Loved the interior and location. The room was quiet and well equipped. I wish more hotels were similar to this one, when we’re talking about the concept of a hotel. We absolutely fell in love with Antwerp and 45% of that city charm is because of the hotel choice.
Also shout out to the housekeeping team for keeping the place pristinely clean (11 out of 10 ;))
Although the front desk staff is smiley and sweet, they under deliver in terms of client service and care.
Reserving a wellness session felt like pulling teeth, response to emails took, on average, 2 days and information, provided to my additional questions, was taken from a spa’s website, which I knew before reaching out.
Worth noting, that running around the city for 4 days somehow mixed up a reserved time slot in my own head.
But for a price of a wellness service, on a day of actual supposed spa visit we didn’t receive any reminder email or comments from a front desk member advising us when we should attend and prepare ourselves, even though we spoke to a front office employee in the morning of our appointment.
I won’t go into too much detail of how a much anticipated experience, which had to be a “de-stress away day” turned out to be beyond stressful and saddening. I’ll just advise everyone to double check everything (i.e. all your additional reservations) with the front desk beforehand and, if anything unpleasant happens, ask to talk to a senior management. We did that and a hotel manager Anna was able to find a solution, which satisfied us. But, again, the front desk staff wasn’t coming forward with a suggestion to talk to senior management in order to resolve issues, they just kept repeating that there is nothing they could do.

I was thoroughly impressed with the entire stay.
The atmosphere and design of the design was great - a beautiful mix of traditional (repurposed monastery/ church - very cool!) and modern elements, combined in a minimalistic way. I loved the high ceilings and the fact that the original wood has been maintained. It made me feel very calm and taken care of. The hotel facilities and rooms felt clean. The sheets had a high threadcount and felt amazing on my skin.
This was probably the best hotel breakfast I have had thus far. It was really clear that the guest's experience was at the forefront.
Complaining about tiny things on a high level here: Couldn't find the TV remote and it would have been nice to have a smart TV. While I loved that the WC and the bathroom (sink and shower) were separate, it would have been nice to have another sink in the WC room. On the first night I struggled with the AC being too cold, but after adjusting it (and making sure to change the mode so that the device does not only cool but also heat) it was very comfortable.

Everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay there. Stuff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed our coffees in the garden. The hotel itself is very beautiful, so much attention to details.

One of the very best hotels I stay in in Europe. Super-stylish. Amazing food. Wonderful rooms. Incredible tasting menu dinner.

This beautiful hotel has a great restaurant and a bar, and it’s located in a hipster and friendly neighbourhood. There’s a coffee place nearby, and you can find a lot of places to eat around, too.

The location is stunning; built in an old convent while respecting the traditional structures. Good facilities and breakfast.
We were super surprised that there was no table available in the restaurant, despite us being hotel guests. Also, some minor things in the room didn’t work such as the wireless speaker, and there was a sewage smell in the bathroom. The staff seemed like a lot of flex workers. The bar man was moody, probably for good reasons. You would expect that you would get this minimum level of service when paying such as premium

Absolutely stunning renovation and a beautiful, peaceful hotel. Particularly loved the bar and the little guest library. Room was very comfortable.
I would recommend lengthening the breakfast service, which only runs until 10:00 (even on a Sunday). It’s also quite a way outside the centre but that’s not necessarily a negative - just a consideration.

The place is design, it is calm, it is cool. An inspiring place to stay. The best in Antwerp for a effortlessly cool luxury stay. You have to experience it to understand the feeling the property gives you.

This is our second stay at this hotel. The first time was 3 years ago when it opened. Still fabulous!!! This is a small boutique hotel and everything about it is amazing. The location, the facilities, the staff are great. We stayed for one night on our way to Paris from Amsterdam. We had breakfast at the hotel and they have parking right next door. The bar is the old chapel of what used to be a convent and we enjoyed drinks there. Service is spectacular.
Careful with meal times around the neighborhood. Restaurants close early. Luckily, I managed to grab a burger from the bar menu since my family had gone into Antwerp and I chose to stay in the hotel.
