This relaxing, air conditioned townhouse is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms,(3 queen sized beds), a kitchen and dining area, living room area with two reclining couches, a patio and separate balcony off the master bedroom. Netflix, local channels, and wireless internet. Rental includes access to a clubhouse with an exercise facility, pool, and hot tub. There are so many things to see and do that you will want to stay longer than planned, and return again and again. The North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Zions National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Grand Staircase-Escalante, The Wave, White Pockets, Toadstools, Wire Pass and Buckskin Gulch, Paria Canyon, Peek a Boo Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dune, and Lake Powell are all within 30 to 90 minutes away. Best Friends Animal Sanctuary is 7 minutes away, while bigger cities such as Page, Arizona, and St. George, Utah are within a little more than an hour.

The house was great. It had everything we needed for our stay. We use the house as base for our visits to Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon and Antelope Canyon. The pool area is nice and reserved for the community. Most of the time It is not that busy. We used all the appliances the house had to offer. Washing and drying for our clothes. Oven, cooktop and gas bbq for diner. Communication with the owner was nice and quick. We recommend this house!

The property had everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Very clean, nice contact to the owner, good equipped with evetything you need. Nice balkony and patio with grill. Short walk to the pool. And of course there is so much to explore around Kanab. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the townhome.

This was a great place for my family of four to stay while visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. Loved that it had 3 bedrooms, all with very comfortable beds. Also loved that it has 2 full bathrooms. The townhome was well stocked with all the necessities and the gas grill was wonderful to have. (For those who are new to Utah, be advised that most restaurants are closed on Sunday.) It was nice to cool off in the pool after a hot day in the parks and the hot tub was relaxing. All in all, a great place to stay.

Perfect location. Townhome was clean and had everything we needed! Pool is right out back so kids could swim while I made dinner. Central location. If/when we go back to Kanab we will stay here! Highly recommend, great experience.

We used this home as our base for roaming the national parks in the area. The north rim was fantastic as was Bryce. We’re not hikers when the temperature is over 75 so only did a quick drive in and out of the east entrance of Zion which was a great drive to the visitors center. The house had everything we needed including tourist information and a small enough screwdriver to tighten glasses. Thanks

Property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was convenient to lots of shops and restaurants in Kanab. Having the hot tub available after long days of hiking was a bonus! My only suggestion would be adding a small table and lamp in the living room so you wouldn’t need to use the overhead lighting all the time, especially while watching tv. Other than that minor ask the place was pretty perfect.

This home was a wonderful place to stay for our family visiting from Ohio. Flying out meant we could bring little for our 2 wk stay with 5 people. The home had more then enough - kitchen fully stocked, extra blankets, comfortable furniture down to small things like bandaids if you needed them. The place was super clean - appliances so clean you’d think they are new. So comforting to walk into a home like this. Chuck was wonderful - provided a crock pot for easy meal prep while out hiking. Very thankful for this home that made our family vacation so special. We are already talking of a return trip!!

I was able to hike the narrows in Zion and the Grand staircase Escalante. The area is beautiful. The condo was comfortable, clean and with a pool and jacuzzi.

While visiting in the area, we explored Zion NP and Bryce Canyon NP in addition to the Page and Kanab areas. This was a great base camp for our crew. The townhome was stocked with everything we needed and more. We visited in mid-October and the pool was still open for an afternoon swim!

We had a wonderful week at this condo! Great space for 4 adults. We found it clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Loved having the grill and patio space. There were plenty of dishes and supplies. Chuck was very responsive when we had questions. We have been to many VRBOs and this was by far the best one. If we’re in the area again, this is our place! Thank you!

Property was clean, had everything you could need in the kitchen, well stocked which you cant say about everywhere! Covered parking was nice, and close proximity to the Tim Canyon and K-Hill trails. The neighbors were somewhat obnoxious throwing a party the last night. But overall would definitely stay there again.

Chuck is an amazing host, the apartment was very clean and is big, have a very good location and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet , Chuck is friendly, if you need ask something he responded very quickly, we ask him for recommendation in the area and he suggested some hiking and we did, and have an amazing hiking, Kanab is a wonderful city there is to much for to do we love Chuck apartment and Kanab City we definitely want to go back and I hope we are lucky and can stay in chuck apartment again, if you want to visit Bryce Canyon is one and half hour from the apartment and Zion Park is one hour from the apartment Kanab is between those beautiful parks we loved.

The condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. Chuck was amazing with communication and kept us up to date on anything with the property. The pool had issues and he quickly recommended places we could go to cool off. If we are ever in the area again, I’ll definitely stay there.

The property was perfect and well-maintained. Our family of four had everything we needed and more as we tackled national parks (Zion, Bryce, and Grand Canyon) as well as local attractions (toadstools, Belly of the Dragon, and wire pass slot canyons). Family of 4 stayed at the townhouse for just 3 days in mid June 2023 and had a very pleasant experience. Place is spacious, comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Planning a longer trip to the area next summer to enjoy all it has to offer (obviously staying in this unit :P) but nonetheless we truly enjoyed it. Great communication with host as well. Highly recommend!

Stayed the month of May. Property exactly as described. View from upper deck is beautiful . Very comfortable, Well furnished/stocked. Location is perfect to visit so many places, I.e.
