With multiple social areas, this home is wonderful for families and friends alike. Hang out in the large living room with breathtaking ocean views and a mesmerizing gas fireplace. Gather in the cozy family room with tranquil forest views. Relax in the loft with great views of God’s Thumb and the ocean. Get competitive in the game room with the pool table, board games, or take the corn hole set out to the grassy yard. Soak in the sounds of the ocean on one of the two decks. When it’s time to eat, you’ll appreciate the large and well-stocked kitchen complete with double ovens. After watching the sunset, turn in to one of the 4 good-sized bedrooms (3 kings and 1 queen). Take the 3D tour to see all the home has to offer.

The big kitchen, two big tables, the pool room and the sleeping arrangements. Perfect for us!

We loved staying at Annie’s Windsong. Everything was prepared and ready for our stay and we felt right at home. Everything we needed was there, cooking supplies, games, the hot tub was warm and ready for us. It was perfect. Thank you so much!!

The house was big and could hold our family with ease. Lots of space to spread out. Whalewatching from the decks was fun

We LOVED this house for the 13 of us!! Super comfortable and well
Stocked for 8 adults, 3 teens and 2 littles. For the first time EVER at our summer family beach trip, every adult had a bed to sleep in. The pool table and the hot tub were fun and used a ton! We loved that there were plenty of dishes and cooking utensils for a large family! The deck was fantastic for sitting and reading and there were plants of chairs. The extra table in front of the big windows in the main living room provided a great view of the ocean while doing our puzzles. The second living room was a great space for quiet to escape from our loud group. The BBQ worked well for our ribs and oysters and there was even a huge pot for our crab dinner! We loved the two toasters and two coffees pots for our large group. The four bedrooms and bunk room downstairs was perfect and the basement bath had separate shower and toilet rooms which allowed for ease of use! We would love to come back to this house for future beach trips!!!

We loved the hot tub and deck. Suite upstairs was gorgeous.

Location is great. The house has great views of the beach. The master bedroom has great views, and is a nice quiet retreat from the rest of the house. The lower level has lots of sleeping space- if you have lots of kids it's a fun place for them to be. Some accessories are a little dated, but the kitchen is well-stocked.

Booking ended up being through Vacasa. I do not recommend ever using them again.
When we booked it came down to two properties for our group, this one or ALSO Beach House. Ultimately we choose this one because it had the hot tub and many of us were really looking forward to using it.
Before our arrival I emailed asking about a late check out and a few concerns based from previous reviews-never received communication back.
Got to the house and basic maintenance is definitely needed. Discovered the hot tub didn’t work, they sent a maintenance tech out that had never been to that property to look at it and told us it should be okay to use the one side of Jets and that he was going to get the spa company to come out and look. The spa company told us it’s extremely hazardous to have anyone in the hot tub and that they would have to order the parts. The maintenance tech texted me saying his manager authorized a $50/day refund for not being able to use the hot tub. Which I ended up having to call and agree with a receptionist and send them a screen shot of my text to prove the refund a week after our trip was over.
There was a cabinet balancing on top of another, not even connected. Many door knobs super loose, wall around venting over cut so you could see into the next room above the vent. The downstairs toilet was not secured to the floor. There was a wrapper and hair found under the mattress protector when we removed them at the end to wash to help the housekeepers. There was left over food dried on many of the dishes. We had 4 adults working during the day and I personally found it extremely difficult to work with the birds nesting in the eves making scratching sounds all day long.
When the Maintenance tech told me about the $50/day I requested to speak with someone higher up. He said he would pass it on and I never heard back from anyone.
A week after our stay when I called Vacasa’s corporate office in Portland, OR the receptionist kept going back and forth with her supervisor instead of handing me off to her supervisor after I asked to speak with the supervisor. After providing them proof I was told $50/day refund they refunded just that amount and nothing further for any of the other items or hassle.
Coming from the hospitality industry and property management I was disappointed with how this was handled and if I were the owner of the property and knew this is how my property was being managed I would be pretty upset.

I’ll start out by saying I booked this place for my birthday weekend with my husband and family. The reason I chose this place over a hotel which would’ve been cheaper was the hot tub and the amenities it offered. Well unfortunately the listing is completely inaccurate. They have the amenities they just don’t work. The air hockey table is busted and has dead spots. The customer service communication is awful, as it it takes 2 freaking days for anyone to get back to you about the hot tub not working. The fact that they won’t answer my emails or chat tells you they knew the amenities don’t work and still charged me an arm and a leg for it. The house was dusty, drawers broken, floors were dirty, grill was gross. We had to clean the place before unpacking anything. When I reached out about the hot tub not working they asked me the guest to touch the breaker and reset it. I am the guest, expecting things to work in the rental. Luckily my brother in law is an electrician and reset the breaker but that didn’t fix anything. After that they stopped responding to me. I’ve reached out three times and no one has gotten back to me. They expect their guests to clean the place before leaving but they still will charge you a cleaning service?? What logic is this?
I plan to contact my bank and dispute the charges as I should not be charged for things that do not work in the house.

