What a view!!!!! Lake Front, Main Chanel of CHEROKEE LAKE and breath taken mountain views!!! Covered porch overlooking the lake and Mountains views. There is Great fishing and awesome area for water sports, great shopping. We have several great restaurants. Less than a hour from Dollywood and outlet malls or from Knoxville shopping and night life. The lake has 463 miles of shore line and is 59 miles long. Your own private dock there at the property.There is several marinas and public ramps for your boating and fishing needs.There are 4 king size beds and 6 Bunk Beds and one of the couches turns into a bed in this home..The home was total upgraded in winter of 2021 No Carpet in the home. You can throw rocks in the lake from the houses deck when water is up.There is 2 bedroom up and 2 bedrooms down a den up and a den down great for adult and kid space!! Duck come early in the morning and the fresh air and nature is amazing. **WIFI and Internet provided !!! Firewood for fire pit provided . Linings and Towels provided. Extra large family I have the home next door THE LAKE HOUSE it is ID number 1343368. This home has is own private dock. The overhead sidewalks in Downtown Morristown is a unique thing to see and make wonderful pictures!!! Call me if you have questions about the downtown .

As grandparents we were looking for something suitable for my 2 yo grandsons, 4 yo granddaughter and 12yo grandson. This fit the bill (10 of us in all with plenty of room.) Kim was an exceptional host (promptly responding when needed.) The location was quiet yet close shopping. Day trips were enjoyed to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

It’s always an enjoyable time at the lake house with family. We were in the water everyday. The new dock and ladder is a great addition.

Our week was relaxing and enjoyable. The house is well equipped and the lake is great for boating which we love. The lake isn't busy and we were always able to find good water to ski. Kim is very responsive and took care of everything for us. This is our second time at this lake house and it will be a third next summer!

This home was perfect for our friends/family vacation. It is located in a perfect location where you are close to everything. The home has plenty of room and 2 refrigerators which came in so handy! The pictures online does not do it justice! Kim was the best host. Whenever I sent her a message she replied within minutes. We ran out of propane for the grill and within minutes of messaging her we had a new tank. You don't want to miss out on this place!!

The house was more then I expected like I seen in another review the pictures do it no justice (they need to be updated) this house was perfect and much bigger then I expected. I asked the owner for a Christmas tree and she came through with a tree and more it was perfect. We rent a house every year for the holidays and this house had everything you could possibly need.

Great place for large group. Close to water and not very steep. Two refrigerators come in handy with 14 people. Plenty of parking, 4 cars and a boat trailer. Peaceful!

Wonderful house and deck! We enjoyed nights on the huge beautiful deck. Great yard and boat dock. The beds and couches were comfortable. Our only complaint was not enough hooks for towels and hand towels. Other than that we enjoyed your beautiful well stocked home! Also the pictures do no do this property justice.

We had a wonderful time. The owners were quick to assist with any concerns or questions and were quite helpful with suggestions to places to go. You absolutely cannot beat the view. The location is quite remote but if you are there to fish and swim all you need is the beautiful lake. I only gave a 4 out 5 on cleanliness not because it was nasty. Kitchen and living space was clean but I have bad allergies to dust and the dust build up under our bed was pretty bad causing me to wake up with a horrible reaction to it. Once we cleaned it up I was good and the rest of the stay was great. The kitchen has two refrigerators which was a great surprise and had everything you need to cook mostly everything! Our family raves about the property and talked of returning soon!

We so enjoyed our week at WHAT A VIEW! The House was extremely well stocked- plenty of pots, pans, utensils. We made use of the 2 refrigerators, one for food and the other for drinks! Board games, corn hole, darts... and the view, WOW, WHAT A VIEW! Kim was always pleasant, helpful, and responded quickly to any questions! Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay and the view was amazing! There was plenty of room for seven adults and two children. The kids loved the bunk beds. We spent many hours outside enjoying the view and fishing off the dock. Only drawback was that we weren’t aware the lake had started to be drained for winter and weren’t able to use the dock to tie up to. We would recommend an extra set of silverware for larger groups. Overall we loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again!

Even better than the pictures! We couldn’t get over just how perfect this property was for our family’s annual lake vacation. Normally we end up compromising on something to find a property that works for our three generation group, but that wasn’t true for What-A-View! The house is the perfect setup for a day of sunbathing, swimming, fishing, boating or just eating meals on the deck. We had a group of five adults and three children with more space to share! If you’re planning a trip to Cherokee Lake, we highly recommend staying here!

The name of this place is exactly as it says, What a view!! The house is beautiful decorated and so much room for all ages. The lake is right in your back door and the walk to the lake is easy. The kitchen is equipped with all we needed to cook meals each day. The owner is so friendly and polite and is quick to respond back of we had any questions. I would definitely recommend this property to any all!!!

Beautiful waterfront house!! Check in was a breeze!!! Did not disappoint. Had all the amenities (dishes towels etc.). Beds/matress were super comfortable (I'm actually going to buy one for my house...an Ashley Hybrid). The washer dryer was high quality, and Jimmy made sure the propane was filled when we arrived. You never know how good management is until something goes wrong. We had a problem with the heat, we called Kim, and within 10 minutes, Jimmy the caretaker guy showed up with portable heaters and fixed the problem. Jimmy even gave me some fishing spots while he worked. We loved this place so much we stayed an extra night. The next time we are in the area, we will definitely booking again. Thank-you Jimmy and Kim for a wonderful vacation!!

This house is the perfect lakefront property with stunning views of Cherokee lake and the mountains. The house is perfect for small and large groups with plenty of kitchen and dining space. The house is clean, spacious, with wonderful views from all the rooms. The outdoor space is not disappointing. Plenty of room for dining, lounging, sitting by the fire, or enjoying the sunset from the dock. The owner was great to deal with, very accommodating, and helpful. We highly recommend this rental for any one who wants to enjoy lake life in a fun environment. The morning sunrise is incredible and became my favorite part of the day. Our long term stay was excellent, we were sad to go. Thank you Kim for making our stay so pleasant.

Large property with lots of beds, but an xtra bathroom is needed. We had to call for someone to pick up garbage from prior party and our party. The view to the lake is amazing, but no toys to enjoy the lake.

The home is lovely and well furnished. Two refrigerators were a bonus. We cooked all of our meals there. The smoker worked perfectly. Kim the owner instantly responded to every text. We highly recommend this property

The house was very clean and as pictured. Extremely spacious rooms with king beds and the views of Cherokee Lake from the deck were amazing. We were about an hour from Pigeon Forge. Kim was always a text or call away and made sure our stay was comfortable. We had a great time and looking forward to a return trip in the summer for some fishing! Thanks again Kim!!

The view from the back deck was absolutely beautiful that’s where me and the family spent most of our time. The inside of the house is very clean and gorgeous. There were 13 of us with plenty of room for all of us to sleep. I love the idea of the 2 refrigerators inside if the house also. Would go back in a heart beat..♥️♥️
