The property offers breathtaking views, clean accommodations, and convenient access to activities like fishing and boating. Guests enjoyed the peaceful location, spacious deck, and friendly owner. Perfect for family getaways and making special memories!

Lucas the property owner was very accommodating. I made the reservation and needed to make changes prior to arrival. He was very prompt and accommodating. Even let us check in a little early. We had an issue with WiFi and called him. He showed up within 5 minutes and reset it. The cabin was perfect for our needs. It was rustic....which we loved!!! It was clean, very spacious, plenty of outdoor seating for gathering and allowing children to play. We also rented a pontoon from Lucas for the grandchildren to enjoy. Hands down the best vacation ever. We loved everything about it!

We recently stayed at a cabin located at 245 Arrowhead Trail, Cadiz, KY. Overall, it was a nice and comfortable place to spend our vacation. The cabin is nestled in a beautiful, serene location, surrounded by nature, and offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The cabin had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay, and we particularly enjoyed the cozy living room and fully-equipped kitchen. The outdoor deck was a great spot to enjoy our morning coffee while taking in the beautiful scenery.
However, we did encounter a couple of maintenance issues during our stay. During a heavy rainstorm, we noticed a leak in the upstairs bedroom to the left of the stairs. There was a noticeable leak by the head of the bed, as well as another one right in front of the TV. This was a bit inconvenient, especially since it made us worry about potential water damage.
Despite these issues, we appreciated the cabin's charm and comfort. If these maintenance problems are addressed, it would make for an even better stay. We recommend this cabin for its beautiful location and cozy atmosphere but advise potential guests to check if these issues have been resolved.

We had the best time for a two night, three day visit at the cabin. It was a wonderful time for three high school classmates. We loved the accommodations, the views and how clean everything was. We talked, we laughed and we even shared a few tears. Thank you for our first outing and we hope to do it again.

Me, my husband, my cousin and her husband stayed in this beautiful cabin looked like they painted the outside so doesnt look like the picture but it had a beautiful view and very quiet place so if u want quiet that is your place it was a great place for my dads 50th birthday party and the host was very nice too because we needed more parking

The deck is beautiful. The view is very nice. Although the property is located in a neighborhood, there is a feeling of seclusion on the deck. The television was very easy to use.
The owner recommended a pizza from the Sinclair gas station, and it was surprisingly excellent.
5.0
Very close to turkey bay and elk and bison prairie, house is on the road right off the bridge to get to LBL, beautiful lake views, we had a blast fishing and off roaring at LBL. Exactly what our family needed for fall break! Thank you for having us!

We Booked This For Our Daughter And Family.. They had a good time and weren't ready to leave!!

This is an amazing property. The view is breathtaking. Everyone in my family reads to include my 10 year old and the sun room was a perfect spot for it when days got hot allowing perfect view of the water. The bridge is in sight of the property as well which a treat at night when it is lit up.
We fished every morning off the bank of the property which was a perfect situation for quiet and relaxing. We will definitely be back.

My 11 year old son and friends and family all loved the vacation and enjoyed the lake access. Along with the amazing property owner’ amazing communication. I couldn’t of asked for a better time for enjoying the lake and the Lake Barkley marina service was amazing.
5.0
The property is outstanding. Quiet, Peaceful, and have complete access to all that Land Between the Lakes has to offer, just a short 10 minutes drive down the road.
Cabin has everything my family needed. WIFI for the teen, a TV for the 9yr old, an all season room with plenty of space for board games and reading in case it rains. Enough beds to sleep 8 or 9 comfortably. And, a huge deck that goes down to the shoreline, probably got the most use during our stay. We fished off the shore mornings and evenings and the kids swam most of the days away.
We did rent a pontoon with a slide, from the same owners, which was outstanding and very convenient. The boat rental is literally at the end of the cul-de-sac, 3 or 4 houses down.
There were ZERO webs or spiders found inside the Cabin. Thought I should let everyone know seeing a prevous reviewer cried about spider webs on a deck, in the woods, by a lake... who would have thought?
We live a short 2 hr drive from the LBL area and will DEFINITELY be renting here again for holiday weekends and/or Turkey Bay OHV area trips.
Thank you, Lucas Hale for sharing your wonderful property with us and we look forward to seeing you in the future!

The views were great and the house had most everything needed for cooking and sleeping for a long weekend. We came for a family vacation and really enjoyed the board games provided, especially jenga! Would have liked to know the water access was very steep as I have a young child (a photo would have been helpful) and the stairs are a bit dingy but the house has a lot of character and is very charming. Updates to the mattresses would make a world of difference, the queens were unfortunately uncomfortable. The gym access was stated to be picked up at a different location and when asked for was not provided by the attendant- it was a bit awkward, passes in the binder would have been appreciated. Thank you to our host for having us and being open with communication!

We stayed in this cabin for my son and my birthday that is in the same weekend (memorial weekend)
The mason jar lights add so much character to this place. It was spacious with breathtaking views and offered many extra fun touches with wooden tables cut from trees, corrugated barn metal in the upstairs bath and the log steps leading to the second story.
My sons favorite place to be was the sunroom off the family room he loved being able to look around outside and play with his trucks and spiderman in an environment where we didn’t have to worry about breaking many things.
We enjoyed our stay, the owner was very friendly and accommodating

The location was perfect, we had everything we needed, and had a wonderful stay. Can’t wait to visit again!

