This is our second time staying in this cottage and we had a perfect trip. The location is steps away from a beautiful bay beach which we enjoyed throughout the trip. Excursions such as cold spring village and washington street mall are close by. We enjoyed using the grill and the outdoor fire pit. Kitchen supplies are well stocked. Nice to be able to use the beach wagon and sand toys. We all had a wonderful stay!

This was our first time in Cape May. We did quite a bit of exploring in the area and learned about the history of the cape. The weather was gorgeous, people were friendly and the food was all good. My husband and I will most definitely be back.

Exactly what we were looking for. Loved the short walk to the bay beach, paddle boarding and play with my toddler in the fenced in yard. Owners were understanding and helpful of little issues reported along the way (garbage, storm door). Will definitely stay again!

Our first time in Cape May. Very nice house for a family of 4. Toys and games for kids. Everything needed for the beach was included like chairs, carts, paddle boards and boogie board.A real 3 minutes from the beach.
A/C were powerful enough so we were not hot during our stay.
We will mostlikely come back here next year, Kelly-Ann was easy to communicate with and would answer very quickly when needed.

This is our second trip to this lovely little house and it was just as amazing as our first trip. It is quiet, peaceful, and gorgeous. The beach is an easy 3 minute walk away. We love the coziness of the house. This trip we enjoyed the deck and little gas firepit everyday of our trip. My kids love the backyard and they have an adorable fence around the yard. I would never want to stay anywhere else for a beach trip. I hope that we can visit this house every year. We all love it so much!!!!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

My husband and I met our daughter, son-in-law, and 3 year old granddaughter here for a beach vacation and get together. The VRBO description and praises were spot on! Clean, cozy, and cute beach house steps from the beach and awesome sunsets!
The house has all the little extras, and upstairs bedroom soo magical for our 3 year old Granddaughter with her own little play space, doll house, and toys!
Convenient to everything and a half mile walk to Harpoon’s on the bay with great music, food and atmosphere !
Kelly Ann was wonderful to work with and so timely we all questions, etc.
If we’re so fortunate to return to Cape May in the future, we will not look further than to rebook here again,!!😎🏖

Our family had a great time at this bayside retreat. Close walking distance to the bay on a quiet street. Location was close to many fun activities-water sports, boardwalk, beaches and local Cape May shopping. Kelli Ann was a wonderful host!

A small taste of nature and within walking distance to the beach. It doesn't get much better than that! North Cape May/Town Bank is quiet and low key. It was so great not to have to take beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Having that available by the host really allowed us to pack lighter and returning home to not have to pack and store again was refreshing too. We loved the location and walked around Town Bank every evening to take in all the sights. It's a very family friendly area. It's close to a lot so you don't feel like you have to travel far no matter what you need. There's a lot to do and see overall in Cape May. The house is very well kept, very clean and stocked. When we plan to return, I'd definately consider staying here again. Kelly Ann was an amazing host during the entire process and even when we were there. Always responded quickly. We totally loved our time here.

Glad we stayed there
We enjoyed staying at this quiet, pleasant cottage, which is located near birding and natural areas we visited in October. The living/dining area was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The spacious clothes washer and dryer, even the pop-up clothes basket, were useful. Steep stairs lead to the main bedroom on the second floor. This could be a challenge for anyone who has an orthopedic problem or needs to use the ground-floor bathroom during the night. Bunk beds are on the ground floor.

Cozy cottage, great location
This was our first time in Cape May and we absolutely loved the cottage and peaceful location. We brought our bicycles and it was a terrific launch point for touring around, especially along the bay. The side deck was delightful for dinners and we loved how the place was decorated. Due to Covid, we are still pretty cautious about dining out and found there were many options for Doordash delivery to the house from great restaurants. The only thing I would note for other guests is that the stairs up to the primary bedroom are quite narrow and steep. It wasn't an huge issue for us, but I think it would be difficult for, say, my senior parents to stay up there.
Owner was super-responsive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Close to bay
Cute home. Nice beachy decor. Comfortable furniture/bed. Like other guests mentioned,
very steep steps to master, but no problem for us. Close proximity to uncrowded bay beach. Absolutely beautiful sunsets! Nice deck off kitchen with fire pit which we used on cool nights. We had a great stay.

The best vacation house we ever rented!
Wow! I can’t say enough about this beautiful cottage by the beach. It was the perfect house for my family. We have a 3 and 5 year old. The house was cute, cozy, comfortable and well stocked. I couldn’t believe everything that the kitchen had! And the other fantastic aspect was we could use their beach chairs, toys and wagon. It made our stay so much more convenient. The walk to the beach was so short. There is also a sidewalk that runs along the beach that we loved taking walks on. And the bed was super comfortable. I could keep going on and on about all the positives of our stay. We will always come back to this delightful beach house. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Fantastic vacation house
We had a wonderful week at this cozy beach cottage! The house had everything we needed. Our kids (2 and 4) loved the little play alcove off the bedroom. The house was in the perfect spot, only a block from the beach with the best sunsets I think I’ve ever seen. Every night we would take the kids down to the beach in the wagon that was provided by the owners and watch the sunsets. This place is ideal for a family with little kids.

We enjoyed our stay at this quaint cottage. The bay beach was so beautiful and a short distance from the house. We cooked a lot of our meals at home and the kitchen was equipped with anything we needed. The owner quickly responded to any of my questions and was very helpful. We definitely would love to come back another time!

Great location and interaction with the host
This is a great little place, close to the beach. We had a few issues, but Kelly Ann was very easy to work with and everything that we needed was taken care of. There are umbrellas and chairs and lots of other things that you can use that are there in the shed, so you don't have to lug your own stuff in your vehicle.
We didn't know that June is horseshoe crab season, so that was a little gross, but it is what it is. Overall, we had a very nice stay!

Quiet Beach Getaway
This was a perfect getaway for our small family. Located in the quiet town of Town Bank, which is north of Cape May. The home was very clean and equipped with everything you can think of. The proximity to the beach was perfect, approx. 6 houses away, and offers the best sunsets. There is also a sidewalk that runs along the sand dunes for walkers and jogging going both north and south.
The owners were responsive and made the process easy from beginning to end. Highly recommend.
*For ice cream, we highly recommend Antojos nearby.

Couldn't have been better
Amazing location right down a quiet street from the bay. House was clean and really pretty - we used the kitchen a lot and it was well-stocked. A warning to those with limited mobility - the stairs up to the large bedroom are very steep and tall people might need to watch their heads. It wasn't a problem at all for us and it was a really unique feature. Deck was perfect and we really appreciated the supplies in the garage. Check-in and out were really simple. We're already planning our return trip!

Perfect Get Away
Perfect location. Beach at the end of the road (1-2 minute walk) is gorgeous. Home is adorable. Couch and beds quite comfortable. Watch your head coming down the stairs if you are tall-padding placed was appreciated! Would love to return during summer!

Perfect for a Small Family
This cottage was the perfect spot for me and my family of 4. It provided the perfect little getaway place before the rush of the holiday season. The house is just 6 houses away from the bay. My kids loved the little nook upstairs. The kitchen met all our needs for cooking at home. Also, we enjoyed being a little further away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of town, but the downtown area was just a simple drive. We all can’t wait to go back.