We had the absolute best time! The view is truly amazing. Being able to see the ocean and hear the waves from the hot tub and bedroom is nice. Short walk to the beach, loved that. Kitchen had everything we needed. House was stocked well for a large party. Pool table and air hockey worked great. Would definitely stay here again. Close to the casino and grocery store. Nice hiking trail near by. Only downer is the house isn't sound proof at all you can hear literally everything. But it didn't bother us.

Had a great weekend here. The pool table has been refelted, some previous reviews mentioned it being needed. The air hockey table didn’t work all that great. The hot tub was a fine temp the one night we used it. The house was clean, there was no weird smells like other reviews mentioned. The can opener is broken, and the water pressure wasn’t great.
Overall a great weekend.

Annies Windsong is a nice, 3 story house that is great for a large group. It's roughly 600 yards from the beach with a short walk down the road to public access. Nice views of God's Thumb from this area of the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet, with a quiet time of 9pm to 7am. It felt like a safe area and I saw deputies patrolling the side streets with their spot lights at night. I would guess that more than 80% of the homes in this area are vacation homes. We saw lots of black tail deer and racoons in our yard (and porch). The house from top to bottom was nicely stocked with almost everything we needed. Unfortunately there are some cons. This was my first time renting from Vacasa and I believe it will be the last. Checkout is 10am. The morning before we left, I contacted a Vacasa rep and asked for a later checkout. I was informed that I missed the later checkout time frame, which apparently was the day before. Even though Vacasa tried hard to have me rent the house for an extra day before we arrived. All we needed was an extra hour or 2 to get our large group out the door. Vacasa was not willing to allow that. The maintenance on the house has been neglected. Downstairs toilet is not secured to the floor, pigeons have busted through the rafters and are living in the ceiling. We all kept smelling urine and I thought maybe it was from the pigeons, but soon realized it was in the heating ducts. Everytime the heater kicked on, the house would be flooded with the lovely aroma of urine. There is no out door lighting, so bring flashlights because there are lots of obstacles on the way to the front door, like railroad ties and pathway rocks. We got back one evening after dark and one of our guests tripped over the railroad ties, fell into the gravel and skinned up her elbows and hands pretty good. The dishwasher has to be slammed in order for it to work. Something is wrong with the connection to the door. The front door latch is broken. Door will not latch when closed. You have to unstick the latch or wiggle the knob just right to get it to latch. One of our guests found a lot of black hair and a press on nail in her bedsheets. I think that is all. I hate to leave a bad review at all, but for what you pay, I believe these issues need to be addressed. I have had great luck with airBNB and VRBO in the past, and I think I will stick with them for future trips.

There were multiple holes in the walls, bath tub did not drain properly so you stood in still water while showering.
Hot tub was dirty and cold upon arrival, also the space between the hot tub and deck was too far and my cousin almost broke her ankle while getting out. It is bruised.
We will be asking for some money back.
Thank you.

The house is really pretty with lots of light and gorgeous ocean views. The beds were comfortable, and it was a quick walk to a public access beach. It was really spacious for our group of 12 (three families) and the furniture was comfy. Areas that could use improvement would be the upstairs primary shower, and bottom floor shower— not the best pressure. The hot tub was hot but some of the jets didn’t seem to work. The kitchen was mostly stocked except it did not have a wine opener, needs more spoons, and the can opener was broken. Those would be easy to add/fix. Overall, this is a fantastic place for a large group.

My extended family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful home in a stunning location. We loved the bunk room, hot tub and deck views. One Toilet broke and they fixed it in a very timely manner. Would definitely stay here again and again! Overall great experience.

Fantastic house!
The house was great! The kitchen is well stocked, there are tons of towels and even hot tub towels. The beds were very comfortable. We had one maintenance issue that came up and they were out within 15 minutes to check it out. We were very impressed!!

Great view
Beautiful view. Great space for a big group. Kitchen was equipped nicely for all the meals we made. Deer came to visit us on the property twice daily. Was fun to watch them. Home was in good shape, but is ready for some new paint. It would really spruce it up.

Great house, needs a few things
The house is great for a large group with nice views. But overall I thought there was a lot of room for improvement in terms of amenities and supplies. The can opener didn't work, no tupperware or anything for leftovers, not enough wine glasses, one single spatula in the whole house, my sister burned her hand using a pot holder that had holes in it. The BBQ is NOT what is shown in the picture and barely usable. The external thermometer read isn't working so good luck figuring out how hot the grill is. Anyway, just seems like with a few hundred bucks, they could make it much more enjoyable for their guests. I had to go to Bi-mart to get a hand mixer so I could make frosting for my Mom's birthday cake. We probably wouldn't rent this same house again due to the amenities.

