The bed was clean and they included a fan for air circulation.
There is an awful battery powered keypad lock for the apartment door. It's poorly mounted to the wall, flickers on and off, and the batteries are clearly dying. Why did they cheap out when the keypad outside is hardwired and reliable? The problem is that even if you enter your code correctly, the apartment door lock won't open. So you have to knock or ring the bell and hope that someone will let you in. (which could be disruptive if your room is close to this door) Communication from management is non-existent. Once you finally enter, you'll realize that it's 5 individual rooms, a small kitchen, and 1 bathroom with a toilet and shower for 5-10 guests. No living room. I didn't encounter cockroaches like someone else mentioned, but you could see their droppings. A bathroom ratio this bad is not uncommon in a hostel, but there at least you'd have a social atmosphere and a proper reception. Like others said, there is no 'coliving'. If you're doing anything besides hanging out in your room / sleeping / working, you are likely going to wait in line to use the house 'amenities'. There is no privacy, with my street level window facing a dumpster that I saw/heard homeless people digging inside at all hours. You can't leave it open because of security and daytime street noise (or just that people will see you sleep) Of the options available on Booking right now, you could get a lot more space for only slightly more money, for a private room in central Triana.

Great place for staying couple of nights.
Friendly staff, equipped kitchen.
Fridge wasn't much big for the amount of rooms/people.
Only 1 bathroom for several rooms.

Good location, close to the beach and Santa Ana cathedral.
Very thin walls between the rooms. My neighbour had to tell a lot till 4am ... The bathroom is very basic. If you're sensitive concerning hygiene this is probably not your place. Rooms are very basic as well. It's ok for just six hours sleeping, but not for relaxing.

The location and the price was great.
The room, and even the community places were clean.
Met a couple in the kitchen, they were friendly.
On the first day, my food disappeared.
On the second night at 4 am some door slamming and laud talking was waking me up.
The window of the room looked over the rubbish beans..

location
very dirty matresses (they don't use professional covers), no suitable kitchen utensils, cocoroaches, days without cleaning and in general very superficial cleaning, it can not be called co-living as there is no living, heys guys I understand price is lower but some decent bed linens and kitchen stuff can be improved

It was very quite.
Missing one common room

Very comfortable bed, well located. Clean and easily accessible. The self check in worked well, good for late arrivals. The kitchen has all the equipment one needs for a short stay, but no cooking basics.
Rather thin walls so I could hear the people in the next room talk, but they weren't too loud.

Private bathroom was clean.
Easy check-in
Appartement was really noisy. A lot of doors being slamed.
4.5
Very convenient check in and check out system with lockers! location was really close to old town (by walk 5 min), there are nice cafes nearby. It was pretty quiet in the nights, so you can sleep well :)

The position was food, very close to bus stops
The room was very very small, no balconies. But the owner was so kind and he bring me the hairdryer as soon as I asked him for.
