About this house rental

Relax in complete comfort in this beautiful three-story 4 bedroom ( 3 traditional bedrooms plus reading room) town-home located just steps away from Coligny Plaza with over 60 shops, dining, cinema, grocery store, and summer concerts. Only a short five minute walk to the beach.
Or, enjoy the beautiful community POOL restricted to only Coligny Villa residents and guests, just steps from the back patio. The family room steps out onto a private patio, a great place to relax and read or have your morning coffee.
The dining room and open den are great gathering places. The kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances is stocked with everything you need for preparing a meal. The sectional sofa has is new in 2020 and the carpets have been replaced in 2021
Several bike rental companies are within walking distance of the townhouse. Bike trails are everywhere on Hilton Head Island. They are flat, with no hills to worry about. Several golf courses are nearby at Shipyard and Sea Pines Golf.
We pride ourselves on providing our guests with professional, and personal service.

Parking is located directly in front of the townhouse for a convenient and easy entrance. For your safety, we have installed security cameras outside to monitor the front and rear doors.

During the summer months from May through August we only rent weekly from Friday to Friday. Monthly rates are available for January and February

The property is in an excellent location. The pool is great. The unit itself was very disappointing. It needed a good cleaning. It desperately needs remodeling, at the very least repainting.There was too much wall decor giving the space a very cluttered appearance. The sheets and bedding were old, mismatched and ill fitting. The beds, however were comfortable. The second floor bathroom’s sink didn’t drain well and the exhaust fan wasn’t working. The 3rd floor bathroom had a burned out light and slow draining sink. There are many multi outlet adapters and loose outlets that are concerning.The refrigerator had water puddles and ice forming on the shelves. One smoke detector was hanging open and did not have a battery. Another one I checked did not work. A screen door on the patio door would be nice. We met a neighbor and were given a tour of a unit in the same complex that had been remodeled and tastefully decorated. It was stunning and going for about the same price. I would stay there in a heartbeat but never again in the one we rented. We thought about calling the property manager to address all these issues but didn’t want to waste our vacation time dealing with maintenance personnel coming and going. I’m sure it would have taken a long time to deal with so many problems. The owner needs to do an extensive inspection and make some improvements. It’s not in my nature to be so critical but the condition of this unit cast a shadow over an otherwise great vacation.

We are locals who needed a place to stay for a few weeks while a leak in our kitchen got fixed. The owner was wonderful to work with and was very responsive. The condo is beautiful and has all the comforts of home. The location is amazing with restaurants, beach, activities and grocery store all within a five minute walk. Would highly recommend this place for a short or long stay.

Was very pleased with location and pool at property. Close to beach and restaurants. Property manager responded quickly to an issue with upstairs AC. My only complaints are hairs all over shower and bathroom floors, shower liner had conditioner globs on it, only was given 1 towel per person for a whole week, no extra trash bags or hand soaps - description did not tell me to bring those items.

We enjoyed our stay here! FYI - if you are flying into this location, beach chairs/umbrella, beach cart and cooler are not provided. We rented the cart and bought cooler, which we left for the next occupant. Would have been nice to have had kitchen towels/dish cloths - we just bought ourselves. We liked the close proximity to restaurants and shopping in Coligny Plaza, so we could walk and not drive!

My family of 7 stayed here over Easter weekend. The home is very spacious for all of us. All beds were comfortable. Great location for church, shopping, beach, and bike rentals. Easy check in / out. We are very pleased with this rental. Definitely would rent again.

Pool was right out patio door House was stocked with nice linen & all kitchen items. House has 3 levels with lots of stairs. First level recently redone & very nice. We really enjoyed the property. 10 min or less super easy walk to the beach, plenty of room, comfy beds, easy communication and check-in, priced very competitively. Located next to Coligny shopping. The beach is very well maintained. Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. If you’re looking for a place you don’t need a rental car this is your place. It had plenty of room for us all and you could walk to grocery, bars, restaurants, the beach, and anything else you’d need. Owner was easy to work with. There’s specific instructions for check out which is helpful when using someone else’s property. Pool and grill were great for our first day after traveling all day. I’d recommend calling the local cab company instead of Uber. Cab company was half the cost every time.

The place was dirty, the surfaces where wiped down but for example in between and under the couch was filthy. Also the place is very much run down and dated. Slanting floors, worn out beds that they tried to improve with a mattresses topper “didn’t help”. It needs to be cleaned out. They have a hodgepodge of dishes and glasses for 32 Where a nice set for 12 would be appropriate. Location was great Outside was maintained well

This condo is located in a great location. The property manager was very responsive for the few items that did come up for us. My only complaint is that the cleaning of it could have been better before we came in. Looks like the staff cut a few corners and we noticed a few things that weren’t done. Other than that it was a great condo in a location that can’t be beat!

If you're looking for a property close to everything, then look no further. This property had the perfect layout for a short girl's getaway. The management company was responsive to our concerns and sent a cleaning crew over when requested as well.
