Everything was great about our stay! We were comfortable and had room for our family. Location was great. Parking behind the house was a huge plus! Will not hesitate to stay here again. Manager communicated everything to us in a timely manner and check-in / check-out was easy & organized. House was clean and well kept. Thank you!

Nice older home with updates in a historic Annapolis neighborhood. Easy access and parking. Great stay!

accommodated all 7 adults easily and great to be able to walk downtown. Having the cars at the house were a help for unloading and packing out too. Thanks for the prompt communication with our pre-arrival questions too.

Lovely property within walking distance of restaurants and more in Downtown Annapolis. Great experience.

A hop skip and a jump from DTA and the harbor, this house was perfect for us. 4 real rooms with comfortable beds where everyone can have their own space. Beautiful living room, and we really enjoyed the back patio! Not to mention the private parking! Will be staying here again next time I’m in Annapolis.

The house and communications were top notch. Thank you!

Unit great. 4 stars due to checkin policy/time. 6 of us stayed 3 nights. 2 blocks from main street couldn't be a better location. Easy walk to Eastport, Naval Academy, tons of places to eat. 2 parking spots (small, but they worked) and we didn't have to use the cars at all. Kitchen well stocked with supplies. They gifted old bay chips, a bottle of wine, some K cups. Window AC units worked very well. Stairs were fine for us but narrow/steep so be careful for people with any arthritic conditions. 2nd floor master bed with king and small room with full bed. 2 queens upstairs. Bathrooms all new. 2nd floor 2 full bathrooms and half bath on 1st floor. Has internet, ROKU TV, TV with basic cable channels.
Management company VERY easy to communicate with via text or email. 3 hour drive, arrived mid day, Checkin at 4pm, they allowed us checkin at 3 but that didnt help as we were on a tour at the time, so we were at risk of getting a parking ticket downtown as you can only get 3 hours parking before you have to move to a diff zone. I get that this is a biz, but being asked to pay $100 to checkin at 2pm for the ability to use the parking spots was very frustrating. If it was available its a shame they wouldn't extended a courtesy that cost them literally nothing. If you stay at a hotel you have the option to park early even if the room isn't ready. Oh, If you stay > 3 days bring extra toilet paper.

Everything was exactly as described. Location was great and it was perfect for us! Loved that we had a parking spot around back. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is key! House is very nice. Beds comfortable. iTrips could be a bit better with set-up for full house of 8 people. Ran out of toilet paper and were told instructions said we should bring additional with us???? House could have been better stocked with basics! Overall an 8/10

This property exceeded expectations on many levels. The location in historic Annapolis is second-to-none, the home is very well maintained with everything you need for a nice stay, and having two parking spaces is extremely helpful.
I would and will plan to come back to this property and it is easy to recommend to others.

Great house! The house was very well equipped and we loved being able to walk everywhere. Our son plays tennis at USNA and we had parents, sisters, and brother in laws in town to watch a match and show them around Annapolis. So fun!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, well stocked, and a great location in downtown Annapolis. The on site parking was also great. I would stay here again.

The house was well stocked with decent cooking equipment and dishes. Good towels, and comfortable beds.
The bathrooms were a bit small for us (the tiny sinks!). Had a really challenging time using the sinks without getting water all over the floor.
King bedroom did not have an electrical outlet on both sides of the bed (kind of inconvenient for using cpap machines and charging phones). Overall, the place is fine but kind of small.

The location is wonderful. So easy to walk downtown to restaurants , shops and Naval academy!
It’s also great to have two small parking spots.

This was a great place for a quick visit. The parking was a big plus. The location for food and entertainment in DTA was ideal.

Perfect spot for walking downtown. Appliances were modern and nice. House was very clean.

The location is great so close to everything, an easy one block walk to all the stores and restaurants and just beyond the USNA. the house has that old colonial charm with a nautical vibe. We were there on the 100 degree days and the house stayed very comfortable. The extra bonus with this house is the parking!! I would highly recommend staying here.

Very clean and bright. Location was convenient for evening strolls for ice cream or dinner (or quick CVS runs)- 3 blocks from most things. Kids loved the top floor loft area- aged 16,12,9,6. Stairs were steep and narrow for Grandpa with hip replacement, but we managed- so glad we didn't have to make him walk more from parking garages. Would stay again! Neat little spot.

