Well, each property is absolutely amazing . Beautiful mountain views, comfy bed and such detail to the retreat for 2 apartment. If the mountains aren’t enough to look out go outside at night and look at the stars .. God’s beauty all around . Pinky and Pete are the best …. We absolutely love visiting every year . They go above and beyond .. makes me not wanna leave 😔 See y’all next year …. If not sooner 🙏💜

We booked this trip in hope of staying in a central location to all of the amazing scenery! It was absolutely perfect! The location was perfect for multiple trips to Yellowstone NP as well as other amazing adventures! The hosts were absolutely amazing with great recommendations and outstanding hospitality!

Perfect place to stay while here exploring Yellowstone . The place is great and the host are extremely nice and helpful. Pete recommended several great trails that we would not have known about . His knowledge of the area was a big plus . Definitely staying here again when we return .

The owners are amazing. ANYTHING YOU COULD NEED IS THERE . The house is surrounded by mountains. Every window has a mountain veiw. 30 min from the entrsnce to yellowstone park . We had the best time here.....so quiet and peacful. Paradise Valley is a must stay. We did not want to leave.

This romantic retreat is the perfect getaway! Our hosts, Peter & Derilynn were very helpful, communicative, and so welcoming! A great location in Paradise Valley (Livingston) area, country setting, but close to everything from YNP, Pray, Livingston & the Bozeman airport. The retreat is beautifully appointed and they have thought of everything you may need, plus all the extras! The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and a gas grill available for your convenience. It is so perfect & comfortable to come back to after a day out! Looking forward to booking again for next year! MT won our hearts!

This location provided everything we ever needed and more! This was the perfect place for sightseeing and had all the comforts of home. The owners were so thoughtful and provided a perfectly decorated and well equipped place for us to return to after our adventures. We will be back!

Pete and Derilynn have a 1st class property. The location is great for rafting, horseback riding, visiting Yellowstone and the views are phenomenal. They are easily the best host we have had on VRBO or ABB. We highly recommend staying with them.

Beautiful place, no amenity spared! Comfortable bed & comfortable chairs, well equipped kitchen, lots of space, nice grilling space, unbelievable views! Watched mama mule deer & her twins grazing in front yard while we had coffee this morning!! Hosts are very welcoming, friendly & helpful!! We will come again!

We loved staying at this beautiful Pray property set in a the Paradise valley with incredible views. We were welcomed with a gift and a warm reception by our hosts. Comfort was a priority and this need was met. Having a wood stove made the atmosphere even more ambient and romantic. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return in the near future.

Perfect escape

We loved our stay at the romantic escape. It was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. An hour from Yellowstone and Bozeman. The grounds of the property were beautiful and it was so fun to be greeted each night by the friendly cat. It was honestly hard to even leave the property - it was so comfortable and relaxing. If you are looking for the perfect get away - this is it.

My favorite VRBO stay ever!

This retreat was absolutely lovely! The location is adjacent to so many great spots in the Paradise Valley area of Montana. We enjoyed Pray, Livingston, Yellowstone, etc during our 3 night stay. The retreat itself is immaculate and charming. We loved the deer in the yard throughout our stay and the extra little touches like the wood burning stove and firewood right next to it. Our hosts also left a sweet welcome gift for us and the info book on the table had all menus and maps/info for the surrounding attractions. Five star stay in my book! We would love to return here soon.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Derilynn and Pete’s beautiful retreat. It felt like arriving at a spa and everything was just perfect — super comfortable, super clean, beautiful furnishings and views, and the most thoughtful extras and welcome bag with snacks and treats. There’s also the most amazingly comfy king bed and big, fluffy towels — plus bear spray, bug spray, binoculars, flashlight, hiking sticks, and a cooler for excursions. Awesome binder of restaurants and things to do, with local news and magazines. And Derilynn is the sweetest!! Wonderful hosts and a fabulous stay. Thanks, y’all!

We could not have been more satisfied with our stay in the Romantic Retreat for Two! Peter and Derilynn have designed such a peaceful, cozy space. It was relaxing from the moment we walked in with calming music and a heavenly smell and even a special treat. Everything, and more, that we needed was available. They even provided bear spray to carry with us as we toured Yellowstone. The bathroom had plenty all the basic toiletries you could need and the softest towels I've ever used. The hosts communicated well from the time of booking, through check-in, and throughout our stay. They have an adorable family of foxes living nearby that were so fun to watch play. It was a genuine Montana experience and we will most certainly return for a stay at their property again someday. Thank you, Pete and Derilynn, for sharing your slice of Paradise Valley and giving us wonderful memories to keep with us always.

My wife and I just left (with great reluctance) the Romantic Retreat for Two and could not have been more pleased with our decision to book our anniversary trip here. The property is beautiful and was fully stocked with everything we could ever need for our long weekend get-away (coffee, coffee filters, snacks, bottle water, toiletries and so much more). The owners made sure every detail was perfect and made us feel like VIPs. By and far the best VRBO experience we have ever experienced and we can't wait to return.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Paradise Valley! Pete and Derilynn have made a warm and welcoming upstairs retreat. Prior to the trip Peter communicated quickly with us. When we arrived, Derilynn greeted us with great joy and gave us a tour of the retreat. She left us a goodie bag with candies and coffee(so good!) and even brought over homemade cookies halfway through the week. We definitely felt cared for and were so grateful for the extra touches.

"A romantic retreat for two" is well named.

My husband and I had reservations for North Carolina when Florence hit. We only had three days to completely change our plans and I mention that because Pete was quick to respond online which was critical. What a gorgeous place! We hiked a lot as well as did the typical sight seeing and it was nice all day to look forward to returning to our "loft apartment." We made our breakfast in the well stocked, granite efficiency kitchen. I appreciated extras in the bathrooms and kitchen such as towels, wash clothes, lotions, plenty of dish soap, etc. The king size bed is softish but okay for me with a bad back, it' a quality mattress. We enjoyed two fires in the fireplace and there is a TV. The woodwork is amazing, great attention to detail and a lovely bathroom. Pete and Derilynn are super sweet, and although the apartment is attached to their home, they respect your privacy. Most of all, what an amazing view. Would return, a lovely vacation spot, 30 minutes from the Yellowstone gate.

Great spot if you like being out of town. The suite in the main house is very rustic on the outside but beautifully done on the inside. It’s a bit of a drive to the north enterance of Yellowstone but is close to Livingston,MT. Deer and elk wander through the property.

This place is amazing! Pete and Derilynn have really outdone themselves with the decor of this retreat. Upon checking in Derilynn showed me around the place and introduced me to the outdoor cat. They had extra toiletries in case there was something I forgot to bring. There were really nice towels, robes, and bottled water. The views were breathtaking! There was even a handcrafted personalized welcome card on the bed! It was just the place for my trip to Yellowstone. Thank you Pete and Derilynn for the terrific stay!

Pete and Derilynn are amazing and very helpful. We felt welcome and special the entire week. The romantic retreat apartment was perfection. It had everything we needed and much more. We did some pretty long days driving and hiking in Yellowstone and the best part was coming home and relaxing and taking in the Montana mountain views. The pictures don't do it justice. Biggest surprise was how charming Livingston and the surrounding area is. Highly recommend taking the Ryan's up on their favorite local spots. We will definitely be back!
