Welcome to Rundle Gallery featuring two-storey panoramic mountain views to the northwest overlooking Canada’s first and finest… magnificent Banff National Park with an eastern perspective on world famous Rundle and Cascade Mountains. The condo was built in 2004 and fully renovated in 2020. It sports all the modern amenities of condo living with a rustic mountain style for a luxurious yet cozy and comfortable mountain retreat.
This two-bedroom, two-bath luxury condominium features a dramatic 23-foot vaulted ceiling and 12 ft wrap around wall of windows which are extraordinary for viewing the majestic mountain vistas. The prettiest hours of the day are dawn and dusk, the alpen glow on the mountains cast a warm light into the condo. Delight in the stunning views whether you are pampering yourself in the rooftop hot-tub, basking on the sunny sofa or grilling at the propane barbeque on the balcony. The scenery pictures included are taken from either the balcony or from inside the unit.
A close second to the view is our custom curated wall of Canadiana and Rockies art for guest perusal and enjoyment. The art beautifully placed throughout the unit is a destination attraction in its own right.
LIVING AREA
With 950 square feet of living space you will find the condo to be spacious and comfortable for 1 to 4 guests. The river stone gas fireplace warms up the space, perfect for cozying up on winter evenings. Furnishing include a comfortable tufted leather love seat and ottoman, two plaid lodge chairs all carefully positioned for optimal mountain views or taking in the Rockies art curation. Rustic side tables and cozy pillows complete the inviting space. Living room is equipped with a new Samsung flat screen smart tv.
KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, microwave & fridge. Also provided is a full assortment of dinnerware, cookware, glassware and utensils as well as quality small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, kettle and hand blender. New in 2020, modern quartz countertops, flooring, stainless steel Blanco sink and facet. Dining table is complete with two leather chairs and a bench for 3 and leather barstools for gathering around the kitchen peninsula. Everything you need and more for casual dining or to prepare a gourmet meal.
UPPER MASTER BEDROOM & ENSUITE
The master is located up a flight of stairs and includes an attached bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Brand new in 2020, Beautyrest luxury hotel collection pillowtop king bed, side tables and closet for guest storage. Luxurious, comfortable and beautiful finishes complete the space.
LOWER BEDROOM & MAIN BATHROOM
This bedroom is located on the main floor of the unit and includes a brand new in 2020 Beautyrest luxury hotel collection pillowtop queen bed, rustic side tables and reading lamps all furnished in destination lodge styling. Adjacent to bedroom is the main bathroom featuring a modern walk in shower with sliding glass door, soothing rain shower, toilet and vanity.
The unit is equipped with a selection of pillows for your personal preference and lots of fresh towels and bathroom amenities. We provide high quality mattresses, bedding and linen and refresh frequently for the comfort of our guests. Both upper and lower bathrooms are fully renovated for 2020 including new flooring, countertops, modern shower enclosures with modern rustic tiling. Both bathrooms feature Canadian made luxury brands, bath & rain facets by Riobel in Montreal and hardware by Laloo in Winnipeg.
OTHER
This unit is located on the top/4th floor for optimum views and is accessible by both stairs and elevator. The balcony is spacious and delightful for summer evenings and is equipped with two chairs, log stools, small table and propane barbecue for grilling. One indoor heated parking space is complimentary with the rental however plenty of free parking is available outside around the building for extra vehicles. The unit in general is equipped with many many more amenities then you would find in a hotel room to make your stay feel like home, yet still a luxurious getaway.
BUILDING AMENITIES
Canmore Crossing condominium complex has two public rooftop hot tubs and one indoor hot tub. The rooftop hot tub has the best views in the entire Bow Valley, a 360-degree full panorama…take your camera for this luxurious soak. Hot tub times are scheduled, and the hot tub booking information is included with the check in documents. A basic fitness room is located at the end of the hall near the elevator, it has weights and a few machines including a treadmill and plenty of space for a workout. Bike and storage lock up is available for those travelling with extra sports gear. The outdoor courtyard is complete with benches and an assortment of shops are on the lower main level of the building, such as bank, sports rental gear, liquor, electronics and pizza.

