We arrived around noon to use the indoor waterpark before check in but when we went to the front desk they told us we could check into our room immediately which was amazing! I definitely didn't wanna have to wait until 4pm with two kids so that was a huge plus. The room was super clean and the beds were so comfortable it's prob the best night sleep I've gotten in years which is crazy since it's a family hotel with tons of kids running around the rooms must be sound proof bc I didn't hear anything from our room at all no doors closing or anything we stayed on the Yellow floor the hallway did smell like sewage but it seemed to only be on our floor (yellow floor) 5th floor however it was only the hallway the room didn't smell bad at all so that I can live with I also did a lot of review reading on all the indoor water parks in a 200 mile radius and it seems it's a common problem with these indoor water parks so it's prob not the hotels fault the game room was pretty neat and they had tons of games and activities the only thing I can really complain about is pricing my husband went to grab us two medium coffees from the coffee shop on the lobby floor and my daughter got a cold brew it cost 20 bucks and I wouldn't of really cared had they actually had stuff to make your coffee right all they had was sugar packets and milk no flavor creamer of any kind so basically I paid crazy amount for the hot coffees when we had free coffee in the room had I known there wasn't any sort of creamer I wouldn't of wasted my money on it i cant really speak for any of the restaurant's inside the hotel or game room area because we didn't use them but we did get a pizza from inside the water park and it wasn't crazy expensive now onto the water park inside the hotel it was awesome my kids 13/16 loved it we arrived on friday early noon and there was hardly any lines for the waterslides so it was super cool to get to go down bunch of...
Food prices in lobby and I wish the waterpark stayed opened until 9pm that's it lol

The water park is great for kids although not big enough. Arcade and outdoors are also very nice.
It feels like there’s zero staff in this hotel. The fact that there’s no daily room service is ridiculous, there’s no staff walking around in the floors, barely somebody picks up the phone and we had to go downstairs to the lobby several times every time we had an issue with the lock (we got stuck twice outside the room), if we needed towels and shampoo/soap, etc.
Also, the Bixby’s restaurant which is the only one with decent food is not expecting guests even though 60% of it is empty, probably due to low rate of staff.

Underwhelming but met my expectations. Check in was very delayed (3.5hrs) however reservations offered a make good for free arcade points for my son. Waterpark was basic but nicely laid out and slides were a lot of fun! Gaming options and activities are perfect for an overnight get away. Staff was very friendly and in fairness to them management needs to plan better for more staffing.
Quality of food was very poor and accomodations were spacious but uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin and you could hear everything next door and down the halls. Shower water pressure was very poor and the bath hygienic products were mixed and chunky in the bottles and nothing produced a lather to feel clean after being in choline for hours. PSA - Bring your own stuff! Some activities for spring break were closed including the gift shop. Overall, for the price I paid for what I got, I won't be back.

First time visiting for Easter Family Gateway. Great choice, the food easy access to order from the Kiosk Computer and quickly service. My daughter loves it so much, plenty of rides for toddlers, Very friendly staff and very attentive . Love the way the place is set up, the games , the room and waterpark. Felt its a good space not so big and able to move around

Very kid friendley. Staff was very nice. The waterpark was great and the staff were amazing with the kids, especially at the surfing wave. The waterslides were so much fun! Breakfast buffet was delicious and good price.
I thought the dinner buffet was too expensive, we did not do it.

I like how everything is located on the same property and there is a lot to do.
Every activity was an extra fee. while eating at the restaurant we were never told the tip was included and ended up tipping twice.

Everything was awesome. The water park was clean and minimal lines for the slides. The rooms were beyond what I expected for the deal I received from booking.com. Definitely a top tier resort.
The only bad thing about my stay was that they had multiple dining places located on the resort. Unfortunately, I have a child with multiple severe food allergies (dairy, egg, and soy and they require an epi-pen) and there was nothing for my child to eat. So everytime we had to leave to get food. There's a Walmart, burger king, taco bell, and dunkin nearby (less than 10min drive), but that's still inconvenient especially if you're at the water park.

The outdoor pool and slides.
Harvey's food and service was absolutely horrible 730 reservations took over 30mins to get out drinks, over an hour for our apps that came out cold, close to 2hrs for our food that came out cold, wrong and missing items during this 2hrs we saw our waitress 2 times and had to speak to 2 managers. Mind you we asked before we sat down how long food was taking and the host told us 15mins for apps and 30 for food because we had a similar experience afew weeks b4 and we would've just ate the buffet if we knew it would take up our whole evening.
Arcade(climbing course unlimited time) our kids were rushed since dinner took so long then they were told they only had 5 mins at 930 got off the course and the workers let on another group we went to the arcade manager to explain and get out 48 credits back and she went and spoke to the employees that tried to say they said 10mins left which would still make them closing the course earlier , we recieved an apology and our credits.
POPS our friends stopped to get ice cream at 950 the were starting to close the gate 2 employees were fighting about staying open and serving them and others until 10pm. Unacceptable service.
Check in was an extremely long line(waited over 30mins) once we got up to the desk we could hear 2 employees in the backroom swearing and complaining mind you we have young children with us.
I've been here multiple times pre covid and after and I can say this time and the most recent 12/11/22 were the worst experiences I've had making me not want to come back out recommend it to my family and friends again. This place has really gone down in service especially for the amount you pay to stay and do things.

Keep the receipts when you charge anything to the room there will be different amounts when you receive the invoice from the hotel when you check out. I raised this concern with hotel staff and no one called me back. So I called my credit card company and flagged the tentire stay at the hotel as fraud untill they provide the adequate receipts to reflect the the prices and total amount charged on the invoice. ALSO THEY WILL CHARGE YOU NY STATE TAX 3 TIMES FOR EACH NIGHT STAY. AGAIN NO ONE FROM THE HOTEL HAS CALLED ME OR EMAILED ME ANY TYPE OF RESPONSE.

**Our stay was in August 2022** We absolutely loved this facility! Everything was excellent and child friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff we interacted with were great! We enjoyed the Waterpark and other outdoor activities. The play ground, life size games and fire pits were extremely enjoyable. We're planning to submit a "Kartrite Done Right" video! We had a blast!
We didn't try the food on site based on reviews.

There is no phone service on the property the food is too expensive and some of the attractions were closed. We requested extra bed sheets and never received them.