Nice location and Gorgeous ocean view!
All n all a nice house. Short walk to the beach, gorgeous ocean view & relaxing hot tub. But.. Be prepared to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent etc. They only provide you with a “starter package” which lasts maybe 1.5 days. The house is older and in need of lots of maintenance. I feel like we paid more than it was worth with so much better options out there. I would stay here again if the maintenance stuff was taken care of and the basic needs of TP etc. were met for the duration of our stay. (Which was only 3 nights..)

Location is the only good thing for this place!
I am sooo disappointed in the condition of this place! The pictures definitely fooled us!! The only good rating on this place is the location and how close to the beach it is as well as the support staff who took my ticket to refill propane and the guy who delivered it. Besides that, we KNOW this place is not worth what we paid!. The master bathroom was leaking and had water all around the toilet when we got there. The shower had mold all over specially in grout. The towels were dirty and if they were not, they had a mildew smell to them. We ended up going to the store and buying more detergent to wash them all. The master bed was sitting on broken slates, spiderwebs throughout the house. The fan in the master was broken with one wing thrown behind the TV stand. The air conditioner was not working either. Luckily the breeze was cool and we kept the windows open even if screens kept falling to the ground. Stains on mattresses, sheets and pillows smelled gross. Stain on carpets. Dangerous hockey table and boiling hot water from water hose by garage. Water pressure sucked in showers, air conditioner and hot tub did not work for us. Door knobs to pantry broken. Dirty walls and railings. Spiderwebs and spiders throughout the house. I had read some reviews stating some some the same things and it surprises me some of these issues have yet to be resolved. All it seems to get is a public automated apology response with a promise to make things right in the future blah blah blah...but I can attest the air hockey is still busted almost a year later....we paid a pretty good price and feel robbed... definitely do not feel they carried our on their promise to "book confidently, stay comfortably " as well as advertisement on " professional cleaning". Someone should inspect this home!

Had a great time at this beach house, very easy walk to the beach and rooms for everyone!
Thanks for the lovely stay just a few things, we ran out of dish washing detergent the day prior to check out so the dishwasher was loaded but not run at checkout. Second, in the dining room near the north most end carpet is pulling up and some carpet nails have been exposed and could be a hazard. Everything else was great!

Great Place to Stay
We had a great time staying here as there were plenty of room to move around for everyone (15 of us). The house looks a little worn out on the inside and a bit dusty, especially on the air vents. The towels are discolored and don’t smell clean. Using a little bit more detergent will help. The short walk to the beach allowed us to enjoy the neighborhood. We love the jacuzzi, the pool table and air hockey and best of all the privacy the property offers. Checking-in and out of the house was convenient and there was not a lot of rules in the rental agreement. We will definitely consider staying here next time we visit Lincoln City.

Great experience with renting through Vacasa. Definitely would use them again

Great home overall- could use some updates
This was a really great floorplan for all of us! I'd probably go back. My only complaints are that the hot tub filter wasn't working and it seemed like they had just dumped a whole bunch of chlorine in it to cover up the gross water. By the second or third day we wouldn't even get in. Also- the air hockey table was really touchy. Seems to have a short in it somewhere. Other than that, we had a great experience and would go back again. (PS I did reach out to management our second to last day and let them know about the hot tub. They said they would make sure to address it.)

Beautiful place
This property sits on a hill overlooking the ocean, it's a beautiful sight. The manager's property response quickly to questions.
I would recommend that you should prepare other items if you are staying more than two nights(i.e. Garbage bags, salt and peppers, toiletries, shampoo/condition, any kitchen and bath products that you use a lot of) The pool also have a lot of sand in it. The beach is beautiful but always windy and cold.

Comfortable Beach Getaway
The house was well equipped and worked well for our family. The living room, kitchen, and tv room were very comfortable. It was a 6 minute walk to the beach with our preschool age grandson. We would consider renting this home again.

80th Birthday
Location was good. Cupboards, mop boards and drawers needed to be cleaned. Loved the side yard - wonderful for playing badminton. The house was laid out nicely for different things going on at the same time — puzzles- kareoke -visiting - time in the kitchen and of course a nice view of the beach and enjoying the hot tub.

Great place!
This was a great place for a large family celebration. There are so many rooms for people to hang out and not feel crowded. The views are amazing! Will definitely come here again

Great view minor details
The house had enough space for the entire family. Room were stocked with pillow, bathrooms had towels and toiletry. The kitchen had a little bit of everything for cooking. The hot tub worked great! The view was great and the house is up the hill for a secluded feeling. The. Walk to the beach was a short 6 minutes. The house needed some more pool sticks, and more trash bags. Overall I enjoyed our stay and will be renting this home for future stays.
