The unit comprises the entire upper floor of a larger building on a mixed-use property. Ascend the stairs on the east side of the building and enter into a spacious, open and bright loft-concept great-room with plenty of windows with mountain views, modern, quality furnishings and an unequivocal sense of comfort and style.

The kitchen is perfect for entertaining, as part of the large, open great room. The appliances are new. The furniture is well-chosen, well-placed and new also. Access both bedrooms from either side of the great-room, the master to the left, the second bedroom to the right.
With a superb king-sized bed, plenty of space, natural light and quality furnishings, the master-bedroom invites a relaxing stay. Enjoy views of the mountains and Pikes Peak directly from your windows. The private master-bath features a modern aesthetic and all the comforts of your own home.
The second bedroom is almost as well-appointed, with a comfortable queen bed adjacent to another exceptional and private bathroom renovated with modern treatments, care, attention to detail and marble tile in the bath. Just outside of this bathroom is a full laundry for guest use.
Parking here is easy. One enclosed garage space is available as well as an uncovered space directly outside that garage space. There is also plenty of parking available on the streets north and west of the property.

This was my first time using a VRBO when on vacation, and I was very impressed with this property. The property was perfect for my daughter and I while we vacationed in Colorado Springs for a week. The garage was a nice addition to keep my car safe and out of the elements if needed. I know there are some reviews pertaining to issues with the door lock and thermostat, but I had no issues with either during out stay. A few suggestions I would have for the property is curtains in the bedrooms to keep sun light out if you wanted, and a dead bolt on the door. The rest of the property was perfect, and the pictures are very accurate.

Very clean and comfortable. Was so happy to find box fans in the closet as the white noise helps me sleep and I could not bring mine since we were flying this trip! The host communicates very well and is very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. If I had to recommend anything I would say extra blankets would be nice and maybe a reclining chair in the living room. Everything was great tho!

This is a very nice apartment just a few blocks from the Old Colorado City strip. Plenty of restaurant and shopping choices within walking distance, Garden of the Gods and Pike's Peak both a short drive. The apartment itself has 2 good size bedrooms, an updated kitchen and nice views of the mountains. Great place to stay!

Property was easy to book. Other tenants on the property were quiet. Rooms were clean and well kept. Great to have a garage to park in with homeless population within a few blocks. Super close to downtown shops, food shopping and Garden of the Gods. A + location. The only problem we had was the t.v and thermostat. Would like to see basic t.v but made use of Roku streaming with movies. Spare bedroom was hot until we found a vent under the dresser. It was 95 + during our stay. Would be helpful to have instructions for the thermostat. Would book again with convience of location and ease of accessability.

Awesome with a couple of suggestions…..bathroom to right of common area needs a bath mat in tub it was quite slippery, could use more hand towels in bathrooms. The ice machine was not working. Thanks for all the hooks in bathrooms. So convenient to all the places we wanted to go. Loved being able to walk to restaurants.

My husband and I stayed here for our daughters wedding. We were there for a week. Everything was very nice, clean and organized. I wish we had more than the 2 dish towels provided. I use about 4 in my personal kitchen. That would be my my only criticism. Any questions we had were answered quickly. Highly recommend! Loved that it was so close to the wedding venue at Red Rocks Barn! It was close to restaurants and downtown as well.

It’s a nice little place to stay within walking distance of several charming restaurants and shops. The furniture in the family room is shabby and banged up, but the place itself is very clean. They had the vent in the 2nd bedroom closed because there’s a big dresser over it. That did not work out so great during our December visit when outside temperatures were so low. That room was frigid! The thing taking our stay from 4 stars to 3 is someone introducing herself as the owner arriving unannounced and knocking on the door to check in on us midway through our week long stay. We did not appreciate the intrusion.

We had a terrible time getting the digital door lock to open. It normally syncs to the renters last 4 digits of their pone. That wasn’t working, so I was given a different code via email. Upon arrival, I tried and tried. Finally, I called the Hoste management office. The young women worked with me to try multiple codes. After about a half hour of frustration, she said she would send someone out. But, trying one more “permanent” code, the lock opened. We were afraid to leave in case it wouldn’t work. Thankfully, it did continue to work during our two night stay.
I am a pretty tech savvy individual. But, I had further difficulty turning the heat on. It was set to 64 degrees. Again, frustration because it was a thermostat that both my husband had ever seen, with no instructions.
There was NO instructions for anything. During the second call to the management company, my husband got instructions on how to use the thermostat. PLUS, he had to ask for the internet credentials.
There also were no instructions laying out expectations for departure I.e. stripping beds, towels, garbage etc.
Lastly, for the price charged for this unit, for goodness sake, buy some softer toilet paper. It was so thin and nearly useless!
I have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and AirBnBs, but rarely post reviews. I felt it necessary this time.

Terrific location, just as advertised. Great view of Pike's Peak out the window. Spacious, well-equipped and very clean property. Only issue was that there was virtually no TV available. Didn't really enjoy watching an episode from Alex Trebek's second season on Jeopardy, and not being able to access even network TV channels. To be fair, more tech savvy people who had their own apps to different content providers would have been fine, but there had been no notice of that and we were not able to navigate it, even with quick responses from Hoste.
Aside from that, we were extremely pleased with the rental.

