About this house rental
MAX OCCUPANCY IS 8 ADULTS (WE ALLOW 10 GUESTS IF CHILDREN ARE INCLUDED BUT THE ADULT MAXIMUM IS 8). **Summer Rentals beginning/ending Saturday and/or Sunday of a given week.
This lake view house is located on a private lane just minutes from I-86 and within walking distance of the Village of Bemus Point. The spacious lot and open-concept home is perfect for a summer family vacation, a long weekend with your spouse, or a ski weekend with friends! The house boasts 4 spacious bedrooms with beds for 8 and a maximum guest count of 10 (max 8 adults at all times - strictly enforced).
This will truly be your home away from home with all linens, towels, and toiletries provided and a fully equipped kitchen. You won't need to bring anything extra! We also have many infant and toddler friendly amenities including baby gates, a pack and play, bed railing for toddlers (upon request), toys, a high chair, utensils and more!
The property offers a private dock, so bring your boat for a memorable weekend on the famous Lake Chautauqua or rent Kayaks or paddle boards from local vendors. There is a small canal across the path where you can feed our favorite ducks!
The house includes streaming TV, Wi-Fi and a gas fireplace. Enjoy the new large porch with views of the lake, a yard for lawn games and an outdoor patio complete with gas grille, smokeless fire pit and outdoor patio furniture.
And while summer is a great time to visit - don't let the winter weather of Western NY keep you away! Ellicottville and Holiday Valley Ski/Golf Resort and Peek n' Peak Ski/Golf Resort are just 45 minutes away in either direction. Chautauqua Lake is a popular location for ice fishing, snowmobiling, and cross country skiing.
No matter what time of year you choose to visit, you'll fall in love with the quaint village of Bemus Point, the Chautauqua Lake Region, and hopefully you'll make a stay at this property an annual tradition for you and your loved ones!

Spacious, well kept home. Perfect for 3 couples and 2 grown children. Great layout for everyone to have space and enjoy the Chatauqua area. Very clean and well appointed. Would return without hesitation when back in Bemus Point.

Excellent, clean house
The backyard is very cute, huge upstairs with large bedrooms they even had a Keurig in the upstairs with K cups, the kitchen was very organized. Probably one of the most organized kitchens with good cooking equipment, the couch and chairs very comfortable. Nice flatscreen TV overall, just a really nice house, backyard had a solo stove very cute very private setting we were on a fishing trip and we had two trucks two boats so parking was difficult and you really can’t see the lake. Overall, the house was excellent if I had to deduct any points it would be the parking for two trucks two boats (which is expecting a lot from our standpoint) And not being able to see the lake otherwise it would make a great family vacation because it was very large and clean. I would stay hear again for sure. East walk to all restaurants.

The house was great-location was great and the owners were attentive to us, but they installed a new lock the week before we arrived and the entire time we were there we had to contact them to unlock the door for us. They had no one close by to come and physically fix the problem for us-- we had to rely on their remote app to allow us entrance to the house. We got the lock to work twice after they reset it --so I know we were doing it correctly as instructed -- it just was a faulty lock.

We loved our stay here! It had absolutely everything you could want. It was extremely clean, beds were pretty comfortable. We have a one year old and it was a plus to have the pack n play/crib option as well as many toys to keep him happy. We would recommend this stay to anyone and everyone!

8 women (approaching 70!) enjoyed the home for a long weekend. Great location. We walked to town, down the lane to see the lake, and drove around the lake. Shopping and lunching was successful! The home was clean and well stocked. The frig and stove worked very well for our cooking and sharing of meals. The beds were comfortable and the number of bathrooms was perfect for our group. The binder with ideas and instructions was helpful. Thanks for sharing the house with us!

This property is a great place to stay, close walking distance to town. Everything was as expected, very clean and neat. The house is very spacious, with plenty of amenities. I would recommend staying here. The road is in need of repair, but we were told in advance, so we weren't surprised.

Perfect for a group weekend getaway. Came with family and friends for a ski trip to Holiday Valley. Great location in the heart of Bemus Point and only an hour to the slopes. The home had everything you could imagine, appropriately labeled as well. It felt spacious even with a group of 8 adults. We couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation for our stay. Only regret is we didn’t stay longer! Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this property. The house was perfect for our family of 9 (5 adults & 4 kids). The private dock for our boat rental was great. Walking into Bemus Point for dinner and ice cream was easy. Definitely will be back!! Thank You

Overall very happy with the property. It had everything we needed and then some. For the most part the property was clean but to be honest would prefer if it was a little cleaner. Felt like it could have been vacuumed a little more and just kept up a little bit better.

Very cute house with plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen utensils/ cookware, great outdoor patio space, and very clean! Our family of 10 (7 adults 2 kids, and a baby) had a wonderful time. We brought our own stuff, but Lots of baby stuff (booster, highchair, sippy cups, etc.)

Wonderful stay at this property. It is super clean, organized, beds are comfy and decor is lovely. They have thought of every detail for a comfortable stay. Easy dock access and a short walk to the quaint lake town of Bemus. The air conditioners kept the house very cool and comfortable. The deck area is so awesome for visiting! Beautiful! We will surely be back!

We had plenty of room for the 8 people that stayed! The kids loved the house and investigated every inch - finding toys and treasures all throughout. I loved that they had the room with the bunk beds - it was their own little haven. The living room was large and it was an open concept to the kitchen. We loved the whole experience! The hosts even left a lovely bottle of wine. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay in the area!!
