Imagine your well-deserved vacation at a gorgeous three bedroom, two and a half bath townhouse at the Waikoloa Colony Villas - a luxury, gated community located in the prestigious Waikoloa Beach Resort. The townhome is the former model built in 2004 with the best location in all of the Colony Villa's development since used as a model and is adjacent to the 15th green of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. The home enjoys incredible views of the tree-lined course and is considered the premium unit in the Colony Villas due to its unique location.
Enjoy your privacy in this spacious unit with no neighbors above or below you. The unit has been thoughtfully furnished in a contemporary island style. The floor plan of our unit with its three bedrooms is perfect for couples traveling together. The gourmet kitchen, with granite counters and GE appliances, has everything you will need to create a wonderful meal. The living room has cable television with DVD/CD Stereo for your enjoyment. DVR for you to record your favorite programs while you are out exploring. Hi Speed Internet and a computer with laser printer is included for your personal use. The master has a King size bed,ceiling fan ,flat screen TV and a small balcony overlooking the golf course. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed,ceiling fan and a TV. We had a wonderful stay with our family. This location was perfect for us. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. You can walk to beach, shops, coffee, and other rentals easily. The pool was gorgeous. Highly recommend!

The property was exactly like the images, and was very clean and well stocked with kitchen wares. The location was close to places such as Foodland for groceries (Costco and Walmart are about 30 minutes south, close to the airport), and a black sand beach with amazing snorkeling. When traveling to the Hilo side of the island, the property was very close to the road that cuts through the middle of the island making it easy to reach places such as volcano national park a little easier than using the north or south routes that can take much longer. The Captain Cook area is about 1 hour south.
During our stay, whenever we had questions for Wilson, he was very responsive via text. There is a large amount of beach items available in the garage, such as snorkeling gear, pool noodles, beach toys, chairs, and boogie boards. We borrowed most of these for our beach adventures, which made things much easier than having to purchase our own. Having three bathrooms was prefect for our group of 7. The sofa bed in the living room was very helpful for our group as well. The pool at the complex was perfect for the kids during those days we didn't go to the beach.
The only issue we had was parking two cars at times. One reserved spot is available near the unit, while the second car needs to park in one of very few unreserved spots. Wilson was very helpful when no extra spots were available one evening. We would definitely stay here again for future trips if available.

The townhouse was actually bigger and brighter than the pictures suggest and as we were there for a full 2 months, it was nice to have a big bright space. It is well laid out, well equipped and has a good layout for families. For almost 3 weeks we had our son, his wife and 3 kids and there was plenty of room for us all. What also made the stay particularly enjoyable was how responsive our host was. There was also lots of beach equipment which the family certainly took advantage of. The beach was a bit of a walk but there was always parking there so that was not a problem and the pool was very close.

Gorgeous, spacious, quiet and clean. We stayed for 15 days and NEVER heard any neighbours or had any disruptions on the property. We met other families with children at the pool regularly and our children had a blast in the pool. We were a very short drive to the gorgeous beach and shopping/restaurants. We could have walked to everything, but we have young children and lots of gear so driving suited us better. Great access to walking and running loops around Waikoloa too. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Wilson's place! It was clean, well supplied, and spacious. It was a great place to relax after a day of adventuring! It was so comfortable. We enjoyed the out-door table where one could sit and watch/ listen to the birds! It was also located a short drive to a beach so we could go down for sunset. What a great place! We had a fabulous vacation. This condo has everything and then some. The kitchen is loaded with supplies, it had everything we could possibly need. Lots of towels for beach days and oodles of pool & beach gear. The chairs and umbrella were much appreciated.
The location was perfect. We spent most days at A Bay where the family enjoyed the beach and the littles played with the sand toys.
The pool was very nice and super close too. The condo complex was very nice and well maintained. The unit itself was large enough to accommodate 6 adults and two babies very comfortably. The large lawn area off of the lanai was perfect to let our grandson run around and play.

Our family rented 3 properties for a family holiday, this unit being one of them. It is a lovely large unit that comfortably slept 6 of us. The layout is roomy and spacious, and the condo is well-stocked with household items as well as beach equipment. Wilson was very helpful anytime we had a question or request. Thank you.

This property was perfect for our family. The location is great for getting around the island. It has all the things you want in a home, plentiful towels, linens and extra blankets. As well as all the little things that make it feel like a home, ziplock bags, toothpicks, tape, etc. The snorkeling and beach gear is also great. The property was super clean. We definitely recommend it.

So helpful to have a well equipped kitchen.
Even though we brought our own, there were supplies (shampoo, wash etc) in the bathrooms.
Have to admit that the house was so nicely decorated we put away some of the "nice " things so nothing would get broken.
Pool, BBQs and fitness rooms were well used, nice and close to the unit.
Wilson was extremely attentive and responsive to questions and issues and provided great ideas of things to do.
You do need a car on the Big Island to get to things.

By far, Wilson’s unit was the best of all. I base this on the location next to the open space, the landscaping, the abundance of kitchen utensils and the quality of the furniture and window blinds/curtains. It was nice to be able to darken the bedrooms! Wilson was in contact upon our arrival and immediately replied to any questions that we had. We would absolutely recommend this property for a quality stay.

My family and I enjoyed our time here for our first trip to Hawaii. The pool and hot tub was great. The condo was exactly what we needed for our trip. We had all the amenities of home. Safe gated community. Access to all sorts of things to do and see quickly. Beach 4 minutes away. I recommend Wilson and his home as a great place to stay. The only problem we had was that we had to go home as our time ran out.

My family of 5 really enjoyed staying in this unit . The host was very friendly and helpful. The unit was loaded with all the extras that you need for an extended family stay. The beds were all comfortable and the location was super handy:).

Our stay was beyond wonderful. The home, the amenities, the Ohana feeling was incredible. The beds were so comfortable, my husband and I had the room with the Queen bed and we slept like babies. The linens were in abundance and never a shortage of. There is a washer and dryer in the linen closet that met our needs constantly. Bathrooms upstairs were spotless and had an array of shampoos, conditioners and soaps for our use. The main floor was much larger than expected with vaulted ceilings and wonderful light flow.
Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare all our meals. Appliances are stainless steel and looked new. Granite counters were easy to keep clean. Home has an Asian flare which was pretty and very comfortable.
In the garage there was an abundance of beach and pool items for our use and we left a sun shade tent for future guests. One thing is that only pool noodles are allowed in the pool, no floaties of any type. This is a resort rule.
The Lanai off the dining room was used everyday and made our morning coffee’s a delight.
Grounds are spectacular and the beautiful pool is a 2 minute walk. Pool area has four large, beautifully maintained barbecues which we used everyday.
Wilson was an incredible host and attended to our needs without any wait time. It was a pleasure to work with him.
I highly recommend this property and I’m looking forward to our next trip.

The refrigerator broke down and the next day the owner flew in from the Mainland and replaced it with a new one. Very impressive. The unit was clean and comfortable, close to the pool. Many supplies, beach toys, chairs, etc. Plus the sunset could be viewed from the unit. Mahalo Wilson!

Amazing Owner
The refrigerator broke down and the next day the owner flew in from the Mainland and replaced it with a new one. Very impressive. The unit was clean and comfortable, close to the pool. Many supplies, beach toys, chairs, etc. Plus the sunset could be viewed from the unit. Mahalo Wilson!

Wilson was fantastic with communication. The property was clean and extremely well appointed. There were so many extra amenities in this unit that enhanced our stay. Our kids even enjoyed the grassy area right outside to play on. We would highly recommend!!!