We really enjoyed our stay in this charming place!!! The property is clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and was perfect for two couples. The location is outstanding with a quick walk to the Historic Old Colorado City. There are cute shops, breweries, and restaurants to enjoy!!

This 2nd floor condo was super clean and comfortable. Not super modern, but attractive. We loved the great location to walk to the center of Old Colorado City shops, cafes, and Saturday Farmer’s Market. Plus it was just 30 minutes up the mountain to Woodland Park and a bit further to Cripple Creek ir Pikes Peak. Just minutes to Garden of the Gods, downtown, and Glen Ayrie.

shopping, and yes, Wal-Mart:) Very clean. Comfortable beds. Great layout for 2 adult couples as we had our own bedrooms with en suite bathroom. Perfectly equipped kitchen! Would love to stay here again should we make it back to OCC for vaca. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

After a slight sna-fu with the code to enter, the stay was excellent. Management was quick to respond for help. Nice to have two full baths for 2 couples. Very comfortable furniture and bed. Ask owners for help with thermostat as we actually had ac too cold on our 95-100 degree days. Very close to Garden of the Gods. We had a noisy group below us but it sounds like I could have called management early am to deal with it.

Loved the property! So close to my parents and Old Colorado was 2 blocks away. I cook a lot so the kitchen was perfect and the kids loved the big windows and bath tub. Beds, super comfortable and lots of storage I never felt like I was tripping over my suitcases. Ready to book again for my trip back home next summer! Thank you for the great customer support while there. I do host as well and one thing I though would be a nice touch to visitors would be a map of Old Colorado, Manitou and some info about Garden if the Gods and Cheyenne Mt/ Broadmore area. There are so many great restaurants, to go brochures would be great for people to order in while staying. Thank you again.

It is close to hiking. Walking distance to OCC. close to attractions in Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. The apartment is large enough for 4 people. All rooms are well kept and comfortable. Good place to stay when visiting the area

Place was just as pictured in this listing. Updated and private. Views of the Rocky Mountains from the windows which was amazing. A block or 2 away from downtown that has shops, coffee, and places to eat. Only down side was that we were not aware of the homelessness in this area. Down the street is a park where homeless hung out and hung their clothes on the fences. Many homeless in the downtown area as well that were shirtless and yelling. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

This is the first time we have tried VRBO it was much easier and more friendly user-friendly as far as navigating the website and picking a place then the usual competitor I appreciate it the realistic photos the clean property special preference mattress in king bedroom needs to be a better mattress that was the only difficulty and the pillows those should be higher quality as well other than that we really enjoyed our stay we will definitely be back and be exploring more of the properties of this VRBO

The unit was just as pictured. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Would definitely recommend. We walked to breakfast at Bon Ton's Cafe which was great. Unit was within driving distance to many places. Loved walking Red Rock Canyon Trial nearby. Hoste was in contact with us throughout our stay.

White River Rapids Colorado Springs
Everything was good; only we thought we saw 3 beds; but only 2 beds; and we don't want 19 year old and my 15 year old sleep in queen; so we gave our king bed to them and me and my wife slept in their queen - not that comfortable. When I booked I ensured that there is 3 bed; but we only saw 2 bed; plus a bunk bed; thats not what I wanted, so may be my mistake - I didn't notice.

Great place to stay
The property is as advertised. Easy walking distance to Downtown, Old Colorado City and the shops and restaurants there. It was very clean and easy to access off of the main roads. It was convenient for our day trips to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and other local attractions. It was easy to get in and out of, very clean, and for us it was a quiet stay. It is close enough to the main highway that you could get some noise from that, but we did not have any issues in our 4 nights there. We would definitely stay there again. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 stars for communication as this house is run by a management company and we never met or interacted with the owners. I like meeting the homeowners and having interaction with locals but that was not something that was available. That said the management company responded quickly to any inquiry. The unit did not have a lot of extras like hangers and extra blankets, but those are items that also walk away so it was understandable. Again, overall we loved it and would stay again.

We really enjoyed are stay in this Beautiful and clean home. Really enjoyed the starter pack of laundry detergent and other goodies. Easy walk to downtown to shopping, bakeries and restaurants. Very close to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and Red Rock Amphitheater.

Amazing Property
This property provided the perfect amenities for a couple wishing to stay comfortable for an entire week. The only criticism I would offer is that the king bed needs more support. The mattress sagged in the middle, causing us to migrate to the middle as we slept. But, we were comfortable and felt relatively safe the entire time.

The property is clean and renovated that meets our expectations
The property is nice as described and location is ok. We had a overall good experience during our stay. The only issue was the door code was not set correctly and we couldn't get in. Luckily we called Hoste management half an hour before they close on Christmas day and they were able to give us a backup code that saved the day.

Good location
Had a lovely stay at this VRBO property. It was just as pictured and very comfortable for a family of 4. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. Loved that both bedrooms had their own bathrooms and we were able to walk to downtown which was super convenient. Look forward staying at this property again in the future.
