Perfect pentru un somn odihnitor.

Apartamentul este absolut superb și liniștit. Patul e extrem de confortabil, perfect pentru un somn odihnitor. Un mare avantaj este proximitatea față de centru – poți ajunge rapid la toate locurile de interes, fără să fie nevoie să apelezi mereu la taxi sau Uber.

Just a good appearance, poor quality and seriousness

- location - style - free underground parking - big bed

- unhygienic, dirty - found USED DIAPER in the toilet trash - the inner door lock is broken - bath soap was 100% water (diluted) !!!! - microwave was dirty with old food inside - host had phone closed - mosquito net was broken - no coat hanger in the bathroom or at the entrance - apartment is located in front of the main door and all noise can be heard, 0% soundproofing - radiator handle was broken - parking place very small, is between 2 walls - the person responsible with the parking door is not there and you need to get out from the car and found him - for check in the key is under the entrance carpet!!! no security box for the keys!!! - bathroom door is just for design, soundproofing 0 - the hood is just for design, no evacuation tub. The smell is drawn and put in the cupboard above PLEASE FIRE THE MAID!!!!!!!!

Very good, only parking issues.

Location, style, underground parking. Owner was good to comunicate and help to solve problems with parking place.

Parking problem that parking security make some business with parking for night some other cars, and we found other car on our place, than you need to have a rock'n'roll at night time to find with non English speaking security solution. Also parking place are narrow for big car. Bad to soft. Buthroom need refreshments for all valves, shower had etc, bath plug can't keep water.

Pleasant and comfortable for a short trip to Bucharest

Apartment is located in relatively new block of flats. Place is modern, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable, clean. All that you would need for a short stay to see the town. Check-in and check-out were great, contact with the owner is superb. Parking availability is very comfortable and there’s also convenient location close to the center if you prefer to leave the car and continue with public transport.

Note exactly which place you are choosing. Main profile pic can a bit be confusing. The place we stayed was a studio located on ground floor with window facing back alley, which means it is quite dark inside during the day. There is also a small pedestrian walk just next to the terrace. Not a big deal when you’re out most of the day, but it’s worth to be aware.

Nice apartment with quite a large terrace and tasteful design.

It's not clean, hair on the floor, dishes not clean. It smells really bad in the bathroom. The kitchen is practical, but not well equipped: only one fork, no towels to dry dishes,... It could be a perfect place to stay if these things would be taken care of - price is high enough to pay a better cleaning service and solve the sewer problem!

I liked the room because it was clean and cozy.

The first 3 pictures in the advertisement for the apartment are not real! It’s ok but please take those pictures off the platform because it’s not a flat with living room it’s only a studio flat and the bath from the picture doesn’t exist, so just to advise please take those pictures off if apartment it’s not with living room, sofa and fancy bathroom🤣 Thanks anyway, it’s definitely a 10👍

Very large cosy apartment with a strong modern feel. With it being so large it could probably benefit by having some board games for.guests.

The shower is a lil awkward. It's not obvious how to turn from hot to cold. As well as the water not draining the best. The shower door doesn't fully close now as well. Isn't really a massive issue.

Dirty and unorganized

In walking distance to the center and other points of interest.

If you care about cleanliness this is not a place for you - if you don't want to read through the whole text just look at the pictures provided. We've booked the apartment based on other reviews and expected a cosy above average place and service. As we arrived we needed to contact the owner to open the garage door for us and then again to find us a parking spot as the one we were directed to was taken. This wasn't a big issue, but pointed to lack of organization. We then entered the apartment and found it very dirty and unsanitary (you could tell this apartment would need a deep clean. Walls, doors, coffee machine, kettle, sink, windows, etc. were absolutely disgusting -> see pictures!). After contacting the owner about this we got the information that somebody was wrongfully in that apartment for 1 hour before we arrived, again because of lack of organization. We were told, the cleaning staff "should have" cleaned afterwards. But no matter what, it was still filthy. We were promised one day reinbursed due to this (but haven't received it as of now) and that the place will be cleaned at 10am the next day. We planned to be away because of that and came back 4 hours later, discovering no one cleaned anything. Contacting the owner, we got some strange excuse again and had to leave, to our inconvenience, so that the place can finally be cleaned. This didn't happen, though. The terrace that was extremely dirty and full of spider nets got vacumeed, but this was all - all the other issues we pointed to the property's manager on a call were left as we got them (pictures).. At this point we were very unhappy as we needed to spend our time again and again contacting the owners instead of enjoying our holiday. We contacted booking.com for assistance with this but found their customer support/protection basically nonexistent and we will be using alternatives in the future.
