We all had a great time on our annual ski trip and loved the house but there were a few things we didn't love. The location of the house was amazing and trail access for intermediate skiers was great, beginner skiers access the mountain via the free shuttle which was very convenient. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need in a working kitchen. The house was surface clean and is in serious need of a deep clean. Most of the windows were filthy and in need of cleaning. The hot tub didn't have enough water covering the jets so we couldn't really use it. The area around the hot tub hadn't been cleaned in a while as there was random flip flops lying about from past guests. In the end we loved the house and location and would rebook for our next trip.

Great place fully stocked. One day bed missing mattress so had to sleep on couch.

Came out with some friends for our yearly ski trip and had a blast. The property was immaculate and the base of peak 9 is right there! 10/10 would go back.

The house is amazing, beautiful and comfortable. It has everything you need for a perfect stay including the jacuzzi ( perfect in winter). It’s clean and easy to get in to, the shuttle for the peaks really worth it and we enjoy a lot our stay.
Thank you for everything.

Very nice home with plenty of space and well stocked kitchen. We made many meals and had all pans needed and all the spices you can imagine already there and local grocery delivered! The ski out was nearly impossible - a long trek, maybe with more snow it might have been ok but seemed like a long way and only for skiers, not snow boarders. Ski in slopes were closed. But the shuttle ran often and worked well for us.
Some damage from previous renters but the owner told us before we arrived and was very responsive.

Family get-together
This property was perfect for a family trip. Master suite was comfortable for my older parents and the kids loved the bunk beds. Our favorite was the large open kitchen/living area with gorgeous mountain views. My brother who is a chef was very impressed with the kitchen. We had so much fun spending time together while cooking meals. Wonderful place!!

Amazing Ski Trip House
We stayed at the house with a handful of friends for a weekend of skiing. The house was amazing and the pictures were identical to how the house looked. Ski in and ski out was a dream and just a short walk from the house.
The hosts were very communicative and helped give some good restaurant recommendations for our stay. We had an incredible time and hope to visit again in the future.

Amazing vacation
Group of friends, ten of us stayed at this property for annual ski trip. We found the property just as advertised! Spacious and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. It was pretty cool to have ski in and ski out opportunities albeit only for expert skiers. Half of my friends took the shuttle and the rest we used the bypass. Overall, I would highly recommend the property and also Cindy the owner. She was very easy to work with. Thank you/

This home is impressive and massive! Great separation and privacy between bedrooms . Great location to Main Street, however it is not walkable. Main living room furniture is worn, yet doable. Definitely worth renting if you have a large group, as there truly are many sleeping areas!!

Big disappointment and main issues were house cleanliness, attitude to problems from owner and this house is not ski in/ski out from peak 9. I'll elaborate on all below. A skier could easily ski into Breck using Burro trail and peak 9. In order to get back you have to access peak 10 and ski black diamond expert only trails. I'm an amateur blues only skier and more importantly we took my 3 year old son and 4 year old nephew. We had to drive to the mountain every day which was about a 10-15 minute ride through d-town Breck to the kid lesson area at peak 9. If this had been the only issue we would not have raised the complaint.2nd, there were things advertised on the listing that were not available in the home and when I texted the homeowner she blamed the previous guests. There was no cable tv - everyone was excited for the Sat afternoon Colorado Aves game. We noticed the listing was updated while we were in the home. Also, I asked the homeowner to give us notice on when the tech would be there as I was planning to get the little kids and infant out of the house for covid. She ignored that request. Sent someone over unannounced, the tech had no clue how to fix tv and I suggested taking the roku from the master so that there was SOMETHING in the main room. I could have done that myself though so this was annoying. The kids all masked up and went in the loft for over a half an hour while this went on. We had planned meals ahead and packed our sous vide. After I shoveled about a foot of snow off of the filthy deck (uncovering various litter and spatulas) we discovered the grill was broken and gross. There was no binder and the home owner kept referring to this binder. Even the tech asked me if there was one when he could not figure out the television. It's like the house has been half cleaned for the last few years and it added up.Little issues included, empty beer cans and bottles near hot tub, empty coors light boxes on upstairs deck, a contact lens crusted to a toilet seat, no shoveling of the outside areas, 9 NON programmed/working clocks - the only clock in the entire house that was set was the oven and I'm nursing a newborn so this was annoying, the 2 car garage was so messy that we could only park one car inside, and some gross pacifiers were in the kids rooms, and my favorite 432 place mates but not one single dish towel.I tried corresponding with the owner but she wrote back once and has gone silent. I would not waste my money.

Beautiful House
The house was very spacious, very beautiful and in a very convenient location for winter (or summer I imagine) events. We had a great time skiing. The kitchen was a good size. Loved the Viking range. We had 3 families living there for the week and were never in each other’s way. The kids had a great area to play and let the adults be adults. There was a little issue with cleaning but I assume under the circumstances of Covid, everyone is busy and the cleaning process I assume now takes a significant amount of more time. Communication with the owner was excellent. She was very timely in responding to any questions we had. Overall, I would definitely recommend the house for large or multiple families.

