About this house rental

This 4 bedroom house is located just a block from the beach on a quiet dead end street (Perkins Avenue) in the heart of Hampton Beach. The house offers a wonderful year round heated front porch, 4 bedrooms, an updated bathroom, spacious kitchen and living room, plenty of parking for 4 cars, a wonderful back deck and a private yard. There is free wifi and a TV with basic cable. The house has two window air conditioning units and ceiling fans. There is a washer and dryer for clothes and dishwasher in the kitchen.

Two of the bedrooms feature queen size beds. One bedroom has a pair of twin beds and one bedroom has bunks beds with two twin size mattresses. The front porch offers a dining table and futon for comfortable lounging. The deck is the perfect place to relax, grill and eat outside while the private yard provides some extra space for everyone. You could sleep 10 if you used the futon or the mattresses pulled out from under the bunk beds.

Please note that this house does not have housekeeping services. We expect our renters to leave the house as they found it. This means sweeping / vacuuming the sand off the floors, emptying the refrigerator and wiping down the countertops and bathroom. There are plenty of pillows and comforters for you to use but you will need to bring your own linens. This is a wonderful summer house that is large enough to accompany a big family or perhaps two families. If you are a respectful group that will treat our house with respect and leave it as you found it, we would love to have you come enjoy it.

All cancellations will include a $30 processing fee.

Our family and friends had a wonderful time. The house was clean and open enough space for everyone to move around.The walk to the beach not bad. I would suggest a wagon for this walk. Overall very great time had bye all I would book this house again.

We lucked out and arrived to a clean property (seeings house there’s no cleaning crew we were unsure of what cleanliness was going to be upon arrival). The house had plenty of your basic necessities including TP, paper towels, cleaning supplies, dishwashing soaps and laundry detergents. The house is located on the backside of the boulevard on a fairly small Street. The back porch and yard were some of the biggest we’ve seen in a rental on Hampton Beach. The outdoor shower was great to wash off sand in before heading into the house after returning from the beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would stay again:)

The location is ideal for our needs. We have family that stay in/around this street and our meet up spot at the beach is J st. So it’s easy to get to. The parking is huge fir us as we have transient guests that visit. The little backyard is convenient for the entertaining the little ones. Downside to not paying a cleaning fee, you might come into a dirty rental…which we did. We spent about an hour cleaning up as the house was not left in great condition, specifically the bathroom.

We didn’t spend a ton of time at the house since we were driving around New England. It was a nice place that worked perfectly for our needs. It was very comfortable with a great location and nice neighborhood. The only issue being that the previous renters didn’t really clean up too well. Other than that it was perfect, would highly recommend.

As we pull up we see how beautiful well-kept this cottage is. we open the door to wide open floor plan four bedrooms one bath and a beautiful deck the driveway easily accommodated for cars as we had family visiting this was the perfect place to rent definitely recommend highly

Great location that suits us with our extended family that stay in close proximity to this location. 4 parking spaces and a yard to play games. Great communication with the owner. It could use some updating and maintenance (dishwasher doesn’t work, dryer takes extra long to dry) both are unexpected amenities for rentals in Hampton so they weren’t a deterrent . but overall we are satisfied renters, 2nd year renting this cottage and hope to continue renting it.

Property was exactly as advertised. Plenty of parking. AC in couple bedrooms. Close to beach and restaurants. All basic cleaning and household items provided - trash bags , laundry detergent, toilet paper etc. No concerns with need to self clean and unit was left clean upon arrival. Probably time to replace a few items such as mattresses and couch as they are worn out and not the most comfortable. Cabinets could use some magnets so that they close and don’t hit you in the head. End table , porch chair and deck table were all broken upon arrival. Host is slow to respond but does eventually respond if you need something. We experienced an extremely high tide and the street was flooded 4 of the 7 nights. Something to be aware of and shared with guests as a possibility. Would stay here again and hopefully some tlc to address broken items will only help to increase the value of your stay

Excellent location & space, but house was really dirty & run down. Had to spend my first few hours deep cleaning. There is lots of mold, dust etc.. throughout the house. Lots of things are broken & old. Lawn was really high & attracted alot of Gnats. Stayed one night alone & there are alot of broken window locks so didn’t feel secure for that night not being able to lock the windows. This place is really an excellent place it’s just really run down and needs some repairs and cleaned professionally often.

The property was filthy! Had spend an hour and a half cleaning& sanitizing! Yard wasn’t mowed, and over grown! Didn’t even use one of the bedrooms! Not many instructions left how to work things. Could only contact by email. We checked out 8/28/21 supposed to be by 11. We were cleaning and packing, next renters came from NY at 11:30 and parked at end of driveway (check in supposedly after 1) we had to ask them to move at 12 so we could leave! Then I get a message from the host stating the place was left a mess! My twins are T1D( use insulin), didn’t know they left a needle and supposedly a “prescription bottle” was accused of host of doing drugs inhis house!! I brought my 75 year old mother and 4 kids!!! We use medicine! I’ve tried to have John the owner call me to discuss and she me proof to no avail!!! I’ve sent multiple photos of a clean beach house! Cleaner than when we found it!! Will not rent from them again and recommend no one else to!!! We did have a great week and this was disgusting and wrecked it!!

We were completely satisfied with this rental. Everything listed on website was 100% accurate. Parking was plentiful(4 spots), spacious layout and 4 bedrooms which is hard to find. The location was perfect to access the beach, restaurants, boardwalk, etc. We loved it so much we rebooked the next day for 2022!

Accurately described 4 bedroom property close to the beach. Plenty of room for 6-8 girls. Although there was only one bathroom, the outside shower had warm water which was great to help us all clean up from the beach and get ready for dinner. We spent a lot of time on the outside porch just hanging out. A 5 minute walk to the beach (if that) and very close to some great restaurants/bars. Thank you so much~ we'd definately stay here again!

House is located on a quiet street close to beach and casino. Spacious and lots of windows and lighting. Could be left cleaner but my family and I cleaned everything when we first arrived including the fridge which was probably the most filthy. Beds aren't the most comfortable but layout of the house with the big deck and plenty of parking are huge pluses. There is an outdoor shower that helps with having only one bathroom inside. I highly recommend this rental for larger families. I have stayed last summer and this summer!
