About this house rental

Quiet rural setting with the ocean only minutes away. Private entrance front and back to enjoy the property. Secure parking in our garage for your bikes or cycles. Maple Mountain, located minutes away, beckons single track downhill enthusiasts. Cowichan valley has numerous mountain trails as well as the Trans Canada Trail only a short distance away from our property. Ferry to Saltspring island just down the hill. Chemainus village is a 12 km ride away. Duncan is only 14 km away. World famous Crofton Seawalk just a few minutes away as well.
Relax in our 2 bedroom self contained suite with full kitchen, breakfast counter and all amenities expected when you travel.

This was a great quiet 2 bedroom apartment off the beaten track. Duncan was only 15 minutes away will all services, restaurants, stores, and great bohemian feel. Great biking and hiking within minutes of your front door. The place had all the needed amenities and the host was great.

We were a group of 4 Adults and we really enjoyed our stay! The View is Wonderful! The walk down to the beach and back was a work out for me (68 yr) but, it was a good way to wake up our day, stay in shape and good conversation with family as we walked. We really enjoyed the access to the BBQ, had family over, slept comfortably and relaxed. Really appreciated our host who helped us with whatever we needed. Our Second time staying and we definitely will be back in the future! Thanks, Dan!

The suite contained everything for a great stay. Beds were amazing, excellent shower and kitchen facilities. Dan was a great host with good communications. We'll take advantage of the bike storage garage next time we visit. Sitting outside in nice weather the view is spectacular!

We were so happy to find this beautiful rental! Our 2 week stay was so cozy and relaxing. Stunning views with a peaceful atmostphere, we even greeted by some local deer. With a quick drive to many different towns and attractions made this spot very convenient for our stay. Top notch and we'll definitely be staying here for our next visit. Thank you!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Gorgeous view of the ocean, clean suite and comfortable beds. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Host and hostess were amazing, friendly and accomodating. 10 out of 10

Loved staying here. Unit was clean and well appointed. Great location to explore both Victoria and other parts of the island. Dan was a great host and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We had one of the best vacations on island thanks to wonderful host Dan and his beautiful property. We had amazing time there, place is clean and has everything you need for great vacation. We had bikes so property has an extra space in one of the garages to accommodate our bikes, so that was a big plus for us. We would definitely come back again to same property.

We came to the island for a wedding. Crofton was a great location for us. It was very quiet at night. We could sit outside in the evenings and watch the activity cities in the harbour. Dan was very accommodating and friendly.

Perfect vacation rental! It had everything we needed and is in a quiet neighborhood in a beautiful area. Dan was a fantastic host. We loved having a washer and dryer! The beds were very comfy and the place has so many awesome features (like automatic lights in the closets, dishwasher, and ice maker) all of which added to the bliss of staying here!

We really were impressed by the accommodations.... cleanliness, great kitchen, bathroom - loved the tub! the closet lights etc. this Really set this Inn apart from others! As well as the easy access to everything - the beach, the little grocery store, the restaurants etc. Excellent experience!!

The space was amazing and clean. The area is spectacular with walks and hikes. I enjoyed walking to the coffee shop for a fresh baked muffin and coffee each morning. I also went to the pub for a beer one afternoon and it was lovely. Dan was an awesome host and great at communicating.

Dan was tremendous hosts and the place was perfect. The rooms / bathroom were large and newly built and the beds were really comfortable. Overall the house was super clean and had everything we needed. But above all else, Dan was terrific. He greeted us and gave us the low down on things to do around town. He made us some fresh ground coffee for our morning and even pre-built our fire when we mentioned we were going to make one in the backyard fire pit! It was so kind! Would highly recommend this place for anyone who wanted a get away. Crofton didn’t have a ton of things to do in the city, but we knew that. We used it as a hub to go to salt spring island. The ferry was a 3 min drive and also we went to Parksville to play mini golf. It was great value!
