Gemütlich und gut gelegen.

Nett eingerichtet, große Küche, Gebäude mit hohem Wiedererkennungswert. Parkplatz im Innenhof, großes gastronomisches Angebot im Umfeld. Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Super unkomplizierter Ablauf. Bad mit Fenster. Schlafzimmer trotz Lage zur Straße bei geschlossenem Fenster recht ruhig. WLAN vorhanden. Viele Verstaumöglichkeiten.

Bessere Möglichkeit an die Plissees im Schlafzimmer anzukommen, bin zu klein. Evtl wären Vorhänge zusätzlich zum Verdunkeln noch nett, bin da allerdings recht empfindlich.

Definitiv super Wohnung!

Ein sehr aufgeschlossener und netter Vermieter, gab uns super Tipps auch für den Weihnachtsmarkt in Dresden. Die Wohnung super sauber und ausgestattet, ebenso eigener Parkplatz vorort. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!! :)

Sehr zu empfehlen!!

Super schöne Ferienwohnung. Parkplatz im Hinterhof. Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert über einer Schlüsselbox. Wir durften den Parkplatz bis 13 Uhr kostenfrei nutzen. Netto - Discounter gleich nebenan. Auch ein regionaler Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe. In die Altstadt läuft man ca 30 min.

Alles supi, einzige Anmerkung: Im Badezimmer wäre ein Kosmetikspiegel sehr schön... Würden sich die zukünftigen Damen sicher freuen (:

Sehr saubere und gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Man ist super zentral und kann vieles erkunden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und antwortet binnen kürzester Zeit. Alles super

Perfect apartment with more than you'd expect

Everything was well thought out, stylish, light & very, very clean. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need and had been stylishly created with all small appliances (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc) the exact same red colour. Large fridge, great stove - perfect for fresh baked rolls in the morning. Private balcony off the kitchen with table & two comfortable chairs was an added bonus. Hallway to separate bedroom with large bathroom off the hallway. Bedroom has a large double door wardrobe, table & 2 chairs, large TV with unit below for putting luggage, plenty of room around the bed. Space is something this apartment offers in spades. Don't be misled by the street view. This is a lively and friendly area, not noisy with facilities of all kinds within a couple of minutes. Our three nights went by too quickly. Great location with gated driveway to private courtyard reserved parking space for the apartment. Along the street are numerous cafes and restaurants, and less than 50 metres away is a full-service supermarket with low prices. What was not to like? Only possible improvement - having a copy of the Dresden tourist map in the apartment for when people arrive.

Great apartment, in a brilliant area... close to the train station :-)

The host very kindly allowed us to check in earlier and also check out a little later the next day, the location is great, especially if you like neustadt area, plenty of places to eat out, and a great supermarket next door. The apartment was beautifully clean, kitchen well equipped. We cooked 2 meals there and found everything we needed. Would be happy to recommend and stay again too.

A nice stay, would book it again!

The apartment was excellent with everything we needed. Good sleeping area with a comfortable bed, nice and well-equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom, as well as a private parking space we wanted. Plenty of shops and bakeries around for getting one's breakfast.

The location is a bit far from the city center which we were aware of, so not a complaint really, just a friendly warning to fellow travelers. Though it's a perfect location for visiting the arty neighborhood next door. We had a problem with the key at arrival, it was supposed to be in the key box but when we opened it it was not, so we had to call the contact number supplied in order to clear that out. To cut the story short the situation cleared after 2 hours which we spent walking around the city instead of waiting at the place, we got a nice apology from the owners for our trouble. All in all, we think they handled the situation professionally.

Highly recommended

This appartment was very new, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials eg. pots, cutlery, oil. The location was also quite good - right next to the supermarket, near the train station, and you can walk to new town directly. Overall such good value for money!

Note that you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs!

A beautiful small apartment nearby old town

The apartment is modern, new, clean and beautiful. The kitchen is good. The sleeping room is big and comfortable. The location is very good, near to the old town of Dresden. The price is very good. Free parking in front of the apartment.

The apartment is located direct beside the main road, it is very noisy, could not sleep very well. Check out time is very early, 10am. Have to settle a lot of work before leaving the house, have to remove all the bedsheets, pillow cases, blanket covers besides clean up the kitchen and clear all dustbins. Also have to remove all water from the glass after taking shower. Have to wake up very early in the morning so that could settle all the work in time before check out, it is very stress!

Lovely, clean and well-equipped flat. Perfect for two people.

The flat was large, clean and had everything we needed. It was very quiet at night and the beds were comfortable. we were there for two nights and could not have been happier with our choice. It did not take long to reach the flat from Dresden-Neustadt train station and there was a tram stop about 5 minutes away for easy access to the old town, main train station, etc. There was a supermarket also about 5 minutes away.

The flat was a little difficult to find - it is round the back of a building. And we did not initially have the code for the box with the key in, but we got through to the owner immediately when we called and were given the code. Other than that we had no problems.
