About this house rental
This property is updated upstairs and down. Single garage availability during your stay. Enjoy a great location with quick access to the black hills, great restruants, as well as shopping close by. Walmart is only 1 mile away. This property has three bedrooms upstairs as well as a bathroom which is recently updated with tub/shower and bright lights. Bedroom one has king sized bed with plenty of space to move around. Bedroom two has two twin beds for sleeping. Bedroom three is smaller but still has plenty of cozy space with two twin beds. There is also a newly renovated basement with plenty of entertainment space, a second bathroom, a fourth bedroom with a bunk bed, and a pullout couch. Outdoor area has grill, concrete patio with awning and a big backyard with privacy from neighbors. Enjoy all the amenities of home while you're vacationing in the Black Hills. Enjoy a day at the city pool only 2 blocks south from this home. Also there are many other activities that are within minutes. This home is truly a great location. This home is easy to find from the interstate or any major highway. Lots of parking in the front of the house and only 2 steps to get in the front door. Keyless entry into home so no worrying about losing a key while vacationing.

We had 8 guys stay there for the Sturgis Rally. The house was just like the pictures. The host communicated great.
Quiet and safe neighborhood.

This home worked perfectly for our family vacation. We had plenty of space, the kids loved the toys and backyard and it was a great location with quick access to the places we were visiting. The owners left a ton of information about area attractions and the check in/check out process was super seamless.

Great home is you are looking for a place fit for families. Especially toddlers as they have TONS of toys and a play set and trampoline in the back yard! Very quiet and beautiful location. Everything is provided!

We felt at home! Plenty of toys inside for our grandaughters ages 9 and 3! They loved having the basement to themselves which had a bedroom with a bunkbed and a bathroom and the family room with a play kitchen, play shopping carts , a rocking horse, a Barbie house, and more. Upstairs two more bedrooms with twin beds in each with more toys and the other one with a King bed which could use a couple nightstands next to each side and a full length mirror there or somewhere in the house would be nice. The house was clean but the bathtub upstairs needs to be replaced as is greatly scuffed. Nice having the trampoline and swingset/slide for the kids in the backyard. Liked seeing the crucifixes on the walls and other Christian items! Overall a nice stay! Thank you!

A great property! Very clean, lots of room, updated interiors, baths and kitchen. Caters to young families too with games, trampoline, and swing set. Owner very responsive to inquiries. Quiet, clean middle class neighborhood. Easy access to Hwy to get to Badlands, and short 15-20 minutes to Mt. Rushmore. Would highly recommend. Would stay here again.

This property is as described. It's in great location very close to everything in the area and walking distance to a fantastic public pool. The yard was perfect for our 4 year old who enjoyed the swings.

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated having access to the garage when a quick hailstorm went through the first night. This was definitely the home for a family. Large back yard with playhouse and trampoline, patio with patio furniture and grill. Spacious, well equipped kitchen. It was definitely my home away from home. Ideal location, nice quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend this house.

Came to bike rally- it was easy to get to, quiet neighborhood. It worked out great for us. Beds were a little small for a couple of us but we knew that before we came so it worked out fune.

The location was great. Very easy to find and convenient to all the major attractions. Great place for anyone with kids especially little ones as they had everything you’ll need. Very clean and is larger than it appears in photos. Be aware that the main shower is downstairs. There is also really only one bed for adults so I wouldn’t recommend this particular location for multiple couples. Very clean, had everything we needed including maps of the area and activities. I also didn’t experience any concerns with the thermostat like I read in some of the reviews we were very comfortable and there’s a ceiling fan in the master bedroom for additional air circulation. Lastly, there is driveway parking but not access to a garage if that’s a consideration for you.

We spent every afternoon at the house for nap and quiet time, and there were books, toys, and a TV and Blu-ray player to keep the kids entertained. We only used a few of the toys and games that we had packed. The trampoline was a hit, too! We cooked all of our meals at the house and had no problems finding a pot or utensil that we needed. We chose this house because it was kid-friendly (whereas many other listings had plenty of things my kids could break). It was a great home away from home.

Nice, quiet neighborhood
The house was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It was close to restaurants and shopping. My 7 year old loved watching movies in the basement every night. We had a great time!

Great location, toddler loved it
This was a nice home centrally located to everywhere we wanted to visit. My 2 year old thought it was the greatest place on earth with the kids toys and the trampoline. We would definitely stay again.

Convenient
This property was located in a very convenient spot. Close to some shopping, gas station, and fast food for the nights you don't want to cook. The house fit the 7 of us perfect. The host was great. He helped us out when we had car trouble. Very happy with the experience.
