We don't normally stay at all inclusive resorts because they never really seem to meet our expectations especially when it comes to food but Breathless was one of the best all inclusive we have stayed at. The property was clean, rooms we nice and the food was pretty decent! The restaurant, Ocate served us tomahawk steaks and lobster tail but our favorite was the taco stand they had while we waited for our table at Ocate!!! We upgraded to Xhale and would recommend doing so (the price difference isn't much more). Our favorite part was the location - it is on the swimmable beach, within walking distance to the boardwalk on the marina and downtown Cabo and literally right by the marina where most boat excursions depart from. Bagatelle is downstairs and the Breathless pool is fun and perfect for those who come to Cabo to have fun & party!
We would suggest the breakfast buffet be enclosed - it is on the pool deck level and is indoor/outdoor which is great to enjoy the beautiful weather but the flies were horrendous and landing on all the food that wasn't covered

The resort was beautiful and the location was perfect! It was a dream waking up every morning to the Marina and the mountains/arch to look at. The staff was amazing and the food was great. Nelly & Carlos from the entertainment staff were so much fun! Carla from the Concierge team was great as well! The one concern we had initially was fixed AS SOON as it was brought to the Concierge teams attention. Top notch service for sure!
I have no concerns regarding this resort. I truly have nothing negative to say.

Loved the property and would definitely come back.

Service received from staff was great!
There was 1 female waitstaff who was rude in Bites on Wednesday. Instead of her asking how can she help or saying we have not begun serving lunch yet, she walks up to us and stands there until we say we are here for lunch. Her colleague asks to seat us and she says no, she will not open.
Amenities in room are lacking. First room 1110 was dingy.

Relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. Personal concierge service and exclusive access to lounge.
The overly aggressive sales tactics of the travel club staff. We appreciated the gifts and tour, but after staff explained and we declined then came the manager with his forceful used car salesman behavior. He took a pleasant presentation and turned it into a horrible experience.

I liked the food, location, room, etc. Loved the drink and food service at the pool and beach.
Loved the pool and beach and pool by the bar near the rooms- more quiet and right by the bar and easy to go back to your room is you needed something.
Decor was classy, comfortable,
Good exercise activities at the pool.
Easy walk around the Marina to get to locations of dinner cruise, glass bottom boat, other shopping area by Senor Frog.
Went to a fun bar around the corner in the Marina with live music, felt safe and it was 5 minute walk.
Also was a close walk up the beach to the Office and other restaurants if you wanted a change from what the hotel had or to meet other people than hotel guests.
Beach was nice and water was warm.
Did not like all the sexually suggestive music at the pool non stop.
Food service at the beach was a bit slow.
The gym was not air conditioned enough- too hot in there for working out.
Was a bit of a long walk and up and down stairs/elevators to get from the room to the pool area and beach.
Confusing.
Crazy fees at the ATM to get cash., but my bank fortunately reimbursed me.

Beautiful location
Difficult to get to the restaurants

Location in town is perfect. Food at Bites and Pool Service and Spa were up to our expectations.
Restaurant service was sub par. Rooms are sparse and we constantly had to request minibar services. As a Xhale Club party, just getting a couple of airplane bottles of low premium spirits was disappointing.
Also, don’t plan to sleep much with Marina rooms. The sea lions chat all night long - even with ear plugs.

nothing
i contracted covid at breathless. i had a dirty room, very poor quality food, room service could never get an order right. onsite restaurants did not have a wide variety of options. the buffet had only 6 options. 4 security guards followed me around the property as if i should not have been there.

Staff experience was very poor
Staff member came to my room while i was not there my girl friend was alone for 2 minutes i went downstairs to the front desk and he insist to enter the room and asking questions and trying to have drink with my girlfriend after she rejected he took one shot drinks we ordered and then left while she was holding the door open for staff member to leave(room service) to leave!! Very unprofessional and inappropriate!! She was scared and feel unsafe when i got back to the room!!

Everything was amazing, but the location cannot be topped. The food was incredible and the service was the best. I'll stay here again. Upgrading to the Xhale Club is worth it. The party pool was amazing.
On Saturday night the boats in the marina right outside of my window were extremely loud, it sounded like we were staying outside of a night club until about 2 a.m. but we were so tired from all of the things we did it didn't matter too much.

Easy access to beach and marina. Very peaceful and private resort....not too many guests.
Not a lot of day and night activities and no night shows. No swim up pool bar. The food wasn't all that good especially room service foods, we ventured out most days to eat at restaurants.

Everything was fine. Nothing really exceeded my expectations. The food was good but not exceptional.
I didn't like how the restaurants were in a different building from the hotel rooms. I picked this place because it was close to town. That was a mistake. I wish I would have picked a resort with better view of the ocean and better pools instead.

Fun, modern resort for adults only which is nice. Location overlooking the marina in Cabo San Lucas was great, lots to see and do. Nice room very comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of quality hard alcohol available. We had an xhale suite so were able to eat at all the restaurants and the jacuzzi in the spa was included at no extra cost.
The food quality was good but not great, which is typical of all inclusive resorts so I was not really surprised. The wine and champagne they offered could have been better, again typical of an all inclusive. This resort is a bit on the expensive side but worth it.

great location, amazing staff, great food, great accommodations, very clean, fun entertainment, smaller size resort.
The level of noise. Being on the marina you could hear all the noise in the room, especially the fisherman yelling at 5am daily.

The location was perfect. I loved being in the Marina and the views from my room. The food was excellent and the service impeccable. I will return to this facility and plan to recommend for all of my friends
more coffee pods in the room- but this is all. Everything was really perfect

Property has great location! Rooms are very nice. Everything is very clean. Staff is great!!
The new Bagatelle restaurant that opened is a major detractor to this property. Music is blaring and competing with pool music at Breathless. The only way to access the beach and restaurants now is down a giant set of stairs since there is no ground access.

I loved the waiter - Ernesto from Bites! He was very polite and professional. Sea lions from the marina, location of the hotel, food was very tasty. The room was nice, beds very comfy. Shower was big.
The price of the hotel definitely too high for what you get. Every time you wait 45 minutes to an hour for the food (even if the restaurant is almost empty!). The hotel is made out of two building which is inconvenient. The food is very similar in most of the restaurants. Mini bar in the room has only drinks.

Facilities were very clean. Staff did a great job with Covid protocols and cleaning. Room service had really good options. Resort amenities were great.
All you can eat breakfast buffet was lackluster. No comparison to Riu. Definitely could have been much better with the amount of money you pay. No VIP access unless you pay an upgraded price which again the fees are already on the expensive side so I don't think additional fees are necessary. Sea lions are LOUD but you are made aware of that and being on a marina you're in their habitat so not a huge need to complain. View from rooms are all boats. No nice ocean or sea view.

staff was wonderful, food was better than expected, location and views were perfect. The New Years' party was over the top fun. I loved the small resort feel.
The lobby was disappointing and made a bad first impression. The "club" room was a waste of space and hardly ever used.
