it was a great little getaway but bring a lot of money.... everything was expensive and a lot to do.

Staffs are unwelcoming and not accommodating.

The staff was very helpful and friendly . We had to ask for sheets for the sofa bed and extra blanket and the soap shampoo and conditioner was empty in the shower which I didn’t realize until I was already in. Would definitely try a different water park next time .

To check in at 4 and it closes at 7 is a complete ripp off

It is a very nice resort but the internet service is poor and everything closes early had to drive everyday off property to get food.

Still have not received my deposit. Needed to changed rooms due to loud noises

Fun place for an overnight trip!!

Tried the restaurant for dinner and the buffet for breakfast and both food choices sucked. Very little options for dinner and same for breakfast. I would advised anyone to go and from the near by restaurants or fast food instead. The staff is very good at telling you they will look into your request and then forget. This happened a few times. Towards the end of my stay. The resort lost power and they didn’t do anything for the staff that couldn’t enjoy the rest of the day. I asked the front desk whom then asked the manager and she completely dismissed me saying the shut down was due to natural causes. Well… I’m sure you have insurance for this and could have accommodated/compensated the guest that paid for a full experience.

The facility looks nice. Good options were very limited. Quality of the food was also not great. For example sour fruit salad. The staff at the resort were not very attentive or responsive. We had an issue during our stay of Freon leaking from the ac unit. Multiple people from our party felt nauseous and sick the next day. When change room the front desk staff was rude. Kid’s activity center staff was not engaged with kids. If you happen to be the only adult watching your kids except the attendant to force you to clean everyone’s mess before leaving.

Their reach exceeds their grasp. Fine for a single night stay or day trip, but not quite a full weekend. They had staffing issues across the property the entire time. The property is nice, the waterpark is nice. They struggle to staff the restaurant options. So most things were just closed. Would be fine if they just focused on doing one food option really well rather than trying to have multiple options each struggling.

The prices for the food were to expensive, not enough food for your money. Some of the staff weren’t to friendly. But overall my family had a nice time.

The hotel was very poorly run. Phone in room didn't work, so we had to go to the front desk to tell them that our toilet kept clogging. Someone eventually came to fix it, but it clogged right away the next morning. The shelf above the toilet was hanging partially out of the wall. Tub was dirty. AC unit in the room was extremely loud. More food options needed to be open. The water park was very nice and clean, however most of the staff there and in the hotel seemed disinterested in being there. Some were very polite and helpful, but many were indifferent and not helpful at all. it was very noticeable. Games of chance were a real rip off.

The property is well-maintained and tidy, but the billing service is unsatisfactory. I received an unexpected bill and an unauthorized charge on my credit card. I reached out to the property but received no response.

When you make the reservation they say that the housekeeping is included but then when they show the extras menu they said housekeeping is 50 dollars each day if you want the service. And many others things that I remember I get for free a year ago. But anyways is yours choice.

It was our first time at Kartrite. We went to celebrate my sons 11th birthday. We were a party of 5. We had gotten the family suite with 2 bedrooms. The bedrooms were super clean everything was organized, i was really happy about that.The staff and everyone at Kartrite were excellent. Superb service. They had accomdated him with a few hirthday gifts without asking which was very thoughtful. Waterpark was great but its more for younger children not so much for teens. Loved that they had a live Dj which made it more enjoyable as well as free prizes being given out. We didnt know it was National waterpark day so that was going. I would definitely recommend this resort for children maybe 12 and under. Definitely ill give 5 stars.

Kids had a blast with all thats included. Rooms were awesome and convenient to all our needs.

5 1/2 hour drive got to the hotel had trouble when we Arrived the Hotel manager wanted all money upfront. 2,200 Which was crazy She wasn’t even willing to work with us because it was a third-party hotel booking I didn’t realize that was possible.I had to put all the money upfront To check into room. Got into the room trash can full with trash in the bathroom the Overhead light was so disgusting with cobwebs. No water pressure in the shower one piece of toilet paper in bathroom kids hand prints on some of walls. My last night there I could hear people running up and down at 12 AM for hours. Got no sleep. The restaurant was crazy expensive and the food was hard and Horrible the breakfast was horrible. If you wanted an egg you had to pay an extra $10 / $80 for chicken fingers and french fries for 4of us. The waterpark was nice but that’s all you get from 11 AM to 7 PM No pool nothing extra.Wasn’t worth the drive.no shopping around town nothing. Also, none of the activities were happening while we were there when it said On calendar activities would be happening, and if I wanted to do the activity I had to pay 20.00 to 150.00 or more Depending on how many people. Don’t recommend it to anyone

Dining option were 0. The place was a great price with a great waterpark for the grandchildren. The only thing I would suggest is opening up the waterpark earlier for guests as there is nothing to do for the kids until 11. The best by far to stay in Sullivan county.

Not much to do for smaller children. That was the only down side.
