Guests loved the perfect location, cleanliness, comfort, amenities, and communication with the owners. Highly recommended for a great stay in Annapolis!
5.0 / 5.0
The house, built in the 1800’s, is small, but suited our 4 adults and two pre-teen boys well. The location is excellent if you want to be within a 5-10 minute walk to the Naval Academy as well as the action of downtown Annapolis and the harbor. The house is clean, has excellent decor and is comfortable.

The owner was very responsive and accomodating to our literal last minute booking. We were in town when our current lodging had a major roof leak leaving us scrambling for a new place to stay. Scott was very responsive and even reached out to let us know the property was ready for check in sooner than expected. The house was lovely and the location was amazing. I didnt get picky with details on the listing given our current situation but we were pleasantly surprised upon entering the house. The location was walkable to everything. A parking garage was not too far away and the house had all the emenities you would need for a comfortable stay. The only thing I was unaware of is there is no main floor bathroom. ( probably an oversight on my end as I was quickly looking for a new place to stay and may have not noticed this detail) Nonetheless, i feel it is necessary to mention just incase it makes a difference to anyone. It was not necessarily an issue for me but my mom was with us. Having a recent knee injury, it wasn't the most convenient to go up a flight of steps to use the bathroom. We were out most of the day so it was not as big an issue as it could have been had we stayed longer. There was a bathroom right outside the room she stayed in and plenty of nightlights throughout the upstairs to find your way. The second floor also had another bedroom with private bathroom .The third floor had a twin bed and also a full/ queen and half bath. CAC and extra unit on 3rd floor.

We really enjoyed staying in the home while we were on vacation to see family. The only downside was parking but we managed to make it work. Thanks!

Great house in downtown Annapolis, right outside the Naval Academy gates! Nice outdoor space and free weekend parking less than a 10 minute walk.

Our group of 4 adults and 4 tween/teens loved our stay here! Location could not be more perfect. The house was fully stocked with all the towels, extra sheets, toiletries and kitchen items we needed. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was strong and the a/c worked great even though the heat dome was happening one day. Communication with the owner and house manager was fast and friendly. They were very accommodating towards our check in/out needs. We visited the naval academy, walked around the beautiful historic streets and visited the shops. We chartered a boat through GetMyBoat and spent an afternoon on the water. We ate at great restaurants including The Boatyard (twice!), Acqua al 2, Chop Tank and Iron Horse (great breakfast). Will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you!

We visited for a wedding which like everything else was in walking distance. Location is amazing if you want to be close to everything but not in the noisy waterfront 5 min walk away!

We traveled from MA to MD for a wedding in Annapolis and wanted to stay close to all the events for the weekend. Scott & Lisa's place was perfect. We could walk everywhere we needed to go and easily explore the area. The home itself was beautiful and we had everything we needed. It definitely served us well as a quiet place to unwind from being "tourists" all day. I felt at home here and when I come back to Annapolis, I know exactly where I'll be staying again. Thank you!

This was a perfect house to stay in! It was clean and fit our party of 6 perfectly! The patio was very cute to be able to sit for a meal or drinks. It was a perfect location, close to gate 1 of the Naval yard and super close to the town! Everything was very walkable! Highly recommend this house!

This home was perfectly located to any activity we planned. The patio was very spacious and was a great place to relax. There was a lot of room inside for everyone to gather, either watching tv or eating dinner.

Perfect property in Annapolis for your visit to the Naval Academy and downtown! Right outside the Academy gate.
Great to have three bedrooms and two and a half baths. Very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms! Nice kitchen with everything you need.
Outside space perfect for hanging out on good weather days.
No onsite parking but five minute walk to Hillman Garage (reasonable rate on weekdays) and Calvert Street Garage (free on weekends).
We will definitely look to stay at 19 East Street again!

Our trip was three dads from Florida taking our sons to the Naval Academy for a lacrosse camp. The home is absolutely as pictured. Everything you need for a trip is there. The home is owned by a military family and all three of us dads have served as well. A/C was cool and the entire home was comfortable. Beds, showers, back yard all clean and inviting. If you need to be at the Academy the entrance is literally steps away. The downtown area just a small walk. When we go back we will definitely be renting this home again!

Great house with awesome hosts.
Could not beat location, steps to Naval Academy and a block or so to shops and restaurants.

Loved the old home character and the close proximity to Main St and the Yard!! The owner was fully transparent about parking and steps into and inside the home, so we knew what to expect completely. Fully equipped home and lovely to have the 3rd floor full bedroom with ability to sleep 4 more and the half bath up there as well. We brought a couple extra fans to circulate the air, and it was very comfortable, even in the heat of the Annapolis summer!
We had 3 grandparents of our Mid, so we would drop them off and then go park at one of the parking garages. It was not ideal, but again, we were fully prepared that this would be the plan. Just can’t beat the location to USNA and loved all the Blue Angels touches! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location to the Naval Academy-50 steps to gate 1. A block to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Annapolis. 1 street over from the Main Street so it’s a quiet, pedestrian street with the rare car passing by. The historic charm of the original Annapolis home has been updated inside with new bathrooms, kitchen, lighting, AC. The best of both worlds.

Property has a fantastic location - so close to the bars and restaurants and right across from the USNA visitor center. We were fortunate that the Hillman Garage opened just before our visit so parking was a breeze. This was our second stay and we will be back!

We loved our stay in this beautiful house in Historic Annapolis! It was clean, updated, and in a perfect location. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, and City Dock. The house is extremely well-equipped and perfectly decorated for a comfortable stay. Our only suggestion would be to replace some of the towels which were ragged and stained.
We will be back!

The property is perfectly located, clean and well stocked. Our family of six had plenty of space and enjoyed the games that we found in the entertainment set.
The only issue we had was it got a little hot on the third floor since it was warm out that day. There was a fan that helped!

The house was great! We arrived to a very clean place and had a great level of communication with the owner. The house had everything we needed for a great stay. We were also happy to find out that the beds were very comfortable. Additionally, the house was within a quick walk to all of the restaurants and shops!
