Great location, quick communication, clean place, air mattress available, fantastic vacation spot, spacious, responsive property manager, nice AC, beautiful rooftop pool.

Unfortunately when we arrived we experienced a broken elevator which was broken throughout entire week which made it challenging to bring up luggage. The unit was not clean upon arrival- hair on pillows, sand on the floor, tv channels wouldn’t change, WiFi issues- never connected and stovetop filthy. The toilet had stains on it and shower curtain as well. There was a lot of weed smoking as we went up and down the stairs as well.
On day 2 we had a leaking bathroom ceiling causing our floor to be soaked throughout week and despite pics being sent the issue continued limiting us to 4 towels for a family of 4 all week and a filthy floor that I would not stand out given not knowing where water leak was coming from and limiting us with towels.
Images were sent and voiced and nothing was resolved. The noise level here is very loud as the loudest bar is beneath this unit. Unit overpriced and sadly customer’s concerns were never validated. .

We had a great time- there was an air mattress available that was not pictured in the listing that was great to have. The apartment was clean and exactly as pictured. Can’t beat the location. The bar next door was loud and could be heard often in the apartment, but not enough to be much of a bother. Fair warning that the pool is also attached to the bar, it was incredibly busy when we went and there was a DJ playing music, so we were unable to get chairs or swim. Overall the place was great and would highly recommend.

Unfortunately the elevator was broken without warning. Also the remote for the tv was missing. So there was only one channel to watch. Which the property managers compensated for us. Beside that the property was nice and spacious. And the pool was fun also. Plus a great location

This property was perfect for a quick 3 night stay in Miami. It was close to the beach and all the restaurants! The property manager was great with communicating with me.

The property did not live up to what was promised and the room definitely didn’t look like was listed online. The rooftop pool was on a different roof. We were promised a washer and dryer and there wasn’t one. The deadbolts in the front door were missing, the mirror was crooked, it smelled, and overall wasn’t very clean. The bathroom was also kinda moldy. The most disappointing part was that when we requested towels not once, but twice, they were never delivered. The AC was nice though.

We had a nice stay. The place was very clean and was exactly as appeared in the pictures. The owner was responsive to questions. The location was fantastic - right across from the beach. But, it is also right above the restaurants and bars. Hence, the only downside was that it was noisier than we anticipated. Overall - good vacation.

Overall the room was clean and spacious!
Loved being in the middle of the Ocean Drive night life. We could sit outside and people watch while having a cocktail. Went to dinner at excellent places off Ocean Drive. It was noisy at night but I always sleep with ear plugs and I never heard a thing. I will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable Home Away From Home in the Art Deco District
The condo was the perfect location for our Miami vacation. It's right across the street from the beach, with an ocean view from the balcony, and upstairs from the lively sidewalk of the Art Deco district. We rode bikes on the trail that follows alongside the dunes, shopped nearby on Collins Avenue, and enjoyed beachside dining at one of the large hotels just outside the Deco district. We also had fun with the world's best people watching! The condo is spacious. There were 3 of us, but with the couch it would have comfortably slept up to 6. With a large fridge, stove, microwave, and coffee maker, we were able to pick up some groceries nearby for breakfasts, lunches, and snacks. The air conditioning worked great and was a welcome break from the heat and humidity, and the beds were so comfortable that we slept right through the music and crowd noise that filtered up from the street until the wee hours of the morning. The rooftop pool is beautiful and a nice place to get away from the bustling street for a drink and a beautiful view of the beach. The front desk staff and the owner were very friendly and helpful. One recommendation for future guests is to time your check-in early if at all possible. We arrived about 9 PM when the sidewalk and street traffic was at its peak. While the front desk told us we had 15-20 minutes to unload at the sidewalk, the valets and restaurant staff were rushing us to move our vehicle and we had to navigate the sidewalk traffic with our luggage. Otherwise, a great trip. Thank you for hosting us!
