About this house rental

2 Bedroom, 2 Bath 2 story townhouse at Village by the Beach. Think of it as resort living with the immaculate furnishings and a resort style pool. Come ashore with us as you enjoy our nautical white washed shabby chic decor. All the amenities a family would need to enjoy the simple pleasures of beach life. Warm cozy furnishings with comfy bedding and crisp white towels. The living room comes with large TV and free high speed WIFI. The sofa pulls out to a nice queen Memory Foam sleeper. Sleeps like you’re in the clouds! The kitchen is family friendly with plenty of bar stools, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. Plenty of cooking and baking pans.
The main floor has one bedroom with a king bed. The main floor bathroom is conveniently placed between the kitchen and the main floor bedroom. The laundry room is opposite the bathroom.
Head upstairs for the kids cove living quarters. Kids can enjoy an entire floor to themselves, large bathroom and 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed and a trundle.

Outside you'll find a nice seating area to lounge while enjoying the salty air. The pool is within view and steps away. The pool is that of a resort with it's own kids cove and lights that change during the night. The kids will love it.

The townhouse Sleeps a total of 8.
Hi-speed WiFi and all the expected amenities.
Beach and surf toys included and Keypad entry - so no losing keys.
2 assigned parking spots and additional off road parking.
Pool area includes waterfall, kiddie pool, bathrooms, bbq grills, shaded areas.

The complex is walking distance to multi areas of the Texas beaches. You are down the road from several bars and restaurants and only minutes from Bob Hall Pier, JP Luby Surf Park and the Packery Channel for fishing. Mustang Island and the National Seashore are about a 15 minute drive in opposite directions so plenty to see and do. The newest addition to the island is the new Schlitterbahn Waterpark which is a 5 minute drive down the road.

We had a great stay at this property and being only about a 2 minute drive to beach was nice. The kitchen was loaded with plenty of supplies, cookware and even some spices. It’s beautifully decorated with Beachy stuff and the beds were very comfortable.

We loved it. The condo was super nice and updated and new and clean. We really loved that the master bedroom was upstairs and away from the rest of everything. It was super close to the beach and the pool was very nice. We’ll be back.

We loved it. It's new, comfortable, and home-like. Its perfectly suitable for vacation living! The home and entire property are immaculate. It's just a couple minutes walk or drive to the beach which is very well kept. The owner is very attentive to detail and responds immediately to any concerns. The pool is a dream! The warm water is so inviting, and we did not meet one unfriendly guest. Restaurants are varied and plentiful nearby.

Exactly like the pictures. Cozy condo with the beach so close and a nice pool for both big and little kids. We drove to the beach but it is easily walkable. There was a great parking lot with a shower to rinse off after the beach which was nice. We had a great last summer vacation trip with my in laws. My father in law has difficulty moving around so I was looking for a place on the first floor with a bedroom on the first floor. The downstairs bedroom with the 2 twin beds was perfect for them and the shower had a grab bar which was really nice. The room would be great for the kids as well since it has a trundle. The master's bedroom was great. Kitchen well stocked. Michelle responded quickly with questions. Hope to return one day soon.

This was a wonderful place. It looks exactly like the pictures, it is beautiful and clean. It smells clean and fresh when you walk in. There is no need to bring spices, because it is a fully stocked kitchen just as it is stated. There was no need for us to go out to eat because we could cook in the kitchen. However, if you do want to go out Fins ice house and grill is 30 minutes away with nice souvenir shops near by the restaurants. The people are nice there. The pool is 1 door down from the town home and beautiful and clean. Michelle is very nice, we got to town early I asked if we could check in early and she let us know when the cleaning was done and let us check in early. Will book next summer, and summers to come. GREAT GIRLS TRIP. Nice for sleeping and swimming.

The property was awesome! Everything we needed was there and ready for use. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. We were steps away from the pool, but noise from the pool wasn't a problem. It was a block from the beach, so we walked everyday instead of buying a beach parking permit. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Michelle was very professional and polite.

Cute decor, clean, fantastic location near the beach! Complex is new, swimming pool was gorgeous. Seemed to be geared toward families. The condo has everything you need - they even left soap and shampoo although we brought our own.

New, Clean & Quiet Property

My family and I just returned from a stay at this property. It is a really nice place to stay. We were there for 4 nights and didn't want to leave. The condo is newly built in 2016. It was nicely decorated, clean, and the beautiful pool was a few steps away. The beach is literally a minutes drive away. You can easily walk to the beach, but we drove so that we would have our cooler, fishing poles, towels, etc right at a hands reach while hanging out on the beach. This was our first time visiting this area, and we will be back. If you are looking for a nice, clean, quiet place to stay near the beach, don't hesitate to book this condo. The only thing it was missing (for us) was coffee cups. We bought a couple the first morning and took them home as souvenirs. But be sure to bring your own coffee mug/tumbler if you're a coffee drinker :)