We had a nice time this weekend.
Location was great, cabin is roomy with owner providing many things we needed for our stay. We did get a very good rate for this time of the year.
Suggestions we would make are:
-living room area is dark, needs overhead lighting(looks like a fixture was there at one point)
-mattresses and sectional need to be updated as my family didn't sleep well because mattresses, sectional weren't supportive
-door knobs need to be replaced on some doors as it's hard to tell if doors are locked or not
-Wifi isn't the greatest and tv needs to be replaced

We loved our stay at this wonderful, quaint cabin. So close to the Land Between the Lakes area where we went off roading, shooting, swimming, and saw elk and bison. We loved the area and want to come back in the Summer to enjoy all the warm weather activities! Lucas was great to work with!! Fantastic trip!

Water levels were low making fishing difficult but had a great time with my boys. Making Memories!

The house was super clean and comfortable, with lots of room and privacy for our group of 5. We enjoyed fishing directly from the shore in front of the house, paddling on the lake, hiking nearby, and grilling. Great communication, and a beautiful location for a getaway made this a perfect getaway.

We took our 10 year old grandson here for a birthday gift. We couldn't have found a better place to take him. The weather didn't cooperate but there were plenty of things to do and we kept him well entertained for 3 days. We were even able to enjoy a beautiful sunset! The pass to the indoor pool was a big plus for us. The area is very nice. We want to come back when the weather is a little nicer. Thanks Lucas!
2.5
A comfortable, cozy cabin right on the lake. It was perfect. Host quickly responded to pre-visit questions. It was a rainy weekend but the games and movies kept everyone happy.
2.5
We really enjoyed the property- it’s a beautiful location and convenient to LBL and all it has to offer. We hiked everyday and came back to a great kitchen to cook in with actual sharp knives and great pots and pans! A first in VRBO for us!
If our pup wasn’t tired out, it was awesome to be able to play fetch in the water out back shile enjoying the beautiful sunset. Thank you for making our fur buddy welcome. This is a lab paradise, for sure.
Thank you also for the privacy- it was quiet and comfortable. Great for sleeping- overall the little respite we were seeking.
Rent from Lucas with confidence! Many other rentals on the street to suit your needs and all looked great. Nothing fancy, but everything you need in a beautiful environment.

Enjoyed our stay in the cabin. The property was welcoming, clean and accommodating. We enjoyed the bag of ice cubes in the freezer! The view of the lake was peaceful. Our dogs enjoyed exploring the land next to the lake and we enjoyed the outdoor deck. I wish we had more time to stay there.

Enjoyed a 2 night stay at this beautiful log cabin. The photos perfectly depicted the property and the lake views are even better than I expected. Was a perfect place to meet my sister and her husband for a very relaxing weekend. I hope to return.

The cabin was fantastic!! Warm enough even this October for swimming in the lake. The cabin was clean, well equipped for family living. We used the grill and ate on the deck at sunset. Comfy beds, comfy family room, everything just perfect! Thanks so much. We want to come again.

While our overall stay was comfortable, the best way to describe it is by saying it was just like staying at your Grandma's house. There are beds and furniture, but like what you expect from grandma - functional, but from the 80's. The pros of this property are the view's and the location - which is just outside of LBL. I hate using the word "cons," but there are a few things to consider: 1) If you have T-mobile/Sprint, there is no service at the house so you have to rely on Wi-Fi. 2) The Wi-Fi is also like what you expect at Grandma's, she has it, but at the slowest speeds possible. There were four of us and only using our phones - and the Wi-Fi couldn't keep up. Not that big of a deal, until the storms came through so you have no way to know what's going on. (Note: there is a satellite TV receiver, but there's no service connected to it even though it has a sticker that shows what input it should be on.) 3) The Lake Barkley Resort Park Facilities are closed on Sunday. Not the property owner's fault, but that would have been good to know ahead of time since we knew it was going to rain the entire weekend we were scheduled to stay here. Overall, if you're looking for a place just to crash for the night with hot water and a bed, this place will suffice. If you're looking for a place for 10 people to stay on a rainy weekend getaway, well, you'd better bring some playing cards because you won't be able to rely on modern communication. While our stay was comfortable enough, the entire place needs updating and a little TLC to be an amazing place and worth the price. We saw notes from previous guests about the roof leaking and had the same issue. We put bowls under the leaks to catch the water and nothing we had was ruined, but it was just an example of how things should be updated. We did read others talk about the old pots and pans. The pots appear as if they were updated, but there is only one cooking sheet and you guessed it, it was just like grandma's - if grandma never baked cookies anymore. There were only 4 of us so we were good, but it is advertised for parties of 8-10, and there would not be enough kitchenware for that many people. We've stayed at much nicer places for less money that were much better maintained and updated. I don't mean to be critical, but believe you should know what you are getting.

Myself, husband, our 5 kids plus my son's girlfriend and daughter's boyfriend enjoyed a long weekend at the cabin. We communicated multiple times with the owner regarding accessing the kayaks and other general questions. We received very timely responses and assistance every time. It was a very relaxing long weekend. The cabins's location was great and had easy access to fishing, kayaking and hiking. We are trying to visit all 50 states so we don't typically go back to the same area twice. However, if we ever find ourselves back in the LBL area, we would definitely consider returning!

This cabin was perfect! Very clean, everything was in working order and it had all the amenities we needed. Lucas and Daniel were both quick to respond and are great people. We thoroughly enjoyed the lake views, renting a pontoon boat to get on the water and cozy evenings in the cabin. LBL is about as close as you can get, lots of fun trails and wildlife. We saw 11 bald eagles, lots of deer and turkeys. Nice nature center and animal sanctuary nearby and good places to eat. Will definitely be back again!

Huge Cabin. Loved the back porch to Deck. The days it rained we still had full view of the lake. We enjoyed the area for the 3 days we stayed.

Home is rustic and charming with a great location. Kitchen could be better equipped and some areas weren’t heated
