Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and 2 share a Jack & Jill bathroom. 4 of the bedrooms have balcony access and 2 have oceanfront balconies.

Our kids’ retreat sleeps 6 and includes 2 sets of bunk beds (full on bottom/twin on top) with kids’ gathering area with 48 in. smart TV and gaming chairs. They can play Xbox, board games or just hang out having fun.(Xbox not included in rental, but feel free to bring your own)

***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a $250 fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees.

Home has 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 2 Full beds and 2 Twin beds. Sleeps 14 comfortably with room for cots & sleeping bags for extra sleeping space. Perfect for multi-family or multi generational vacations. Fresh linens are included with every stay & will be on the beds when you arrive. No need to spend the first hour of your stay making beds!

***Concierge tent service included with a 7 night rental. We will have a tent delivered and set up on the beach for you each morning and taken down for you each afternoon.
