Welcome to our Vacation Villa property located at the much desired North-end of Fort Myers Beach. Our one bedroom/one bathroom unit has all the essentials of home to make your stay comfortable. We have a spacious great room with a sofa (opens up to a full size sleeper), two comfy chairs to put your feet up, dining table for four and seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. Our kitchen is stocked with items to make a simple or large meal during your stay. The bedroom has a queen and full size bed and large closet. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower setup. Other amenities include Free Wi-Fi, DVD player, linens and towels. Most importantly, from your great room, kitchen and lanai, you will enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beach. Sunsets from your lanai are gorgeous. The amenities at Vacation Villas include a large heated pool, shuffleboard and grill. There is also a laundry facility with washer and dryer. Located in the much desired North-end of the island and only a short walk to downtown Fort Myers Beach (the famous well known Pier and Town Square) and restaurants. Vacation Villas neighbors Bowditch Point Park where you can see the local wildlife and catch a trolley to any destination on the island. Beach, fishing, bird watching and relaxing in a comfortable Vacation Villas condo. Make memorable moments of your vacation getaway on Fort Myers Beach, FL at our beautiful beach front condo. $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). Beautiful views and quiet

Wish they came around wish daily wash clothes and shower head was awful. Wish there was more lighting outside on beach side at night time. However it was quiet, nice location, great experience!

Great place and nice location. Just far away enough from the business of the main Fort Myers Beach but could always grab a shuttle to get to other places. The only downfall is that this property does not allow you to check in until 5PM and you must leave by 9AM!!! You basically loose a day

Location is everything.

The individual freedom that this property gives is priceless - but not costly. Beach out front, pool on the side, grilling out with views of the sunset, walk for ice cream down the beach. Carlos was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful time with my family.

Condo was very clean and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The view from inside the condo and from the lanai was awesome. Overall the condo was very nice but a little outdated. We will rent this condo again.

This unit is very dated. Only one tv in the unit, beds are hard, pull out sofa is horrible, we had pet hair on our bed linens. Linens had to be changed at 9:00 on a Saturday. We had to vacuum the floors to keep the hair from getting back into our beds. They also had to buy new blankets for the beds because they were stained. We needed 3, they brought 2. I requested another and never received one. Housekeeper acted like it was our fault the room was dirty. I had to pay $115 cleaning fee when I booked this place and I had to do all the cleaning! We bought lint rollers to clean the floor and laid down towels to walk on so we didn't have to walk on the carpet! I will never book with this company again! I asked for a cleaning fee refund and they refused. They offered to have the carpet shampooed, but why should I have to do that on my time? I paid for the room and they couldn't even clean it!! By far the worst customer service I've ever received.