Long weekend with issues, teens, & limited entertainment
By all means, this property should be worthy of a 5 star review: it is visually stunning, beautifully furnished, and nice for lounging around and gazing out the plentiful windows. Unfortunately, we encountered a few too many issues to give it 5 stars. We reserved this place for a long weekend getaway with our kids, using this as a destination in and of itself. A big draw was the entertainment options for our older kids: the air hockey table, TVs, and the hot tub. When we arrived, the door entry code didn't work, but we were able to gain access through the garage. The door was evidently hooked to the wireless, and the entire wireless/internet and subsequently all TVs were not working. The owners were very responsive on the phone, but no quick solutions were to be had. Our efforts to revive it were interrupted by a 14 hr city-wide power outage (I did not lower our rating based on this outage as it was not the fault of the property owners). Even after the outage, my tech savvy husband spent the better part of the next day on and off the phone with the owners, in order to diagnose and fix the wireless and allow us access to the TVs & internet. Meanwhile, there were no discs anywhere for the air hockey table in the basement, rendering it useless. The owners confirmed that there are no discs supplied for the table as they had prior issues with the discs disappearing. I asked them to remove the air hockey table from the listing, which seems to have been removed from the wording, but the photo still seems to be present. While the inside of the home appeared thoroughly clean, the outside had litter on the main deck, along the driveway, and in the yard by the hot tub, the bulk of which I eventually cleaned. No one had even glanced at the hot tub area, as there were clothes from prior tenants, glass alcohol bottles, cigarette butts/boxes and other miscellaneous trash strewn about. I eventually cleaned this too because it was gross. We had contacted the owner and a housekeeper was supposed to come to clean the area but they never arrived, apparently due to a family emergency. The actual hot tub itself was clean and wonderful. The door knob to the door next to the garage (our main entry/exit door) was loose to the point of looking like it might fall off and was not fixed by our departure. The other parts of the home were posh, very comfy, and appropriately maintained. The owners were apologetic about everything and have offered us a future night stay.

Gorgeous Home and Beautiful Location
Amazing experience to stay in this Beautiful Home! There was 12 of us with more than enough room to spare. The View from our balcony was Breathtaking! With it being in the 100s in Texas, it was a wonderful break from the heat with 50-75 degree weather. We saw a pack of Moose, 3 raccoons, a bear, and cute little chipmunks! There were trails a few feet from the house and it was less than a mile walk to the center of Breckenridge. The house had everything to offer in the kitchen and more than enough towels for everyone. We will be definitely staying in this house again! Cindy was always on call, if we needed her! Thank you for letting us stay in your Beautiful Home!

Parents with college age kids and their friends
This house is very large with three separate levels so there’s plenty of privacy. The master suite is so large and luxurious with extra touches like fireplace and steam shower. The main level with a large dining area was great for communal dining. The tv was a bit small for such a large room but there’s little wall space because of all the windows. It would have been nice to be able to dim the overhead lights but otherwise a good gathering place. The kitchen has everything we needed and the high end appliances made it easy to cook. The only item I missed was a cocktail shaker. The outdoor hot tub was new and really nice. Some of the other reviews mention that calling the house ski in/ ski out is a stretch. The house is not slope side. My wife and I are average skiers over 60 and we were able to ski in and out. .Getting out is a walk down the road a couple of hundred feet and then a pretty short trail to the run that leads to quicksilver lift. The return is long as you go through quite a distance on tight trails to return back to starting point. We were tired after carrying skis back up the road the few hundred feet but we did it all three days we skied. There was a layer of snow and a couple of inches of ice on the driveway at the access door. Not a real problem I understand this is a ski house but another review mentioned snow so maybe the manager should have a talk with snow removers. The heating system was a bit quirky taking a while for the house to warm up and then also to cool down so it should just be set at one temp and left alone. This information was in the email that I finally opened and read . That gave all the information about the house but I think a binder with the information sitting there for me to read would have been nice. We would definitely consider renting this house again. The owner was very responsive and helpful with all my questions.

Do Not Rent from this Owner
We had a bad experience. The issues were avoidable before we arrived and the owner took no accountability. We have rented many homes through VRBO and we have never written a bad review. However, we wanted to share our experience as there are many other choices in Breck you should consider first.
Here were the issues:
We arrived at the home at 5:30pm to find 7" of snow on the driveway. One car got stuck and needed pushing out. We went to garage to find shovels and none were in garage. We had to clear driveway with a plastic sled.
When we entered the house the inside temperature was 47F. All the thermostats were set to 47F , meaning, there was no prep for our arrival. We called the owner to find out the heating system was radiated heat and would take 6 hours to warm up and we should turn on the gas fireplace.
Two hours later the house was at 48F. We called again to have the maintenance arrive. They told us the heater was not working :-). They called the plumber.
Plumber comes at 9:30pm and gets heater working in 5 mins. We asked how he fixed it so fast, he said, this happened before at this home. Most recently, he was here two weeks prior doing same thing. He told the owner the heater would keep going out until it was properly fixed but no action taken.
Maintenance man returns with 6 space heaters. All so small, they were not big enough to warm a single room. House reached 65F at 7am next morning.
In addition to a driveway not plowed, and thermostats set at 47F, we found wet towels in the washing machine. Clearly no one had prepped the house for arrival. Also, knowingly having a faulty heating system in a winter ski property is irresponsible.
As far as the home, it is falsely advertised as ski in/ski out. You have to walk 200 yards to a point you can ski out. We could not locate ski in but if we could it is a longer walk uphill.
Shuttle stop is not 50 yards away it is 200 yards away. It also only goes to one location which is a 350 yard walk to the chairlift and a long walk to main street.
The home itself is nice. It's big, well stocked. The hot tub was great. However, there are many homes in Breck that have these qualities. It's the way the owner was managing, and prepping the property that is the issue. We didn't pay a premium to rent a house we couldn't really use on the first day.
I reached out to owner asking about refund for part of first day, she will not return email or calls.