Canmore is the gateway to Banff National Park, a mere 10 minutes from this UNESCO world heritage site. Banff National Park is world-renowned for its majestic peaks and glacier lakes, amazing activities, sightseeing and wildlife sighting opportunities. Canmore Crossing condominium is located in the hub of downtown Canmore, historically a mining town. Today, Canmore is a vibrant and modern town with 10,000 + residents, a quaint mountain town. The condo itself is a short walk away from downtown Canmore and the finest shops, galleries and restaurants in the Bow Valley. This location is steps (1 min walk) away from key services like grocery, liquor, postal, banking and coffee shops. Across the road from the condo is access to the huge downtown network of walking trails, don’t miss a stroll around the Bow River and the historic bridge, it is a local favourite. Canmore is a superb hub for discovering Calgary, Kananaskis, Parks of the Canadian Rockies and beyond.

ZONED VACATION RENTAL - This unit is in a legal vacation rental tourist zone in Canmore. Canmore was well ahead of the vacation rental trend and implemented designated zoning for tourist units many years back. We pay a surcharge of city taxes as we are a short-term rental business in the designated tourist zone. This means you as a guest are fully permitted by the town of Canmore and its existing bylaws to stay in this short-term rental and will not experience any hassles during your stay. Many units and listings are not tourist zoned which can be potentially disruptive for your vacation. Understandably, within the neighbourhoods of Canmore people do not want tourists vacationing next door. Canmore Crossing is situated in the heart of the downtown core away from the Trans Canada highway, it is the best tourist zoned location in Canmore. I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo for the past week, it was lovely. The condo was the perfect size. The views from the windows and balcony were the perfect way to start and end each day. We enjoy getting ready for my daughter’s wedding, she said the decor was a really nice aesthetic to have as a back drop for the pictures. Thank you again.

Stayed a few days with friends to bike some trails around Canmore. The condo was right in the middle of town with great trails easily accessible, and places to eat all within walking distance.
The suite was clean and had a great view of the mountains, it had everything we needed. We enjoyed the rooftop hot tub as well. We would stay here again. Reasonable price.

It was nicely decorated, clean, great views, and well stocked. I would have given everything a 5 except the TV set up would not let you get anything but streaming services. There was no local network stations like NBC, ABC or CBS. The owner stated she did not know about or watch TV much so could not help.

We really enjoyed our recent stay. Super convenient location, grocery store across the street and the cute town is just a short walk, with nice restaurants and bars. The place was spacious enough for our family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 kids,
9&11yr) and the view is just phenomenal!! Only 30min drive to Banff and 1hr to Lake Louise. I will definitely book this again.

Our group had a fantastic stay in this condo. Beautiful view, great ambiance, stores/grocery/shopping at your doorstep. Clean, spacious, very comfortable.
The only slight complaint I would have is that the hot tub was not hot, it was room temperature if that.

Me, my husband and our friends loved staying here. It was a great location for walking to downtown, shopping, coffee and hiking. The place was very comfortable for four of us and a great place to return to after hiking. Loved the mountain view out of the living room windows. The town of Canmore is as cute as Banff, with a lot less people. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Banff National Park.

This condo in Canmore exceeded all expectations and deserves every one of its five stars. The view from the moment we stepped inside was simply breathtaking. Snow-capped mountains, lush greenery, and crystal-clear lakes created a picturesque landscape that mesmerized us throughout our stay.
The condo itself was luxurious and beautifully decorated. The spacious living area, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms provided a perfect retreat. Canmore's charming shops and restaurants were conveniently located nearby, making it an ideal base for outdoor adventures.

Overall, this was a good property with comfortable accommodations and good location. We loved the Mountain View’s and that all conveniences were within a 1-2 minute walk. ( grocery, liquor, restaurants, sporting good, coffee, etc) It’s also easy access to the highway for the 15 min drive to Banff. This is not a luxury property, nor are the properties amenities, but good overall.

Highly recommended, very comfortable condo in Canmore. It was perfect for two couples, plenty of privacy, excellent amenities. Lovely views of the mountains from all windows, and location-wise, it was handily situated for walks around Canmore; close to downtown, etc. Safeway is within walking distance for groceries and readymade meals. We thoroughly enjoyed it all. Would definitely stay here again.

As soon as you walk in you are amazed by the cleanliness and wonderful decorations. Then when you go to cook, all the amenities are there as well, Views are great and the place was unexpectedly very quiet. Grocery stores, liquor stores and restaurants are close. Easy/quick walk to downtown.

