The location was amazing right on the square, and the building is beautiful. The apartment was well-equipped and very comfortable. The view from the kitchen and the top floor was beautiful.
There are many stairs to get to the apartment and then in the apartment too, so it will not suit anyone with mobility issues. It was a bit of a struggle to get the luggage up and down the stairs. It is also good to know that since the apartment is on the square, uber's and taxi's can't leave you at the door so you will need to walk a little bit to get to the apartment.

Posizione in centro con vista sulla piazza.
Tipologia di casa tradizionale con arredamento molto bello e attrezzata di tutto.

Amazing location right in the heart of Antwerpen. The property is very spacious and a wonderful place to spend your time when not exploring the city.
Was a bit difficult to find the first day. Would be good to mention that it is by the ice cream store.

Bath could have been more convenient. now it was hard to get in/out...

Really super flat, much more space than we expected and good double glazing. Kitchen/dining area was lovely and so was the upstairs living room. One bedroom quite small but overall very spacious and light. Exceeded our expectations.

The location, the interior, the views! Everything was fabulous
I took earplugs for the stay, knowing that the accommodation is in a central location and we stayed over the weekend. The front room gets the brunt of the noise but as it was music and people having a great time it was not too bad.

The apartment kitchen was very well stocked with implements and the hosts had left gifts of sweets and some wine which was a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have a large kitchen dining room as well as the large lounge on the top floor with the large TV and DVDs provided. It was too wet and cold to investigate the terrace but it was great to know that there was one. Everywhere in the apartment was clean and tidy and comfortable.
Can’t think of anything

location wonderfull
beds very narrow and not very comfortable. could not open blinds in bedroom.

Amazing and unique location, neat and fully equiped apartment. You need to climb a few stairs, but after that you have found yourself a gem penthouse in the middle of Antwerp. It has a stunning view on the Grote Markt from the kitchen and a lovely lounge/tv room just under the rooftop. Owners are easy to reach, kind and responsive. Downstairs there is a nice Ice/Waffle shop to get your daily ice-cream. Perfect stay for exploring Antwerp.
Showering in the bath is fine, yet the tub bottom is quite slippery and could use an anti slippery mat. Beds are OK but a bit below standard compared with the rest.

The location was fantastic- views of the Grote Markt from most windows.
The second bedroom was very small with no room to store clothes etc. The window handle was broken so could not be changed from the small opening and it was hot. This would be a lovely apartment for two people but not good for two couples.

location and views were fantastic.

Location: excellent! Design: well done (except for the bottom floor). They’ve made something nice out of limited space in a 17th century building. The rooms are tiny. The view out of the kitchen: stunning. The noise level when the windows are open, even at night in summer, is endurable. Things usually go quiet by 2-3 AM.
The only entry is a very narrow staircase to the second floor (that's the bottom floor of the 3-floor apartment) that looks like a random storage area. As there is no airco, the only way to get the temperature down in a hot summer is through opening all windows at night as the building itself is poorly isolated (17th century).
The bedroom & terrace on the back of the building oversees a messy neighbours’ backyard/roof and sometimes smells a bit (kitchen outlets). We didn't use the tiny terrace, as it's not inviting at all.
As the apartment has 3 levels, the 2 bedrooms, bathroom & toilet are at the bottom level which all give on a super tiny hall where you can only open 1 door at a time to avoid slamming them together.
The door to the front bedroom doesn't fully open. It slams into the bed. Yes it's that tiny.
Personal (bad) experience:
During our visit the only window in the back bedroom was out of service so no windows could be opened. Temperature was simply too hot and as no fresh air could enter the tiny room, CO2 levels were uncomfortable even after a short time. Tldr; the kids needed to camp out in the living room. Now technical defects happen, fine, but hosts who don’t want to find an amicable solution that’s simply not OK. For reference: this is my very first negative review on booking.com after dozens of stays (Genius Level 3).

Absolutely everything was fantastic!
Can't find much fault. Pillows could be better.
My recommendation is to include an info book about the property to explain what's allowed to be used and how etc.

The best location in Antwerp, overlooking the old town Grote Markt. Spacious, apartment is on 3 levels. Modern fitout in old building. Great facilities. Super comfortable stay. Close to restaurants.
It was perfect

great location in the city centre, nice and bright appartment, well equipped!
The market place is quite crowded at night, leaving the front bedroom with quite a bit of streetnoise. But earbuds did their job.

Where to start... large apartment with everything you possibly culd need. I could not believe the high rating but we had to give this a solid 10 rating. Simply an amazing apartment and location.

Absolutely fantastic apartments right on the Town square. Newly refurbished, with great views. There is a big car underground parking just 100m from apartments. Loads of cafes and restaurants around.
