This house went above all expectations! It’s nestled into one of the premier areas of Beach Haven West. Quick drive to LBI and an even faster boat ride through the lagoon into the bay. Super family friendly neighborhood with lots going on! Perfect house for friends and family to stay comfortably with plenty of space for outdoor entertainment. The house was immaculately clean and furnished better than most shore houses I’ve stayed in. 2.5 bathrooms made getting 6 adults ready quick and painless! The owner was communicative and detailed leaving us with no guessing games! We definitely did not want to leave and we will most certainly be back next year! We had a great week with family. This house was set up to make our week amazing. Being on the end allowed us to let our kids jump in the water without having to worry about any boat traffic. We really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I stayed I in this spacious home in July! We have been coming to LBI for many years but never stayed on the lagoon side. A stones throw from Ship Bottom beach and all the activities in Beach Haven. My two young teen grandchildren so enjoyed this new experience fishing, craning right outside on the dock. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook a great meal. We would love to stay at this house again!

This property was Amazing! Patti was so easy to get a hold of, and was easy to work with. We enjoyed everything this property had to offer. My family was very impress with this house!! We would definitely consider returning in the future.

The home and the location were perfect for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the home had everything we needed with more then enough room for all 8 of us. We enjoyed fishing and crabbing off of the dock and the canoe was a great addition even though we didn’t use it because of the weather.

The house was perfect for our family! The upper balcony was great for sunbathing and the lower covered balcony was great for morning coffee drinking. The bedrooms and living areas were spacious. It’s close to stores for anything you may need. Just pack up the car with your beach stuff and park at ship bottom beach in minutes. A few more minutes drive and you’re at fantasy island.

Great shore rental!

This property is great if you like the water. We had plenty of room for our 22ft boat, 9 ft blow up float and a SUP. The house is light and roomy. The kitchen is fully stocked and is perfect if you like to cook! We are repeat renters and plan on coming back next year. The owners respond quickly when needed. Love this vacation home.

We loved staying at this house! The house itself is adorable, the kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils, pans, and also a large outdoor grill. The owners were so easy to work with and extremely responsive. Nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to the island and beaches. Loved having the dock and although we don't have a boat we brought our kayaks ( there is a 2 person one there for use also !) ,great for fishing and crabbing. A perfect relaxing vacation- Thank-you :)

The home was beautiful and clean! We loved sitting out on the water front deck every morning and night! We brought two boats and there was plenty of room at the dock. A 10 minute drive to the lbi beaches but an even better beach is at Island Beach state park, Crystal blue clear water! Would definitely recommend this home we had a great week here!

We had a great time at this house! It had everything you need to have a great shore experience and comfortable stay! The only thing missing was an outdoor shower which would have decreased the sand in the house.

House was great. Plenty of room to hang around inside and out. House was well kept and the grill was big and clean. The dock is huge and access to the kayak was a plus. Owners were easy to contact and made the stay perfect. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great time on the water.

I have to say I love this house, and the area it is located in. It provided plenty of space for our party of 6 adults and 2 children. My kids loved crabbing in the lagoon as well as riding in the kayak and paddle-boat to explore it. My kids did swim in the lagoon, but we did most of our swimming at the beaches on LBI which is only a 10 minute drive away and has ample free street parking. The house has 2 decks which is something I didn't know until we arrived and was really nice. I will look to stay here again in the future.

This house is absolutely perfect for any family looking for a great summer vacation. The location is great since its close to the bay by water and close to the coffee/bagels on foot or by car :) There's plenty if space for everyone! Such a wonderful home away from home - the whole family loved every single day we spent there. Since we spent over a month in the house, we were relieved to have every amenity at our fingertips. The perfect beach house - thanks Patti, your home is terrific!
