shared even after asking for it. I had to call them a few times before getting details. The cleaners were at the door step at 11:02 while we were checking out (check out at 11am) and charged us $40 for late checkout. Avoid this place if you can :)

The condo was clean and roomy and VERY well equipped! The beds were very comfortable! The check in process was confusing. Buildings are not well marked by number/letter. Directions could have been more clear and the addition of a photo/diagram for location of underground garage would have saved much time after a long day of travel. We were unable to find a way to call someone to help us and relied on people who happened to know the area to direct us to the correct building. We drove in circles looking for the correct garage door and when we followed the direction "by the Safeway" we ended up below a tire company. It was not clear in the advertising that we would be staying in a parking lot over shops and much activity. This would have kept us from choosing this place. It was a great location within the town however to be able to walk to main street for hiking, walking, eating and shopping! Who would have thought we would have needed AC?! We lost some sleep due to poor air circulation not having AC. Thankfully we were able to position provided fans in front of windows. Again, for those who like being in the middle of activity, it was a great place. For those who like quiet it was a bit much. Again, the condo itself was great!!

Some friends and I came up for a hiking trip after we finished finals. The place was in an amazing location, and was clean. Living room and kitchen work great for hanging out in groups, and bedrooms were comfortable. Definitely would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! It had everything we needed for 4 adults and 4 children, kitchen is equipped like at home. We do not need this large condo every time we travel, but this will definitely be our choice if we need it. Highly recommend it!

Positives-well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, very close to many amenities, responsive and helpful owner, an overall comfortable launching point for all your Canmore area adventures. Challenges-dishwasher doesn’t clean well, coffee maker is very small (had to make multiple batches every morning)

Family wedding! Accommodation was within walking distance to some venues & downtown. Note: nothing to do with this booking but be careful as Canmore preys on tourists with parking tickets!!

We were a group of three couples, visiting Banff, Lake Louise, and Lake Moraine. The location was very convenient for our sightseeing. The facilities were accommodating and comfortable. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed our stay there. We would recommend the property to any visitors.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We came to Canmore for a family wedding. It was a great location so we could walk anywhere we wanted to go. The condo was well stocked with all our needs. Highly recommend!!!

Great central location! Nicely furnished to accommodate all of our needs. No A/C was definitely a negative point. An out of service elevator was a negative as well. In general we were happy with our experience.

A very nice place to stay. The place is clean, with all the necessary supplies that you can think of. Fully equipped kitchen, from utensils to cooking needs. Laundry room with high end washer and dryer. More than enough bedding supplies and clean. We have a party of 8 and have enough space for all. The place is close to grocery and shopping is a breeze. We stayed for 4 days, wish could have to stay for longer. Thanks Tricia for prompt response to our query.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo fit 6 of us adults comfortably. Tips: reserve the hot tub early. The Park Pass is no longer available...need to purchase for $21 per day, but worth it as most of what we did was in Banff through Jasper. As far as parking, the garage has two spots assigned, but it is very tight. We couldn't park our full sized pickup trucks if there were other cars parked near by. We parked across from the liquor store. Anywhere else and you will get a $94 ticket. We would definitely stay there again!

This is a perfect place to make your home base when exploring the Canmore area. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. Sometimes the noise from the parking lot was a little disturbing but that’s mostly because we have some very light sleepers in the group. Overall we would highly recommend this rental.

This property was beyond what we expected, exceptionally clean, large bedrooms, common area, and very well stocked kitchen. Our party was 5 adults and 2 kids 11 & 13. Location was fabulous right downtown Canmore walking distance to many restaurants, pubs, shopping, excellent location. Would highly recommend this property to any family group looking to stay in Canmore. Getting into the property was exceptionally easy and VRBO & the owner were fantastic at getting all info required for entry to us in a timely fashion.

It was a great condo, a bit misleading with the photo does not show that you are in a shopping center. My only complaint was that the dishwasher did not work very well. It was great that you left a park pass, huge bonus!!

Came to visit family in Calgary and decided to take a 2 night side trip into the mountains. Toured Banff, Lake Louise and Canmore. The condo was the perfect place to stay during this time. More than enough room for 8 family members to stay, clean and it had a great view of the mountains as a bonus. The check in and check out was very easy as well. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Our host forgot to schedule cleaning for the condo so when we arrived, we found used wet towels and sheets on the floor of the laundry room, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, dirty sinks, unmade beds. When we tried to call the host, it went straight to voicemail. We tried messaging through vrbo to the host and no response. It was 1130pm, so I understand that it was late, but the host should be available for emergencies such as this. We ended up calling VRBO customer service 3 times spent over an hour on the phone and they didn’t help at all. They told us we had to wait until tomorrow until the host responded. If there were no laundry room and detergent, we would have had no clean sheets to sleep on and no clean towels to use. Fortunately there was, but we still spent 3 hours doing laundry for 8 guests (all the bed sheets and towels), running the dishwasher, and cleaning the sinks. Host really dropped the ball here. The next day, the host did apologize and she refunded a night’s stay and cleaning fee. The place overall was really conveniently located, above this shopping center. We liked the rooftop hot tub, you have to make a reservation to use it. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Liked the heated bathroom floors.

We came to Canmore from Victoria to participate in the Melissa run in Banff. This condo was extremely comfortable for 5 adults to stay. The condo was great and centrally located to walk to town and a short drive to Banff for the race. The condo had everything we needed including fun games to play after a long day seeing the sights.
