Villa Kanga Pedregal is extremely popular with visitors who desire a luxurious home in a great location with the ability to walk to beach, downtown and restaurants, something which most other homes in Pedregal Estate cannot offer . The home offers exclusivity, style and freedom to enjoy the same qualities and amenities in that of a 5 star resort, except this is your own. Designed and built by a local renowned architect Jacinto Avalos, the home comprises over 6200 sq ft and spread over 3 levels of modern contemporary, luxury living. Arizona flagstone paved flooring sweeps throughout both the interior and exterior of the home. Open plan entertaining areas surround the home and pool, with bamboo trellis offering partial shade when required, making the home ideal for entertaining or just relaxing.
Relax and soak up the views to the cruise ships while lying by the infinity edge Lap Pool, complete with swim up wet bar. Optional heating of the pool is available at an minimal daily charge. An outdoor dining area comfortably seats 12 people beside the fantastic outdoor grill.
The Large gourmet kitchen , complete with double gas oven, expansive granite bench space , large two door refrigerator , dishwasher, and plenty of cupboard space will delight any chef. Chef quality outdoor BBQ is close by.
Upstairs offers a separate living area, giving extra space to get away offering privacy and access to the outside seating area with 360 degree views. Cushioned benches with seating for 12 guests surround and offers a great space to enjoy the views or the Night lights to the City and over the Hills of Pedregal which are truly mesmerizing. This area also has beautiful views to the Ocean and Marina and back to the city.
Complete sound system and Ipod system is piped throughout the house and all balcony areas.
The home has five bedrooms in total, with all bedrooms offering their own marble tiled en-suite and private courtyards. Two spacious Master suites Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 are located upstairs and are completely separate to each other, each having a king bed and private ensuite, making this ideal for couples vacationing together or large families.
Lower level has 3 Large private Guests suites offering the following in bedding , Bedroom 3 has one King Bed , Bedroom 4 has 2 x Queen beds , Bedroom 5 has 1 x Queen bed and 1 x Twin bed, All rooms have TV, air conditioning and ceiling fans.
A Separate study with desk is located on the middle level and can sleep a young adult or child. Wireless internet is offered in the home.
Villa Kanga is perfect for a young family too as there is a Gated, grassed area, ideal and safe for children to play. An easy 5 minute walk from the home into town to nearby restaurants and taxis. No need to hire a car or work up a sweat walking up and down steep hills that many other vacation homes have to face in Pedregal.
The exclusive 24 hour manned security gated community of 'Pedregal' proves to be one of the most popular places to stay when visiting Cabo. Villa Kanga offers guests 24 hour security, your own personal concierge and staff to take care of all your needs during your stay. The home offers complete privacy with water views to the Marina and to cruise ships and also across to the beautiful mountain views. The home is only a 5 minute stroll to the Marina and downtown shops and restaurants.
