This was a last minute pick of where I was going to stay when venturing to Gatlinburg for the weekend. Getting in after 8pm made for a little confusion going up the driveway hill, but I was grateful for the cabin name signs. The driveway itself doesn’t leave room for a lot of error, but that’s small potato’s. The cabin was warm and cozy and just what I needed. It was clean, which is always a plus! My only complaint would be the kitchen sink water. I went to make coffee and the water was a cloudy cream color. Thankfully I had some bottled water with me and just used that. Aside from that, I would absolutely go back and plan to!! Beautiful views and quiet.... Couldn’t ask for more. Side note: easy drive into downtown! Park at the first public lot you see on the left. If not, you’ll get stuck in the traffic of downtown and in the center of town parking lot (harder to get out)

I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay here. The Cabin is beautifully designed with comfortable furniture, a pool table and hot tub. The view from the deck is out of this world. The place was very clean upon arrival. It met all our needs. The road to get to it is steep and narrow, it was fine for us but may be a bit too treacherous for some. This cabin is about 20 min from downtown Gatlinburg, situated in the mountains of the arts and crafts community. We liked being out in the woods away from the craziness of town. We will definitely be repeat customers and stay in this cabin again.

My wife and I stayed here for a week on our honeymoon. It was an amazing time. It was clean, has fantastic mountain views, and great amenities. It's a quick 15 minutes drive from downtown Gatlinburg. The staff at Elk Springs is also very friendly and helpful. I had to change some dates around for our stay and they helped me out no problems. I would highly highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a cozy cabin to stay in at the mountains. Just bare in mind that the drive is extremely steep and probably not very easy to get up if you have bald tires or stay when it's icy.

What a fabulous cabin! Tucked up in the mountains with the most spectacular view, this place had everything you need. . . A king size bed, pool table, hot tub, giant shower and privacy. Perfect for a romantic getaway.

This cabin was amazing! It jas the most amazing view. The bathroom was gorgeous. It was in a great location as well seeing has how we were never more than 20 to 25 minutes from Parkway in Gatlinburg as well as attractions in Pigeon Forge.

We stayed in Love Me True the first week of October this year to celebrate our Anniversary. It is a beautiful cabin with fantastic amenities. It was our first time to Gatlinburg, so the winding mountain roads were new for us coming from the Midwest! The driveway to the cabin was quite intense with little room for error but we got used to it by the end of the week. The views from the cabin were absolutely stunning!! Would highly recommend!

We had a great time at the beautiful cabin, great location and very close to Gatlinburg. Our only complaint was the air would only go down to 70 degrees. Our house stays at 64 so that is what we are use to. It was 96 degrees outside when we stayed. We were burning up the whole entire time. When you pay a lot got a place, we believe you should get to at least turn the air down past 70 degrees. It made us almost miserable as we could not even relax from being so hot as we are hot natured people. I’m

Overall the cabin was nice and much needed for the weekend. We did experience a few things. The hot tub was the biggest issue with it barely bubbling at all with the jet pressure very low... The bathroom floor has a soft spot in front of the sink and when I went to use the can opener the handle was broken so it wouldn’t work... all minor inconveniences overall it was a really nice place and it was an enjoyable weekend

We had a wonderful stay in the Love You True cabin. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. View was amazing. Road leading to and driveway were very windy and steep. I was glad my husband was driving. Great location and easy drive to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Customer service and communication were very professional and prompt. The only downfall was that we didn't have enough time to do everything we wanted. Already planning a trip for next year.

We have stayed at Elk Springs properties before and been very satisfied. However, on this trip, there were a few things we wish had been different. - The driveway to our property was advertised as “better with 4-wheel drive” but it did not prepare us for the incredibly steep drive to the cabin. We had an SUV and we were nervous about making it up the slope, especially in the rain. If you are fearful of heights, this is not the cabin for you. At one point, there were several local residents walking up the steep single lane road while we were driving up, which made us very nervous for everyone’s safety. We did ask to be changed to another cabin, but management was unwilling to do so for that reason (which we understood - it’s probably not an uncommon driveway in the area, but just FYI) - The cabin was decently clean, but the toilet had clearly not been scrubbed in a while, the windows were streaky and there was mold in the shower. - The couch and bed were not comfortable. - the fire table and hot tub were great!! We loved sitting on the porch with the fire going. - The view is wonderful. It’s a fairly private location and we loved that. - The check-in/check-out process was very easy.

