The cottage is on a quiet little street, away from the bustle of tourists and sounds of village traffic, and is the perfect spot for individuals, couples and families to relax, come together and enjoy and appreciate the natural beauty of the sand and sea and the charm of Laguna Beach. We had a great time at this charming cottage. It was nicely laid out and had a lot of character. The location couldn’t have been better. We walked all over Laguna Beach and when not on the run, enjoyed their collection of beautiful birds who cheerfully greeted us when we went to see them. It was well equipped and very comfortable. The cottage was artfully decorated and had beautiful plantings. All in all a great experience!

We were in Laguna for a wedding. The cottage was a perfect place for us to stay. It has a great location and was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The hosts were very responsive as well! Wonderful option!

Overall very nice property, and it worked well for us. We thought it was a 2 bedroom property, and were pleased to find it is really a 2 bedroom+ property. Worked perfectly for us and out 2 adult children. Only less than perfect scores: there is a lot of dust on the top edges of picture frames, ceiling fan, bathroom mirrors. Overall the place was clean, however. Also the bed in the master bedroom is pretty soft, so we both had back aches after sleeping in the beds for three nights. Lastly, we would have loved to feed the birds, but we understand that could be problematic if not done right. Lovely property overall, and we would stay there again if the need arises.

We really enjoyed our short time at the cottage. Lily was attentive and easy to work with for check in and check out. The cottage is cuter than the pics show and is updated beautifully. It was an excellent location. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

We stayed here with our 3 kids (4 6 and 8) and the house was absolutely perfect. The location is ideal - we could walk to beaches and restaurants and the grocery store - and the house itself was spotless and larger than we expected. We loved our stay! The owners were very responsive with any questions too.

The Sea Breeze Cottage is a beautiful home. There are three bedrooms and all the beds are comfortable. Lily and Ronnie were easy to reach and communicated promptly. I appreciated the little extras that were provided by the owners. such as bags of ice, first aid kit, shampoo/conditioner, and beach equipment. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is relaxing. The back yard garden is beautiful and I enjoyed the birds.

My 2 friends and I take a little beach vacation together every year. This was such a great experience for us. The hosts were so nice and attentive. Check in was easy and the cottage itself is even better than the photos show. It was stocked well and we had a hard time even leaving the cottage for excursions because we were just so comfortable there. Watching the birds in the aviary was so relaxing and mesmerizing. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, and shopping. We definitely want to come back!

The charm of this cottage started at the white picket fence and continued throughout the home. The spacious living room flowed into the dining room and modern kitchen. The kitchen was very well stocked. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 5. The location is perfect- only 4-ish blocks to the shops, restaurants, and beach! And, one of the highlights of our trip was experiencing the delightful bird aviary in the back yard! If we are back in Laguna Beach again, we will absolutely stay here again. Ronnie & Lily were great hosts!!

Had a great time woth friends this year attending the Pageant of the Masters and enjoying all the galleries, shops, and the beach. Perfect location, we never mived the ars onecwe arrived. We walked everywhere within minutes. Perfect house i recoomend it to anyone looking.

We had such a lovely stay at the cottage. Comfortable and relaxing and the location can't be beat. We did drive to the Pageant and Sawdust Festival, and the Beachcomber in Crystal Cove (awesome recommendation by Ronnie). Everything else was walkable. Loved the fountain and swing on the front porch. This was a really enjoyable place to spend our anniversary.

Beautiful property! Super peaceful! Great house! will book again. Only suggestion would be that the master bedroom has a cooling until it’s buy far the hottest room in the house which makes sleeping harder in the summer.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this sweet cottage. It has lovely outdoor areas in front and back, key to enjoying the mild Laguna Beach weather. Just a few blocks away from the beach, restaurants, and shops, it made exploring the area very convenient. Very responsive hosts as well. Highly recommend.

Great property location and very well decorated. The back yard is where we spent most of our time enjoying the birds and great weather. If I had to critique: 1. Kitchen needs to be organized. Had to hunt through all of the drawers and cabinets to find items. There is a lot of misc. ( plastic wear, etc.) that needs to be tossed ( my opinion). Need more glassware. Could not find a cutting board. Ice maker and water dispenser in fridge needs to be fixed. Ronnie volunteered to have a repairman come, but we declined. Would be nice to have a dishwasher :)) Having said all of this, we had a great stay. The beds were comfortable, great showers and linens and towels were well stocked.

50th birthday with my 3 girlfriends. My friends had never been to LB and I couldn’t wait to introduce the most beautiful beaches to them. By the end of the trip all 3 said they will all be back with their families. House is charming. The cottage offers lots of space and a cute backyard with bird atrium. The birds are beautiful and fun to watch. We enjoyed all of the wonderful restaurants within walking distance so we didn’t cook but could have easily in the kitchen. I will say the ice maker doesn’t work so grab a bag of ice at the near by Ralph’s grocery store. We were absolutely blessed to have clear skies during June. I was prepared for June gloom ( foggy mornings). We tallied 20.5 miles of walking in 3 days. That included a 6.5 mi. hike. It was our goal to walk off our yummy dinners and drinks. Lol! If you are new to So. Cal coastline and have time definitely research the beaches so you too can see the most beautiful beaches in Cal. You will not be disappointed. Warmest water in August but beaches can be breezy at night. Teens will love the area vibe and it’s a very safe town. Businesses are really opening up now- so wonderful to see. Use your Open Table app for some of the beachside restaurants as some are booked well in advance. Lots of live music in the summertime. Love LB!!

This was a fabulous experience! Who would want to stay in a hotel when they could stay in a 5 star home? Within easy walking distance of the beach, this was a beautiful little home: inside and out.

Great design and lots of light in this comfortable cottage very near downtown Laguna. Perfect for our family of five. The aviary in the backyard was lovely also. We’ll keep Ronnie and Lily’s place in mind for our next stay in Laguna!

This home is so comfortable and in the heart of Laguna. The home owners are awesome and communicate quickly! The home is very clean with everything you need. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner there!! The backyard has a bird aviary with an assortment of birds that are such a great sound to hear while drinking your coffee in the mornings. Thank you so much for the WONDERFUL experience ❤️

5 stars for this wonderful cottage. Within walking distance of Laguna Beach’s quaint downtown and beach. Great kitchen for ‘at home‘ meals. Plenty of room for the grandson to play. Excellent amenities. Definitely a place to book a return visit!
