no breakfast provided. I didn't stay. I was so dissatisfied that I requested a refund and left just a few hours after checking in. it was a legitimately terrible experience
the promised wifi did not work and the staff kept lying about it being fixed. room was too hot.
they considered air conditioning an extra luxury that one should have to pay for. same thing with showers. the staff had a virtually non existent sense of customer service. The front desk attendant rudely never bothered getting off his cellphone on a personal call while checking me in. It was an irredeemably terrible experience. I wish there was a way to rate this place LESS then zero

Value for your money. Good budget hotel near London-Heathrow Int'l Airport. Perfect for layovers or if you're staying in London for just 1-2 nights for business with a little time spent at the hotel. Rooms are quiet, clean and spacious enough for the luggage. Beds and washroom are good. Staff members are polite and check-in process in fast and smooth. I highly recommend this hotel.
No kettle in the room but the hotel has a vending machine at the lobby that serves complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Some of the rooms don't have an AC so if you're travelling during the Summer months, please mention in your reservation that you'd like to book a room with AC.

Loved it all!
The hot drinks machine in the lobby was a life saver in the morning because it also does soup and porridge.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

It was a last minute booking for a lay over in London. It was clean and the staff were helpful. It is close to a train line to get to Heathrow. The area seemed safe enough.
Thin walls. Expensive taxi to the hotel - recommend the train. Old building in need of TLC.

Could have been better with more facilities such as
Breakfast
Coffee/Tea/water in the rooms
Air Conditioning
Better hotel grade mattresses and pillows
Flexibility and facilities for long stays etc
I would suggest the entire team to get more training in terms of hospitality industry

Perfectly located a few minutes drive from Heathrow Airport with very good private parking behind the hotel. Very, very friendly staff at the reception and very clean rooms. We would seriously recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay a night or so before travelling from Heathrow or after arriving. Supermarkets, restaurants and pubs are in walking distance.
Nothing. We had a very pleasant stay.

We had 2 rooms that were very clean and spacious.
The bathrooms were also good and we had issues with the shower in one of them but the manager Taseef was extremely helpful and had it resolved during off hours. We also requested an extra fan because it was too hot and we prmptly received it.
I didn't dislike anything. Maybe the heat? But that's more of a climate problem than a hotel problem :D

I like the way it felt like going home and it wasn't formal or felt like you had to act something or someone your not
That I couldn't stay longer and maybe have some drinks and food vending machine on site

Good value for money. A comfortable room for a good price in a useful location. Easy to check-in and out, parking on site for only £5 per day.

I requested 2 single beds as I was going with my mother. Instead I was given a room upgrade which was fantastic. Hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station & easy to get to.

The only positives about this stay were the helpful front desk person who kindly answered all my questions and helped me carry my luggage up the stairs to my room, the comfortable bed and pillows, and the ease of finding restaurants nearby.
Except for the two positives I mentioned, this is one of the worst places I've ever stayed. I chose it because I had an overnight layover in London with a 6am flight out of Heathrow the next morning. I had hoped to relax and get some sleep since I'd just flown from the US that day, and I wanted to stay somewhere near the airport. Because I'm an expat and was returning to where I live, I had a lot of luggage - two 23kg (50lbs) bags plus a heavy backpack. I had hoped to store the two suitcases in the luggage storage, as most hotels have that, but this one did not. In addition, there was no lift (elevator), so all of my luggage had to be schlepped up two flights of stairs. Thankfully, the guy at check-in was super nice and carried my heavy bags up the stairs for me as I was carrying the heavy backpack and another smaller backpack. He kindly answered all of my questions, too, which I really appreciated. It ended up being a long night, though, because I didn't get one wink of sleep. Between the people smoking and talking loudly on the terrace right outside my window and the paper-thin walls that allowed me to hear someone in another room snoring, people opening and closing their room doors as they came and went at all hours of the night/early morning, and someone from the floor above me playing super loud music, I ended up lying awake the entire night. I even had earplugs, but there was too much noise even for them. In addition, I could smell cigarette smoke wafting into the room from outside. The room wasn't that clean, either, so I was a bit grossed out by that. I kept finding black hairs all over the place, the floor was sticky as if someone spilled something and it was only wiped up but not really cleaned (so I had to wear my shoes at all times when I got out of bed in order to not touch the nasty floor with my socks or bare feet), and the bed and pillows had a smell to them that clung to my hair and clothes.

The location and quick check in was the only benefit of this property.
The insecure car park that you have to pay for upon checking in.
The smell of old tobacco/smoke in our room.
No A/C remote.
The noise throughout the hotel when other are clearly up earlier to get flights is ridiculous. Doors slamming/footsteps every 2 minutes.

工作人员热情(staffs are friendly)
really limited facilities. No bin in the rooms, strange smell makes me really not good…
3.5
location for Heathrow , plain and simple with cheap car parking
being cold weather at present the duvet was thin and the heating was not overly warm although dial was on number 5.

conveniently close to the airport, clean and comfortable.
No kettle in room to make tea or coffee and the vending machine downstairs was basically empty. No hot water in the basin so couldn’t wash your face or shave.