There was animal hair every where from the living couches to the king size bed. Under the bed was dirty and had not been swept. Towels and rags were hung up dirty in the bathroom, the covers on the bed were not changed out or cleaned it also has animal hair all over it. I had to call the office multiple times about multiple issues. I paid for a service that should have been superb.

This is a great cabin for a stay in TN! It has a great location, close to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. Cabin was clean, had everything we needed, and had an amazing bathroom!! Bed was comfortable and the views room were even better from the hot tub on the deck! The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is the drive up/ driveway is TIGHT. I think it the future it might be worth for the company to pave a wider drive and give a bit more of a warning for guests. It is a one car road up and down and Four wheel drive is definitely needed even when it is not winter so keep that in mind.

The pictures are true to the actual property. One thing, the description does tell you that you may need 4-wheel drive to get up to the cabin; however, I think it would be great to know prior what the 'driveway' is actually like. There was a soft spot in the bathroom floor close to the toilet. The view was unbelievable and so pretty even on our cloudy gray morning. It is a perfect location to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Cabin is in a great location with a fantastic view from the rear porch. Saw a bear at the end of the drive one morning, and a fox and deer from the cabin itself. Loved the fire pit on cool mornings and the hot tub after a few holes in GSMNP. Only small critique is that the cabin could use a deep clean and a bit of a refresh as the sofa and other furnishings showed wear. Those with mobility issues may have issues crossing the steep drive into the cabin. We would stay again!

My husband and I rented a cabin for a portion of our honeymoon. The location was not quite what we expected, closer to the other cabins than we thought, but still nice. We loved the views we had of the Smokey mountains right from the deck! The cabin itself was beautiful and in good condition, the inside was quaint too. However it wasn’t very clean when we got there. Floors were dirty, the trash can stunk the kitchen up, the bed wasn’t made correctly so the bedsheets didn’t fit and kept popping off, a few things like that. Just minor inconveniences that we took care of that we just weren’t expecting to have to when renting a cabin. Otherwise we had no other issues during our stay.

I only have 2000 characters and can't attach anything, so this is condensed, but I do have the evidence to back it all up. There was a significant roof leak in this cabin. We had to request a move – it was not offered initially. Customer service was unresponsive, unprofessional, & ultimately just rude. Maintenance came in initially and removed all of the electronics in the living room and recommended a move. Being 4th of July, we had to wait a full 24 hrs before another cabin was available. They offered no discount or refund for the issue and actually made us pay the difference in price for the new cabin. Another maintenance guy showed up the day of our move to “repair” the roof with a can of spray sealant and a tube of silicone & it was immediately back on the rental site. We were told by maintenance that this was an ongoing issue & they have been aware of it. We ended up leaving a day early from our replacement cabin & our 15th anniversary trip was essentially ruined. We have used Elk Springs in the past, but never again!!!

We were unpleased at how dirty the cabin was. Faucets/sinks/shower door all had grime on them. Dusty everywhere. One of the bathroom sinks was clogged. Vanity had a light bulb out in addition to the bedroom lamp not working. Three dead bugs on the floor, couch had stains on it and the toaster had crumbs all around it. Overall it just felt filthy in there. The location of the cabin is terrible...surrounded by trailers and further away than what we thought. The driveway up to the cabin is treacherous due to the slope, sharp curves and numerous crater like potholes.

Cabin was fantastic with a beautiful view. We would definitely stay in it again. Only issue would be if there was snow. The drive up the hill is tight and extremely steep. Inclement weather would make it impossible to drive to the the cabin.
