About this house rental

Fully remodeled home with gorgeous patios and mountain views. Close to lots of hiking trails and walking distance to downtown Boulder and CU Campus. Also a short walk to the Hill, Campus, Parks, Boulder Creek, shopping, food and bars. Ideal location for any parents visiting their kids at CU, business men looking for a clean and nice work environment, or a few families coming to vacation in Boulder.

The home is about 2700 sqft with an open layout. There are two master suites with their own bathrooms housing a King bed and a Queen Bed, three other rooms with a combination of bunk beds and a queen, queen and a comfortable pull out couch. Lots of sleeping room for large parties. Zoned for 3 unrelated parties

In the summer the garden is filled with home grown vegetables which you are welcome to cook with.

Jeff's property is spacious, well furnished with high-end touches and in a great location. It served our family gathering of 6 really well. We all enjoyed our time there and hope to return again real soon!

The place was unusually decorated in a very tasteful way. Getting in was easy and checking out too. The place was well stocked with pillows linen and towels and everything you could need in the kitchen. The hot tub was a real plus and worked great. The Owner was very nice and helpful. A great place to stay in wonderful Boulder!!

Gorgeous house with all the trimmings. It's rare to find a rental so fully stocked with cleaning supplies, cooking equipment, and run of the mill necessities. That was unexpected and very helpful. Great location. Easy to get to both Pearl St and the hiking trails at Chautauqua. Our huge complaint is the sheets and towels. Every single bed had sheets that smelled of other people (presumably previous guests). One bed was missing the top sheet. The towels in every bathroom smelled of either other people or mildew. Given the high price of the rental, that's just unacceptable. We had to wash all the sheets and towels. Absurd. Relying on previous guests to follow your check-out process is sheer stupidity. Get a linen service. Niggling complaint: every pantry cabinet (and there are not many) is overflowing with previous guests leavings. There was zero room to put our things away which means our counter space was filled with all our food. The fridge was similarly stuffed—and a lot of that food was expired or unnecessary (I'm looking at you 4 bottles of soy sauce and salsa from MARCH of this year). Again, for rental cost the cleaning should have been so much better.

Met with some old friend in Boulder for a long weekend of hiking, fishing, and biking. Had a great time. House is fantastic and in a great location. Within walking distance to downtown and to hiking trails. Would definitely stay here again.

We were in Boulder with family to attend a graduation. This home was perfect, it is updated, well appointed and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. We spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor seating. Beds were comfortable! The location is convenient to shopping and outdoor activities. Highly recommend this rental!

We had a great time staying in Jeff's house! The listing is exactly as described - the house was beautifully updated and had plenty of room for all of us (10 women). It was also a convenient location and we could walk to most things. I would absolutely stay here again!

In town for a wedding and booked this property as we needed four bedrooms and room to spread out. House could not have been better. Great location, clean and perfectly stocked, beautiful indoor and outdoor space for conversation. Would recommend this home 1000% and will stay again on our next visit to Boulder. This is our second time renting this property. Each time was a five star visit. The home is perfect for a group of 8-10 people with great common areas indoors and out, as well as comfortable private spots. Also, the location is so convenient to walk or short drive to hiking, dining and shopping. We have stayed at many short term rentals all over the world. This home stands out among all the others. The owner was very accommodating and handled all my requests very well.

Really enjoyed our stay at this home as it has been beautifully renovated with lots of space indoors and out. We were in Boulder for a wedding and it was great to have family over for lunch and to hang out. Location was excellent to walk up to Chataqua park or over to Pearl St. Definitely would stay there again for any events in Boulder.

We had 9 friends stay for a relaxed and healthy Bachelor’s weekend. There were plenty of beds, plenty of space, the kitchen and grill were fully stocked with everything necessary, the place was wonderfully clean and inviting. The hot tub and outdoors were excellent. The house is perfectly located near hikes and easy relaxing walks to town or campus. Easy drives to white water rafting and other longer hikes. We did it all and respected the property as it was perfectly well kept, so we did our best to leave it as is.

Stayed with toddler and baby, along with grandparents. Beautiful house in quiet neighborhood, just 10-15min walk from Pearl Street, Boulder library, creek path, the Hill, etc. House was very clean, and had everything we needed to stay with kids. Great backyard for picnics and kids to run and play. Jeff was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. Would love to stay again!

We had such a great stay at this beautiful, super clean home in Boulder. would recommend to anyone looking to have easy access to all that Boulder has to offer in a quiet, historic neighborhood. We opted not to join the other wedding guests at the suggested hotels in favor of having a place where we could visit with family we rarely see and a kitchen to have a few meals and snacks and were so glad we did. The home was so much more than we had hoped for. I'm guessing its been recently remodeled and exquisitely done. You can't go wrong in this location - really high end. Thanks again for the opportunity!

We stayed at Jeff's property for our daughter’s wedding June 2nd through 6th and enjoyed the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had. The house is better than photographed, comfortable beds and linens and a dream kitchen. The beautiful front and backyard and deck with hot tub are perfect for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. The neighborhood is quiet and within 10 minutes of almost anything you’d want to do in Boulder. Jeff is responsive and accommodating. All in all, 5 Stars is not a high enough rating.

This newly renovated property was the perfect place for our girls getaway. We were looking for somewhere easy to get to from the east and west coasts and Boulder was a great choice. This home is walking distance to beautiful trails and a short walk or drive to many stores and restaurants. Jeff was a great, responsive host who thought of every detail to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend!
