The room was cozy and the staff were amazing at accomodating myself and my larger family.
Could have used some more hanging space for bath towels but loved everything anyway
4.7
bed is good
fully air conditioned
stayed in the cottage, cannot park the car in front of the door as normal motel, car park is 70m away. Not easy for my many loose items.
There is no chair in the room.
There is nearby road closure (Gold Coast Springbrook Rd under extended closure) make it very hard to get to Springbrook.

The suite was just gorgeous and the fireplace next to the spa was very romantic. The Twin Falls bush walk was great and we had an awesome dinner at the Wine Barrel restaurant.
Great for a romantic weekend away.

Terrific staff, nice room for the price, lovely spot

From start to finish the place was OUTSTANDING!!! we loved the spa bath and the fireplace it was just beautiful.
The grounds and facilities wer so beautiful I feel that we might even have our anniversary there again and my birthday. The staff made it very special for us with wine apon arrival and a note for my partners birthday wishing her a happy birthday with some wine and made it very special for us with flower petals on the bed.
Hats off to John who maintains the over 100acres of land and makes it looks perfect.
10 stars the whole place was outstanding! Bed was super comfy also everything was clean and once again the staff wer welcoming and so smiley and helpful.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The treehouse suite was lovely. A bit of a trek going to the bathroom as it’s seperate the the building but otherwise great!

the room was beautifully presented and great for a special night
the only downfall was that it wasn’t BYO

From the minute we drove into the property, we were greeted with a warm welcome. We continued to be blown away by the incredible friendliness and hospitality we received from everyone we came in contact with.

It was a beautiful location that suited our needs, as we were attending a wedding a few kilometers down the road. The staff were friendly and very helpful with trying to connect us with wifi and trying to get us a cab/uber. The beds were comfy, a small range of coffee and tea were included, water pressure was great.
The cottage seemed clean but we were surprised to find some discarded false eyelashes sitting on the bodywash dispenser in the shower, and a piece of rubbish under a bench. The phone reception was very poor (that happens in the bush) but the wifi was also impossible to access, although the staff did try to help. It would be great if the cottages had landlines to reception, as mobile connection when calling reception was crackly and distorted. For almost $300 a night, it was a bit basic.

The location was fantastic as was the grounds and the staff,But!
We stayed in the tree house, which while clean and comfortable, the corner shelf with kitchen on it was far from adequate, and the fact that our shower and toilet was a prefab unit 50mtrs away across a carport in the dark was just not acceptable for what we paid.

Beautiful location.
The pool area was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The bin near the BBQ was full and really stinky. The toilet for our room was full of ants and debris. A little table on our deck would have been lovely.
4.7
beautiful views from the tree house accom.

The location was incredible, we felt like we were staying in the Enid Blyton book folk of the faraway tree!
we really enjoyed our stay in the tree house, it exceeded our expectations and can’t wait to come back again!

Set in gorgeous surrounds. Very quiet.
The bathroom shower screen was broken. The bathroom door kept locking from the outside when we shut the door.
I don’t like to wash my teeth in the same place I wash my dishes.
The room wasn’t serviced in the 6 nights we were there.
There was an iron but no ironing board.
4.7
the estate on large grounds and the location
the poor layout of the kitchen and bathroom. no bathroom sink and mirror. too many mirrors in the kitchen. hand wash dispenser not working, no tea towel or chopping board. milk was off and coffee and sugar granules were so hard. the bath towel rack was broken

Friendly staff. We thought 10pm (according to booking.com) was the latest time for check in but apparently the reception is normally closed at 4-5pm. John the on-site caretaker still let us in despite we arrived after their staffed hour at 9.40pm. Thanks John for the fantastic services!
4.7
The place was quiet, only people there at the time I think.
Note for the booking staff, there is no point leaving a key in the door without providing the door code. This was a problem for us when we arrived and we found it difficult getting assistance.
