Enjoy our lovely vacation home on Okaloosa Island. Newly remodeled in light bright pastels, flat screen TV's, and King memory foam mattress, etc. The sugar white beach and emerald green water are just out the back door.

Watch the dolphins in the morning and the sunset in the evening from the spacious patio. There is a grill for cookouts, and we have beach chairs, umbrellas and floats for fun on the beach. The Pier and Boardwalk are an easy walk down the beach.

We enjoyed 6 days of paradise, pictures and descriptions were just as described. We really enjoyed getting up in the morning and going down to the beach where our chairs and umbrella were waiting. Very nice amenity to have available. There was also a nice walking trail across the street so we could walk our dog. I would love to come back and stay again sometime.

Great space for a couple. Extremely clean and well-decorated. It’s so great to pull right up to your beach condo and just go a few feel to unload your car. And being able to walk right from your back porch to the ocean in just several steps is super. We recommend.

This property is great for a couple, we stayed here once before. It truly is beachfront, and no stairs! Our pup enjoyed sitting on the breezy patio with us! It is close to Destin, but not as crowded. It is a beautiful view of the gulf!

It was a lovely property. We enjoyed being able to walk out the back door to the beach whenever we wanted. The patio was nice in the evenings and we ate dinner there more than once. We came with two small dogs and we took long walks along the sidewalk across the street. Such a nice stay. We would come again.

This vacation was amazing. My husband and I stayed in a different unit at Villas Capris last year while they were re-stuccoing the building. The condo had no decor or color and no storage space. There were scaffolding & plastic covering our back & front doors, the back patio wasn’t useable and forget trying to relax inside the condo from 8-5. This year was the complete opposite. My 80 year old parents came with us. This condo was adorable and clean and the decor made the experience so “beachy!” My folks slept in the bedroom, which had a giant bureau and 2 end tables which was more than enough space for their things. We stayed in the main living room on the pull out couch which, for a sofa bed, was fairly comfortable for us and we are in our 50’s. The TV stand in the living room had 8 drawers which was plenty of space for all of clothing. We liked that each sleeping area had a door so we wouldn’t disturb the other couple to access the bathroom. I was worried about not having an oven (there is a stove top) but I cooked fresh salmon in the toaster oven and it tasted delicious! We cooked all but 2 meals at home so the kitchen worked out well for us. We rented an extra set of beach chairs with an umbrella so all 4 of us could be comfortable for the day. The short path between those chairs and the condo allowed me to watch my folks walk back & forth and see if they needed assistance because of their mobility issues. We are definitely booking for next year!

It would have been a wonderful stay, but my senior dog just didn't do well there, so we left early. The condo was cute and comfy and the patio door led right to the beach. Everything was as described. Watch your dog's feet in the grass, we pulled thorns out of my dogs feet, and they were all in the grass by the condo.

This property is not the Taj Mahal but it is PERFECT for that relaxing beach getaway!! This was the second stay for my wife Wendy and I at Villas Capri. We loved grabbing an early morning coffee and walking right onto the beach, where 2 chairs and umbrella were set up for us every day at 7:30am. Property is close to local restaurants and shops as well as stores to stock up on misc. items and food. We will definitely be coming back to this property time and time again!! Thanks Paul Michael

Pulling up to the property we saw an old abandoned truck that was marked by the police months ago. The grounds of the property were filthy, with trash everywhere-to include a dead pigeon that remained the entire time we were there. Inside, the air conditioning did not word, the tub had live bugs and the couch was filthy, The fridge was rusted on the inside. The owner was a jerk and yelled at me for contacting him. He stated that no one else had issues with the property and that he KNEW I was going to give him a bad review. He rudely said if we don't like it, we could find another place, however we had already unpacked and unloaded all of our belongings and my husband's back was out. .Air was fixed on Day 3 despite numerous attempts. I asked for some form of refund for the air situation and was denied. Do not be fooled by this owner, who claims this is their "little piece of paradise" family vacation home. He owns several. He is a business man.

Beautiful unit, things I would suggest for a perfect experience. Safety was a concern. The front door has no deadbolt which I would believe would have made our stay more comfortable. Also the back sliding door had no lock and only a piece of wood to hold the door shut. People from the next door unit had opened the wooden gate to not have to climb the stairs to get to the beach. Anyone could have strong armed that door and opened it, the font door lock also has locking issues. Just some TLC on cleanliness the toilet is not secure to the floor, the freezer has rust, the rugs were disgusting and matted down. The toaster was so gross on inside would not use it. Although, I appreciate being able to take my fur babies to this unit and loved the scenery which was beautiful the security and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Furniture is broke down and needs replaced. Would love to stay there again, after fixes Have been implemented. Your place has great potential to be fantastic! Paint and decoration were perfect Florida vibe. Stewby’s was fantastic.

Beautiful beach and easy access to good restaurants, golf and grocery. Direct walk out to beach makes having morning coffee to watch the sunrise so easy. One heads up - there is no oven. Not that I wanted to cook much anyway with great seafood so close but would have been nice to know before I bought groceries on our way in. Not a show stopper for us. Allows pets which was a great bonus for us.

This is just the space we needed to rest and relax for fall break. We walked out directly onto the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded, we enjoyed the chair set up and we were close to lots of family friendly restaurants. It was a great week!

We had a great time as always. This unit was not as clean as it was last year, even though the price went up significantly. As I understand it, the owners changed to a different cleaning service. Apparently no one had stayed in the hospital unit for 10 days, so it had not been “freshened up”. There were dead roaches and other bugs, spiderwebs, and cigarette butts littered the patio. I informed the owner, and he apologized. There was also a problem with the Wifi and smart TV connection. I did not bring these issues to the owner’s attention until after we checked out. Overall, you can’t beat the location, and we are grateful we were able to bring our dog.

Condo was as described on VRBO. It was clean and comfy. The AC worked great which is a big deal for us. You literally walk out the back door on to the beach. Spectacular beach!! Since it's a privately owned smaller condo there are no frills: pool, restaurant, game room etc. Pet friendly which was a super plus for us and our boxer baby Bella. Great communication from owner. Bring your own TP, paper towels, laundry detg, dish detg, extra trash bags.

We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our stay at the Villas Capri condo. We were on the bottom floor and it it was very nice being able to step right out onto the sand and a short walk directly to the beach! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Loved walking right out the door to the beach. Disappointed because of all the seaweed in the ocean. Owners need to update washer on bottom floor. It didn't drain the water out of clothes. Had to dry them 2 times. Dryer was great.

We had a very nice stay. I liked that the entire bldg. was small compared to the high rises. Will definitely try to get the same condo for next time! Loved the patio and short walk to the beach!