Great House!
We loved staying at this house! Plenty of room for the whole crowd -- we especially liked that so many could be seated together at the dining table with overflow at the bar nearby. Beds were comfortable. It was a bonus to have a toy closet stocked for the little ones and the air hockey table provided fun for the larger people. Hot tub felt great after a day on the slopes. All that said, it is a stretch to call this property ski in/ski out -- ski out is doable for intermediate and above skiers but ski in is unrealistic for most. The shuttle is convenient and reliable only a short walk to the end of the street. The walk from the shuttle drop off at the base is not for the faint of heart in ski boots. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this house.

Warrior's Mark
We just completed our stay at the Warrior's Mark property and I am pleased to say that the property was everything we expected it to be. Our party consisted of eight adults and eight children and the two levels allowed the children to have their space and entertainment while the adults could as well. It was a very beautiful and well appointed property. I would highly recommend this property to ay of my friends.

Disappointments and regrets
Such a beautiful place which should have been easy to give a 5 star rating. When check-in online says 3pm and the cleaning people are still there after 4:30pm while we have had a very long travel day, that's a problem. Then the refrigerator/freezer warms up requiring us to try to contact the owner that same night to prevent our food from spoiling (we were brought, thankfully, two coolers with ice bags), and the televisions did not receive cable stations and the video games didn't work. By then, we were beyond frustrated; especially since we could not contact either the owner or the management entity-- the phone would ring or the texts were unanswered! Oh, and there was no WiFi and no instructions as to what the password was--even the management company did not have access to the WiFi password. So, a very rocky beginning to a large family trip mars this review and we feel obligated to give fair warning to potential renters about what they might get. Such relatively simple processes to correct would have easily garnered a 5-star rating, despite the very cloudy/dirty windows which obscured the gorgeous mountain views, the filthy outdoor grill, the broken leg of the dinner table which almost fell over, the security system which had a low battery and beeped every 10-15 seconds all night (it was corrected the following day), and the awful stench of the trash which was in the garage and had not been collected (it looked like) for several weeks! The entire bottom floor of the place reeked of the trash which made going into the garage hazardous. Overall, the house was a disappointment since we had read glowing reviews and did not expect such a series of issues.

Beautiful property
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Warrior's Mark home. The house is very comfortable with a truly amazing and warm open plan living room, dining room, and kitchen. That was our favorite space in the entire house. The master suite is also lovely and the other rooms all had their own bathrooms and were all very comfortable. All-in-all, we had a fantastic time in this home. We had people staying with us aged from 1 year old to 78 years old and everyone was comfortable. We were particularly happy with the loft space for friends who visited with small children (they could have their own space up there with a full bedroom, bathroom and extra trundle bed as well as space). There were a few small issues we faced during our stay (e.g., leak in the ceiling, organizing garbage pick up) but they were handled by the owner and the manager. Also, the ski in is really difficult and the ski out isn't for beginners. There is, however, a shuttle from the end of the street (a very short walk) that is really easy to ride and free. It drops you off just a short walk to the Quicksilver Chair and picks you up from there too. That was what most of us did on most of the days we were there. You could also take that into town for a free option rather than having to drive. Simi (the owner) had organized a parking spot for the home in a great location down in town so there were plenty of options for town access. All-in-all, we loved our time in this home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others. Very comfortable beds are a huge plus. Large windows for watching the snow from the lovely living room is another. Finally, the master bathroom was great with a fireplace that connected to the fireplace in the master bedroom. We used the steam feature in the master shower regularly. Wonderful feeling so spoiled after a long day on the slopes and a hot tub at the end of it all. This home is a nice choice in terms of price point given that it's not a full ski in/ski out but does have access to the slopes and the shuttle.

Beautiful home, it met all of our needs, very comfortable.
The home was beautiful and very well taken care of and when there was a problem Jesus was their to repair or address the problem. A very good environment for all ages. The lower level for children with TV. Air Hockey and a closet full of toys, the girls called it the bunk room. The master sweet was wonderful, I loved the open concept where every one could visit and enjoy each others company. This was a very good investment for the money.. We would definitely rent this property again.
