- PLEASE NOTE that as a privately owned apartment in an Art Deco historic building, there may be occasional issues with building amenities beyond our control. This could include elevator service, water supply, or air conditioning. Please don't worry- we are committed to resolving any issues quickly and providing round-the-clock assistance.
- NOT RECOMMENDED TO STAY WITH KIDS: Our property is in an area known for its energetic atmosphere, bustling nightlife, and active street activities. While it offers an exciting adult experience, it may not be suitable for young children.
- POTENTIAL FOR NOISE: As our property is located in a vibrant and lively area, it is important to note that there may be potential for noise during your stay. While we have taken measures to ensure a comfortable environment, please be aware that occasional noise from nearby establishments or street activities may be present.
- PARKING: While there is no on-site parking available at the building, several affordable parking options are within a short walking distance (within 1 to 2 blocks). Using popular parking apps like ParkWhiz or SpotHero, you can easily compare these options. Another convenient resource is parking dot com, which allows you to search for nearby parking facilities and compare rates.
❖️ Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at/after 4 pm, and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
❖️ Supplies: During check-in, essentials such as towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper are provided for your convenience. Please plan accordingly as we do not provide additional supplies during your stay.
❖️ Trash: Maintain cleanliness by utilizing the trash cans provided.
❖️ AC & Ventilation: To avoid insects and mold, keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. We recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F for optimal comfort.
❖️ Cleaning: This apartment is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers the final cleaning after your checkout.
Property Management Rules:
✘ Unregistered Guests: Not permitted.
✘ Pets: Not allowed.
✘ Parties & Noise: No parties are allowed. Significant noise or loud music after 9:00 pm will result in eviction without a refund for the remaining reservation time.
✘ Smoking: Strictly prohibited in the unit. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and immediate eviction without a refund for the remaining reservation time.
✘ Furniture Movement: Not permitted and can result in a $250 penalty.
✘ Toilet Use: Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Use the bins provided. Flushing inappropriate items causing clogs will incur damage charges.

Very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Perfect for an adult get away! We loved it! Owners check in to see if you need anything. We will definitely return. Very satisfied! Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for my friend and me to stay for our girls weekend in Miami. It’s not a large unit, but we appreciated having our own bedrooms. We just had to cross Ocean Drive to access a beautiful beach and walk that street to enjoy nightlife in South Beach.

The location for out trip was perfect. Direct access to all the resturants that we needed. Quick access to downtown with a beach view. The condo was clean and organized with a large bathroom. The host was very communicative the entire weekend. Check in and out was seamless. I would stay here again.

The location of the building is great…right on Ocean Dr so perfect for walking to all the restaurants, bars and clubs on Ocean Dr and to the park and beach right across the street. Biggest drawback is how tiny the unit is. The pictures are deceiving. It says it sleeps 6 people but they would be packed like sardines. It was just my buddy and I so it was fine for us but I wouldn’t suggest more than 2-4 people…and only 4 if it’s two couples. The noise outside the building is a factor also. The unit is on the back right corner of the building facing an alley where people hang out all night making noise and doing questionable activities.

I wouldn't recommend for families especially weekends Friday to Monday..it gets popping and loud around this location...there is a pizza shop for after clubbing drunk hungry partiers right outside the bedroom window and you can hear people dancing and getting wild all night it closes at 4am..this is perfect for 20 somethings and older or anyone looking to get into the party scene.. the concrete everywhere reverberates crowd noise so it gets loud at night at all times of the late night hour... you can walk to beach and ocean drive is blocked off from traffic...there are part tents set up on the beach for huge drinking events ...clubs and eateries are close by and a restaurant is iterally attached to the building. And also next to TGIfridays... You can walk into a bar attached to the lobby. The place is smaller than the photos show and could fit in my living room. They use those long realtor lens to make the room look bigger in photos. Mostly Ikea furniture..the beds where clean and actually not bad to sleep on. Windows are thin and you can hear everyone outside and in the hallways, if your a light sleeper I would suggest some earplugs. Looks like the other apts are rented out as well. It's an older art deco building so you cant expect the new modern look it's actually pretty cool being In a older art deco building but that also explains smaller rooms. There is a security guard for most of the day and a cleaning lady in the mornings sweeping up the lobby. If you have a family I would say it's not a great fit since all the dancing laughing, singing, and twerking going on outside. Tuesday through Wednesday is way quieter... less people and partiers.
