• No shoes allowed in the home. Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.
• Please keep food in kitchen area. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms or living room.
• Please keep all children’s art supplies and krafts away from upholstery and carpet. No coloring or art and crafts in the bedrooms or living room.
• Children 5 years and younger must be under the supervision of an adult at all times.
• No smoking of any product inside the home or within 20ft of the exterior of the home and please pick up after yourself around the property.
• When using the BBQ please pull it away from house and ensure a 3 foot clearance around all sides.
• Please pick up all trash (inside and out) upon check out and place it in the trash and/or recycling bins.
• If you move furniture or decor items please put them back in their original place.
• We understand accidents happen, if something is broken or damaged during your stay, please notify us so we don’t stumble upon something when we come in after your stay.
• Please double check for personal belongings before departure. If items are left and you’d like us to mail them we require payment prior to shipping. Our team is available via chat/phone/email for any questions that you might have. Please don't hesitate to reach out. We will get back to you as soon as possible! To note limited availability Saturdays and Sundays and anyday from 8pm-8am. As we do not live on site.

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Castle. We loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom, parking was plentiful, location worked well for us, and the pool table and sauna were great to have! Biggest damper was check in. Check in time is 5:00 (which already felt late, but especially late since our flight came in before noon). We attempted an early check in around 4:00 but we were told by the cleaning lady that she had just arrived and it was only her. She said she'd be finished by 5:30. We hung out at the beach until 5:30 and went back to the house when we got a call saying they wouldn't be ready until 6:00. We absolutely wanted a clean house so of course we were willing to wait, but we were all frustrated. We opted for just hanging out in our cars in the parking. Shortly after 6:00 the cleaning lady opened the door and started throwing stuff out into the parking area. We decided to give her some space and avoid any encounters so we drove around the neighborhood until she left after 6:15. Not the greatest start to our stay. But at least the house was clean. Two other cons--1) no curtains or blinds in the upstairs living area. Beautiful view, but when the sun shines in it is very bright and gets really warm. 2) No A/C which was very desirable when that afternoon sun started shining in. When we checked out, we were all happy with the house and our time there. Just wanted to mention the late check in for others to be prepared for a delay.

My students and I stayed at Castle at Roads End for our leadership retreat. The house was a suitable for our needs. It was spacious with a decent size kitchen area. My students really enjoyed the game room as well as the sauna. I appreciated the layout of the space because it allowed us to congregate comfortably and have an engaging retreat. Definitely would recommend this property and/or use it for future retreats.

This house was great, we loved that all but one bedroom had a bathroom in it, and all but one bedroom had bunkbeds in them. There was plenty of room for everyone! Couches were comfortable, plenty of dishes, bowls, pans, etc. There are a lot of stairs in this house which could be something to consider based on the people in your group. Would come again!!!!

This property was excellent with 4 individual family rooms with bunk beds and ensuite bathrooms on the same floor. A quiet room for grandma and grandpa on the first floor. Good spaces for young kids to play. Full sauna and roomy hot tub were a bonus. Very clean and nice welcome basket. Would have liked a shorter walk to the beach, but very doable even with littles.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, has great amenties, and a beatiful ocean view. Beach access was just down the road a short drive and within walking distance. The racks for the oven are slightly too small for the oven and so it was only functional on the lowest level which made only one rack usable. The room with the king has 2 bunkbeds and one king, which was different than the listing that stated 2 kings and 1 bunkbed. Overall this house served our ladies retreat well as the third floor is large and spacious and had plenty of room for our gathering of 16 ladies.

There was hair in the beds, food particles in the fridge and food on the floor. Owners changed between reservation and arrival which was terribly inconvenient and arrangements were not honored by new owner

The Castle is a blast. From the sauna to the pool table to the arcade, all the amenities are a ton of fun. Waking distance to the beach and casino are big perks. Shockingly good DVD collection for all you film aficionados out there. Big spacious house, perfect for large groups. This house goes to eleven!

This house was amazing! Plenty of room for everyone (16 of us). Everything was very well stocked, plenty of towels and bedding. It was just a short walk to the beach. The only negative is the stairs so many stairs lol but other than that the house was absolutely amazing! It is rare I stay in a place that is as nice as thr pictures and this one looks better in person!

3 stories = lots of stairs. Be prepared for that! We are a family of 5 with three teenagers. This house allowed for everyone to have their own room, own bathroom and room to explore. Beds were comfy, kitchen stocked and game room utilized to the max. Great location, well organized and close beach access…..really a great house!

Great place for a big group! Clean, well maintained and the house was completely stocked with kitchen wear, towels and blankets. We had 16 people and the house fir us perfectly with extra room. Sauna didn't work, but overall a great experience. Will rent again.

Space for our large family was great, plenty of seating for everyone. Nice having the kids in play area so adults could visit in a more quiet area. Walk to beach was close and easy for all of us. Was disappointed in the hot tub, needed to be maintained better. Easy fix! Thank you for sharing your home.

This large size beach house rental was perfect for our big family to enjoy! We loved that each room had their own bathroom and plenty of space for everyone to relax. Hot tub and sauna a huge plus! Definitely will plan to return and high recommend this house to other big families!

House is kind of old but the amenities were good. Beds/sheets were clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and nice to have individual bathrooms in each room. Really only five true bedrooms. Enough glasses, plates, utensils, toilet paper, trash bags stocked. Aluminum foil and zip lock bags would have been nice. Refrigerator was nice and spacious with good ice maker. Bathrooms, sauna were clean; did not use hot tub or barbecue. Location was good with view of the ocean from top floor and short walk to the beach. Convenient access to grocery store and town of Lincoln City. Overall satisfied but a little overpriced given age of house.

We loved staying at the castle! It was very spacious and clean with a lot of amenities. The dining seating was perfect for our large group. The game room kept the older kids and adults entertained while the outdoor kids area was a great option for our littles. The hosts were great to work with and had excellent communication.

The house was everything we expected very nice, clean, and tons of room for our large group. Close enough to beach just a short walk. Only not so pretty part of the home is looking down from the balcony to the neighbors side very trashing not well kept but that is no fault of the property owners of this home. Overall we loved our stay at the castle looking forward to booking it year after year. And recommend it to anyone else.

We had a small wedding that was going to be on the beach, but we ended up doing the ceremony in the house itself. Decided for ease and WiFi, so we could live stream, to decorate and set up on the top floor. It worked perfect! Then walked to the beach for pictures. I would highly recommend this place for any larger gathering.