Every part of our stay was delightful! For our first time visiting Annapolis, Seashell in the City was the perfect location. Leaving our rental car in the place's parking pad (a gift in the limited parking downtown), we enjoyed walking a short few blocks (under 5 min!) to the heart of this quaint, cute, and history-rich town. As we live in a land-locked area, being able to see the water and boats daily in the harbor on our vacation was refreshing and memorable! We envisioned living in various eras as we spent time in the historic yet renovated Seashell. From the decorating colors (fresh and bright) to the gorgeous wood floors to the clean, soft sheets, we felt more than at home! The generous-sized kitchen and new dishes and cooking tools allowed for many home-cooked meals (including grilled fish) to be enjoyed on the roomy farm-style dining table. There was ample relaxing space inside (from the front gathering room to each bedroom's sitting areas) and a private backdoor outdoor spot as well. My husband and daughter enjoyed morning runs down past Main Street and onto the Naval Academy grounds. We were able to drive a short 25 minutes to the orange-line Metro stop to experience some time in DC. Cathy was in contact with us before, during, and after our week-long stay. Thank you for providing a sanctuary for our spring break trip!

The Seashell home was located in a fantastic spot! It was in close proximity to shops, restaurants and the Naval Academy.
The interior of the home was comfortable and pleasing . The quaint setting was enjoyable. The backyard setting was comfortable but could be enhanced with trimming of the entrance to the garden.
Overall , I recommend this home to those who want to enjoy a safe and enjoyable time in the Downtown area .
Thank you

With all the babies off to college, a group of 4 couples decided to take a trip to Annapolis. We needed 4 bedrooms, on site parking, and everything in walking distance. This stay was perfect! The house was beautiful and clean, updated but still had character, with comfy seating for every one. Guys chilled in the living room while we ladies moved between the kitchen island (we recommend 2 more stools!) and games on the dining room table. Town is a block and a half away! So many good restaurants and shops! (Iron Rooster, Fox's Den, McGarvey's. Annapolis Ice Cream, Red Bean Coffee, and Castlebury--all great; all in 2 days). Perfect get away!

We were in town for parents weekend at USNA. Easy, short walk to USNA and downtown Annapolis shops. We could have walked to the football game but chose to drive since the grandparents were with us. Overall great stay!

Annapolis Maryland Lacrosse Trip
Location, parking, central dining room, new bathrooms, laundry all excellent. We really enjoyed the living area & proximity to town.
Outside area needs much work. Bushes and foliage overgrown and need immediate trimming. Garbage bin smell and cleanliness is atrocious. Your neighborhood dog-walkers are dumping dog waste in your bins and the smell is unbearable. Walking to and from cars was bad enough, but it has completely ruined your backyard. Grilling and sitting your lawn furniture is not possible.

Awesome property.
The property was so convenient to all the action in Annapolis and they have squeezed as much as possible out of the space with four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.

Rented this property for my sister’s family for a local wedding in Maryland. The location couldn’t be more perfect with access to all that historic downtown Annapolis has to offer. My sister’s family could not have been happier and repeatedly thanked me for getting them the perfect place to enjoy their time in Annapolis. First rate all around and will rent again if the need arises. Thanks to the owners for an enjoyable stay :)

GREAT PLACE!
We stayed here for parents weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s a short walk to The Yard and a block from Main St. This lovely place was the perfect size for the four of us and had everything we needed. Jennifer and Sean were amazing, from making us feel welcome when we arrived to checking in on us during our stay. We had a situation where we needed a bit more time with our Mid and they went above and beyond in helping us out. I highly recommend renting anywhere with Jennifer & Sean, but if you are looking for a wonderful, cozy spot close to town, this is a gem.

Perfect location in Downtown Annapolis!

Home away from Home!
I LOVE this property! Every single thing I needed was available in this super clean, updated, beautiful home steps from Main Street! Cathy was more than helpful, contacting us late Friday night to let us know the streets were open in Annapolis from the historic flooding. My visit with my Mom and her friends to see my son, a plebe at the Naval Academy, was extra special because of our accommodations at this precious home!
