Chaplin Park is located 2 minutes away from our house and it has tennis courts, basketball courts, a beautiful playground for children, a dog park, and bike trails. In addition, Chaplin Park offers a second beach access with plenty of free parking. All less then 2 minutes walk from our house.
This Impressive 5 bedroom, 4 bathrooms near ocean home will be an unforgettable vacation retreat for the whole family! The spacious great room is breathtaking with its wood floors, high ceilings, & crown molding. The living room is complete with a fireplace (no gas hooked up) & a 56" Smart TV and DVR over the wood mantel-bring your Netflix or other account to watch thousands of movies, access Amazon, and many other websites. In addition, for your enjoyment, we have a beautiful leather sectional couch that seat seven people. Off the living area is the Gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar for 4, granite counter-tops, cherry wood cabinets, a water filtration system in the kitchen sink, & Stainless Steel appliances. This Sunny great room also has a formal dining area with a handsome oriental rug and table that seats six. Additionally, you can enjoy the adjacent area complete with iron & glass dining table, great for game playing with the family or for enjoying your morning coffee. UPSTAIRS in the master bedroom, you'll be delighted to discover a striking king carved wood bed with flat panel TV. Open sliders to find a private balcony to enjoy the morning or afternoon breeze and finally the wonderful stone and marble master bath decked out with an over-sized spa tub and an over-sized tiled Shower with sitting area and sliding glass door! A very nice full bath is shared between the 3rd & 4th bedroom. Both bright & cheerful bedrooms have beautiful queen beds with flat panel TVs! The 5th bedroom is also complete with its own luxuries! You'll find a fine queen bed with flat panel TV and a gleaming, tiled separate hall bath!
There first level offers a full bathroom adjacent to the first level master suite and the second level offers three full bathrooms with a huge master bathroom suite.
Outside is a 9'x 22' private pool that is out in the sunshine not covered under the house, enclosed cedar outdoor shower with privacy to clean up when coming back from the beach and before enjoying your private swimming pool. Lovely private fenced backyard.
We have a full size table that seats 6 on the pool deck. In addition, there is a 3 person adult swing to relax while the kids enjoy the pool.
Additionally, we have a box of toys for kids to enjoy while they are at the house. One High Chair and a sleep and play will provide comfort for your little one.
Our Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cart will allow you to carry less stuff when you stay with us.
*The beach, via Singleton Beach Road, is approximately a 3 minute bike ride over a beautiful expansive salt marsh with wild birds and crabs. Crabbing permitted at the small bridge. If crabbing is not for you, enjoy watching wild life on your way to the beach. Beach access is also available at the town's 70-acre Chaplin Park which is just a block away and offers the following amenities: basketball court, beach access, dog park, multipurpose field, outdoor showers, picnic pavilion, playground, restrooms, tennis court, biking and walking trails.

We enjoyed staying at this location and utilized the pool, went to the beach via the golf cart service, and even walked to the park that was right across the street. The house was fully stocked and very functional for us. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Loved the house. the location, and the beach. Singleton beach was less crowded than other beaches, also had some real nice waves for surfing or boogie boarding. We used the boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon from the house. We also relaxed and ate by the pool after being at the beach and used the convenient outdoor shower to clean off from the beach. The beach was about a half mile away and there was a shuttle that would drive you.

Newer House in a small neighborhood of 25-30 similar houses. Easy beach access via community cart service. Chairs, umbrellas and beach toys in the garage. Pool was great after a day on the beach. Would stay here again. Jeffrey was great at communicating and thoughout the process.

We had the best time staying here for my boyfriend’s birthday weekend. There was 11 of us and we had plenty of room. The house was clean, well stocked and in an extremely quiet location. Jeffrey was always quick to respond to every question I had and he was very helpful. We also got to bring our fur babies with us which was a huge plus.

Arriving at the property, our expectations were more than topped. The photos of the property do not do it justice. Not only is it beautiful, it is one of the better stocked homes we’ve rented. We had more than enough room as a family of 9. The heated pool option was perfect since the temperatures dropped right before our trip. Perfect vicinity to the beach.