We have given the owner a week to resolve the issues we had before leaving this review but alas, she has not responded to our messages or VRBO’s phone call or email.
We had a really bad experience with this property owner. The property had been double booked and we arrived to another group staying in the rental we booked which meant we had to panic book a hotel room on the Friday of the thanksgiving long weekend. So there we were, standing in the rental, among others belongings, with all our luggage and two small children.
If felt very wrong to be standing in a rental, amongst other peoples belongings without them knowing or their consent. We were violating their privacy and the worst is, I don’t think the owner ever told them we were in their space when they weren’t there (albeit briefly but still). It scares me that anyone who has stayed at the property in the past has a passcode and can let themselves in at anytime of day or night.
Further frustration is that this owner has not refunded us! Even after VRBO called them and emailed them asking them to cancel our booking so that we could be fully refunded.
When we spoke to the owner, her response was “take it up with the platform”. Completely unprofessional and dismissive. She also claimed she found us another rental within 15 minutes which is completely not true! It took her over an hour to find a smaller rental and by that time, we had already booked into a hotel and we were feeding our kids.
So be careful. If you rent this space, anyone who has stayed there before has access to the rental as they do not change the door code. Further, don’t expect to be refunded for something that wasn’t delivered and when you ask, expect to be ignored.

The property was easy to access from the highway and getting into the building and unit. The steep ramp into the parking garage was a little nerve-wracking the first time in terms of lining up to be able to reach the keypad and keeping your foot on the brake while reaching out, but I got the hang of it quickly (make a wide right turn onto the ramp). The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The bedrooms are a comfortable size and there is ample drawer space to unpack. The beds are super-comfortable. The master bedroom had a standup air conditioner which was great because it would have been too hot to sleep otherwise. I know historically this area only experienced a handful of days each year hot enough to need air conditioning but that is definitely changing (The average August temperature in Canmore is around 22, this year it was 27.) and I think those renting out condos will need to respond to that. The downstairs bedroom my daughter was using was uncomfortably warm, even with the window fan provided. That's not a criticism of the property, just an observation of the way things are going. I completely get why places were not built with central AC and I recognize that we are pampered in Ontario (and I write this to forewarn pampered Ontarian vacationers :) ). We went to bed pretty early (travelling with a toddler) but had I stayed up later, I would have opened up the windows after the sunset and this likely would have kept the main area cooler. The views from the condo were stunning--if you look out and up. If you look out and down, it's a big parking lot. We were perfectly fine with this as stunning views are everywhere in this area. I would not have traded this for a less busy neighbourhood as I very much appreciated being able to walk to get groceries and really anything you could need. Noise was never an issue despite the activity in the parking lot below. The kitchen had everything you could need in terms of cooking and dishes. A drying rack for handwashed dishes would have been handy, but not a big deal. Overall, a great condo in a wonderful area (Canmore at this point in time strikes the right balance in terms of being vibrant without being overwhelming in terms of tourist volumes). Very responsive and polite host. I would definitely rent this place again if travelling to Canmore.

I loved this property and would definitely stay again! Beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable beds, secure parking, excellent location, and gorgeous mountain view. Grocery and liquor store are conveniently across a parking lot and just across the street you are in the town center with shopping and restaurants. This was our third stay in Canmore and by far our favorite property.

We loved our stay at Danielle's beautiful condo with its lovely layout, incredibly high vaulted ceilings, very comfortable beds and furniture, stunning view of the mountains through huge picture windows, and close proximity to the town center, food and drink. Breathtaking mountain view
This is my 3rd stay at the 'Panoramic Views to Banff' condo! That in itself speaks volumes! The views are breathtaking and the ambiance, warm and comforting! Danielle and her husband have gone above and beyond to welcome us and to ensure our stay is an enjoyable one. They have been, and continue to be, a real pleasure to deal with.
In addition to the above, one cannot beat the location with being literally minutes away from all amenities, downtown and most importantly, hiking/walking trails.

This property exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent-I’ve stayed in the building before and it’s my favourite location in Canmore. I cooked every nights and found the amenities in the kitchen excellent (often times I find cheap warped pans and slim pickings for knives, plates, glasses in rentals). There is two bedrooms of the same size, and two bathrooms - there is no tub to soak those tired muscles after hiking but the hot tub is right down the hall. The mountain views from the sofa in the living room were enjoyed every morning with my coffee and in the evenings with a glass of wine. Comfortable for two couples or a family
of four. I’d stay here again.
