the hotel was in a construction zone and lacked a working air conditioner on the hottest day of summer. way over priced for what it was. it felt more like a hostel vs a hotel.

Letterlijk koude douche en niet uitgerust - jammer van de werken

Op aanvraag was een late check-in mogelijk. Locatie vlakbij de grote markt. Wanneer de werken in de straat afgerond zijn dan is dit een goede ligging. Weliswaar moet je het geluid van het nachtleven er wel bijnemen aangezien kamer vlak naast de straat.

De thermostatische kraan van de douche was defect waardoor er enkel koud water uit de douche kwam. De straat van het hotel ligt volledig open, hier zijn duidelijk al even serieuze werken aan de gang. Met als gevolg om 6u55 start werkzaamheden en gedaan met slapen. Het meest storende voor ons was de droge reactie hierop wanneer we dit beide melden aan de eigenaar bij het uitchecken. Geen sorry en geen compensatie. ‘Dat is dan juist nog de toeristentaks te betalen. En tot ziens!’ ( terwijl dit ook nog incl. stond vermeld op booking )

Sehr ansprechendes, individuelles Hotel. Lage zentral. Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll und stimmig eingerichtet. Frühstück top. Personal sehr freundlich u zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder.

Mooi verblijf op top locatie, bedden kunnne beter

Prachtige kamer en zeer goede locatie. Personeel bij de desk was zéér aardig en behulpzaam. Alleen in de ochtend bij het ontbijt, dat overigens prima was, kwamen er onsmakelijke rochel geluiden uit de keuken van de chef die daar stond.

De bedden waren erg hard.

Perfection location, minimalistic design, efficient staff.

Perfection location between the historic and fashion district - everything is walking distance. The property itself is beautifully designed with a minimalistic touch (absolutely loved it); the bed is comfortable and the room is spacious with plenty of light. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Everything is catered for and well thought out that nothing is lacking. I would not hesitate to stay here again in my return visits.

The functional design of the room could benefit some optimisation - more particularly about the bathroom from the faucet sink design to the shower rack (without compromising the minimalist design of course). I can’t find anything faulty otherwise. The staff and owners put 200% into running an experience in this property.

ALWAYS a good place to stay

Location is in the middle of the old City nearby the Catherdral. Perfect for shopping and for siteseeing. Being near the centre was a good business location as well

Very good location in the center. Beds were good and the roof terrace we had was great, extremely nice view in all directions. Breakfast we took was very basic and limited but it was okay for us.

located in the heart of Old Anwerp with easy access to wherever you wanna go, yes, walk... to celebrate my birthday I just couldn't do better, nice room, huge bathroom, and the rooftop terrace with great views is awesome...

radio plug was broken but I didn't go to Antwerp to listen to the radio...

Great location, very central. The hotel is a nice boutique hotel (9 rooms) with adjoining small restaurant. Staff is superfriendly, rooms are nice and comfortable. Tasty breakfast at the restaurant.

The street can get noisy at night - so not practical to leave the windows open for ventilation (there is A/C though).

The location of the hotel is great, right in the centre of Antwerp and easily accessible by public transport. The rooms are stylish and very well decorated.

There is a night club nearby. Even though our room was on top of a building in a quiet inner courtyard (so we could not hear any noise from the streets), we could still hear the music from the club throughout the night.

Friendly staff that waited till we arrived to let us in even though we were late. Room was big and clean with a nice view. Great sized bathroom

The bed was a bit hard and the rain falling on the skylight was very loud. A simple shower curtain would have prevented a lake forming outside the shower when in use.

stylish room, comfy mattress, big bathroom great location good breakfast ( option for gluten free and vegan is a bit scarce but okay ) staff was very friendly and helpful

bit noisy if the window is open water for the bathtub was not getting warm at all... need a smaller close up mirror in the bathroom roomkey was annoying : it doesn't work straight away therefore you gotta scann your keycard 5-6 times until your door can open. which also means you hear other people in the hallway beeping constantly. would expect a little more for this price