Our family stayed here and we all loved it! It’s an awesome gated neighborhood perfect for walking and so peaceful! It’s close to the parking lot for the beach! Very easy to communicate with the owner and check in process was so easy! The pool was awesome, the kitchen is well stocked, and it’s so nice to have a gas grill! I would recommend this place!

Rented this property for my family’s vacation. Had plenty of room for everyone, my husband and myself, my mom, my son and his wife, my sister and her partner and my pooch! Had a blast , would recommend and would definitely rent again!

I highly recommend this property for a family vacation. We were very pleased with the close location to beach and playground. If you didn’t want to take 15 min walk to beach there is a shuttle that was so convenient. The house itself was not lacking anything. Kitchen well appointed with every thing needed . Great open floor plan . House was immaculate upon arrival. Pool area was so much fun after a hot day on the beach . Lots of pool toys available in garage . I give this property a 10 plus !!!

Came to Hilton Head Island as our son was getting married there. The home at 43 Crabline Ct. Was beautiful and had all the amenities you would need for a 10 day stay. We grilled out several times as the grandkids enjoyed swimming. Loved the golf cart ride to the beach, we used that several times. House was at a very convenient location to get to restaurants, beach, golfing, grocery shopping etc.
Jeffrey was very accommodating and helpful with any questions we had. We definitely would stay there again!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this home! Jeffrey made the check in and check out process extremely easy. The house has everything you need, even kitchen items. The pool in the back is a small pool, but it’s all you really need with the beach just minutes away. Jeffrey kept the pool very warm for us, about 92 degrees! This was so enjoyable for those days that are mid 60s in late March. Make sure to rent bikes because the beach is just a short 5-10 min bike ride away! The street that this house is on is just adorable. It’s a gated street with a small pond where an alligator lives. He’s pretty skittish, but he’s fun to watch. We hope to stay here again! This property is wonderful! Very clean, nice amenities and the perfect set up for our two families to gather, as well as have personal space. The outdoor pool area was lovely and the property is conveniently located to the beach. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!

The house was perfect for our family of 5. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. House was clean, the pool was perfect and within walking distance to the beach. The golf cart service to the beach was a plus. Would definitely consider staying at house again.

I am a neat freak, so I would have liked the kitchen a little cleaner but again i am being picky (my daughter would say unreasonable). The house provided plenty of space for the 7 of us. The kitchen had everything you need to fix dinners, which we did. The only addition I would ask for is some containers to hold leftovers. The Roku was great and with Disney + allowed us to watch the Beatles documentary together as a family on the huge sectional. The pool area was nice with the two loungers but also the table. We paid for the heating of the pool to allow for swimming. We did have a little problem with the heater kicking off due to water level, but the host answered me immediately and had it resolved very quickly. I have no complaints about this. Things happen, I just appreciate the response. It is less than 1/2 mile walk to the beach which has sand that is packed enough to ride bikes. I rented them from Mike's Bike Rental (they drop off and pick up). The bike path is right next to the neighborhood as is a park. There are also plenty of restaurants that are very close. I would definitely return if we chose to come back to Hilton Head.

This was our second time staying at this home. As remembered for the first visit, everything was as advertised; clean, spacious and located very close to all of our activities.

We had 12 people in total with 4 young kids and the rest adults and a couple college age kids. Plenty of space in bedrooms and parked 4 cars. Outside shower for beach cleaning was a plus. Place was very clean. No toiletries so make sure you bring them. Plenty of beach chairs, toys too. The shuttle ended the Friday of Labor Day weekend which was a bummer and I must have missed that in the fine print. Location was about .5 mile to beach and .3 miles to parks- dog park, pickle ball baseball etc. we rented bikes to make it easier to get around and there was bike parking right at private beach area. Shelter cove is about 1 mile and mini golf was very close too. Overall a nice island location!
