Overall quite and clean. Pool was wonderful for the kids. Kitchen had everything to fell at home.

The two-bedroom condo unit we had was perfect for us. Both bedrooms were large with plenty of closet space, big windows and room-darkening blinds which provided good coverage for sleeping in a dark room, yet bright and beautiful views when blinds were opened. The two bathrooms were spacious with beautiful upgraded fixtures and plenty of shelves and drawers for cosmetics and personal items. The kitchen was really nice with a full-size refrigerator, an oven, microwave, toaster, thermal carafe coffee pot, and all the dishes, pots and pans, etc., just like home. We were able to give our children a bowl of cereal with milk and make some Eggo waffles for breakfast in our room in the mornings, rather than taking picky toddlers out to dine in a restaurant, which made it much easier and more relaxing for us adults. The electric fireplace put out heat quickly to warm up after being outside, and the view from our patio doors was beautiful. The indoor pool area was great for children and toddlers. There is a big blue waterslide for older children and a really shallow pool area with a frog slide and mushroom rain umbrella for toddlers to enjoy. The indoor-outdoor hot tub was hot, as a hot tub should be, and we really enjoyed the pool area with our two children. The room was well insulated, so noise from other rooms and the hallway was minimal. Location was good, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the hospital. We would definitely choose to come back again.

It was a very pleasant stay ,,
Very accommodating. The staff at the front desk , in the restaurant,& housekeeping very friendly , helpful & always smiling .

The rooms do not dampen sound so kids in the hallways being loud can seem like they are almost in your room. But the fire place was great.

I overall enjoyed the location and booked 3 different rooms for a family vacation. 2 of the rooms were great and everything worked. However, 1 of the rooms had 2 broken steam showers and issues with the fireplace. When I brought this up to the staff they were not able to offer a different room or offer anything for this inconvenience. my rating is based on the rooms not being as advertised.

Great room very sound proof

Place was cozy including bed and wonderful fireplace. Shower was acceptable, and laundry was a great feature complete with detergent. Missing a dryer sheet though! Dishwasher was broken which was disappointing but not a game changer. Our biggest complaint was that the tv channels were extremely limited. A smart tv so we could stream our own content would’ve been so good. Also, onsite restaurant food was great and the inclusion of bear spray rental in the hotel fee was perfect too. All in all a great stay. Just do better with tv! 🙂

Loved our stay in a clean spacious suite. Only slight difficulties were trying to find a parking space in the underground parking garage and our coffee pot didn’t seem to work properly.

I was not aware that I would be staying the annex when I booked. It was a building off of the main hotel and had to walk across the parking lot to use the pool abs hot tub. I wish this was more clear. Happy it was not winter as would not have wanted to walk across the parking lot to go swimming. Room was nice.

This resort was pretty average. The parking can be a bit tight, the ceiling was a bit low, and the place was generally dark and gloomy. It was starting to show its age but the bathroom seemed like it was newly renovated. The waterslide in the pool area is also pretty fantastic.

Nice modern room

To be fair construction for town made some of xtra work to walk off property. But still good location.

Room was quite small. Parking was a challenge with a truck with a kayak rack. Spots at the hotel were quite small. The restaurant in the main hotel was delicious. Great location for accessing city amenities.

Check in mediocre. Front staff are not very friendly and don’t like to smile. Parking is $26 on the gravel pad as they assign one stall. Parking is scarce with the construction going on out front. Swimming pool is ok the bathroom to it is very dirty and unsanitary. Rooms were clean. The fan in the room and bathroom are very loud. Our room smelled like fish when we entered we had to air it out. Smell was coming from the fan in the room. For the price we paid for the room I wouldn’t return.

Check-in and out times were not shown prior to booking. We were in town to attend a wedding and because this hotel decided so be “different” and rip guests off by two hours with a 4pm check in and a 10am check out we were not able to check in prior to the wedding. During our evening celebrating with friends we were told that the front desk of our hotel closes at 11pm so we would need to check in at some other resort and then get a second cab over to our actual hotel. This further added to the inconvenience of the whole experience.
When we arrived in our room, overall it was nice and felt new but quickly noted the door to the patio did not have a black out blind. Our sleep was less than ideal as we woke up with the sun give the window let in all the light. Got up and out of our room promptly at 9:59am. When the front desk asked me how my stay was, I responded with “not good” to which she replied with silence. Stay away from this hotel. Pay the extra few dollar to be somewhere else even for a short stay.

We had a room in the annex, which isn’t terrible in itself. But we were placed in the room right next to the conference centre and the public washrooms. Bright and early all we heard was doors opening then crashing closed, water running, toilet flushing and conference attendees conversing in the hallways. It was awful. There are no walls delineating the conference space to the main floor rooms. These room should not be occupied on conference days. It was not worth the $350 per night that we paid. Avoid the annex.

I was a little concerned about staying here recently given some of the reviews - but do not fear. We stayed in a studio with our two young adult children so had a separate bed and bath which was ideal. Yes, the kitchen cabinets are a little worn and rooms are a bit dark, but it was clean, comfortable and roomy enough for all of us. The space would have looked better if there were yellow lights in the overhead lighting vs. white light which tends to make everything look dull and institutional. Since we were staying 5 days, mid point they cleaned and freshened the rooms - which was appreciated. The outdoor patio area for the main floor studios aren't great, but fine as didn't really spend a lot of time hanging out there. The restaurant was very quite yummy and not overly pricey, and the hotel is in walking distance to a lot of other decent restaurants and convenience stores. Some folks at the hotel desk were more helpful than others -- which was consistent with past reviews. Overall a good value for the space and location in my opinion. Note that before we arrived I did call in advance to express my concerns about previous reviews around not having enough supplies for the amount of people in the room (towels, dishes, etc) and some reviews about "dirtiness" ... and found that we had everything we needed and it was clean when we arrived so don't know if that was key or not. Good luck!

Unfortunately, there was a lot of construction going on in the area which we weren’t aware of about the time.
In addition, there was no housekeeping facilities and we had to call every day we were there for toiletries.
There was no good value for money given the cost we had to spend for the accommodation

The property was good but they have one old hotel and a new hotel.. we stayed in the old hotel rooms.. Which was not clearly mentioned while we were booking the rooms.

I love the place and most amazing thing is, In the morning surrounding mountains looks outstanding.

The room was clean and decent size for two queen beds, and our kids had lots of fun at the pool, especially the water slide. The toddler pool area is dated, need update. Other than that, we may return for next visit

It’s a minute walk from the famous bagel company and is in very great spot in general. The room was also spacious and very nice.

My room was in an old , partially renovated hotel off site. Not at all as advertised

Better control on ac would have helped. The rooms were hot when we moved in and the ac wasn’t good enough.
The rooms, pool and staff were very good
4.0
The pool was great for families of all ages but the floor was very slippery and quite dangerous.

Property roads in and out were horrible, car kept scrapping, massive holes and hills thru property! We were put in an annex away from the main hotel with no services in the building. Parking… there is none we came that night and had no parking spot had to go park in a parking lot a block or 2 away…. Won’t stay here again.
