This home on Ocean View Blvd. sits directly across from the Pacific Grove Coastal Trail and just a short walk away from Monterey Bay Aquarium (3 blocks), Cannery Row, Downtown Pacific Grove and Lover’s Point. There is a fantastic ocean view with no obstructions from the open space living room, kitchen and dining area. Wake up and watch the waves from two of the three bedrooms.

This 1700 sq. ft., one story home, is easily accessible from the carport, which has space for three cars. It is walking distance to great restaurants and bars but has a wonderful kitchen that is great for staying in and enjoying the view. Watch for otters, seals and whales... lots of activity in front of this house (Casa Del Mar).

This is a 3-bedroom, 2 bath luxury home. The master bedroom (The Butterfly Room) has a Sleep Number king bed and an attached bathroom with a soaker bathtub, separate shower, and double sinks. Wake up to see the ocean while lying in bed. Fall asleep watching the flat screen LED Smart TV. The back bedroom (The California Room) has a king bed with a memory foam mattress, it can also be split into two XL twin beds. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player in this room. The third bedroom (The Sea Star Room) also has an ocean view and can be used as an office. Has a queen sized bed with a memory foam mattress, and make it a third bedroom. There is also one twin Aero-bed, a regular twin air mattress, a PacNPlay and kid booster seat.

The fully stocked kitchen has lots of counter space and features a professional style gas range and convection oven. The dining room table is set for 6 but can accommodate 8 and extra folding chairs and tables are available. The living room has plenty of seating, two chairs, loveseat, sofa and a bay window. Enjoy watching TV or a movie on the 55” flat screen LED Smart TV or Blu-ray player. Or just sit by the gas fireplace and look out the large windows at the incredible ocean view. A telescope and binoculars are available to help spot ocean life.

There is a BBQ and outdoor table and chairs to enjoy a meal on the back patio, while still seeing the ocean. Other outside sitting areas can also be enjoyed.

Wi-Fi, video games (PS2, which can be used on any of the three TV's), puzzles, books, board games and a few toys are available for most age levels.

Amplified sounds or other loud noises, auctions, commercial functions, weddings, and other similar large group activities are not allowed.

Had a wonderful time great location. Close to all the activities but far enough away that we’re able to enjoy the beautiful ocean view from the solitude of the house. Were able to see the seals and otters everyday and dolphins and whales also in the bay in front of the house.

The stay was for my sister who turned 65 as a birthday gift for her. The home is comfortable as soon as you walk in kitchen. The view of the bay couldn't be better. The 3 bedrooms are well separated with two sharing a large bath and the third a smaller bath. The location is the best. 0.4 mile to the Aquarium and an Andronico's. An easy walk. Our host Marci was amazing. Quick to respond and answered all questions. She created a warm welcoming environment. I look forward to another stay.

The house is well stocked with everything a family with kids could need. Marci has thought of everything and more, and she responds quickly to any questions. The location is perfect, with sweeping ocean views, a short walk to the aquarium, and immediate access to the coastal trail.

Property had amazing location and floor plan but furniture was wore out!! We have back aches from couch, chairs and bed...cooking pans old.... lots of outdated spices, coffee.....not worth the price...

We had a wonderful family vacation. Beautiful weather and such an incredible view of the ocean. Great home for walks near the ocean and just steps away from dining and shopping. Our host, Marci was also very helpful and responsive. We will be back.

Very happy we stayed here. PROS: Previous reviews state it well: the house is comfortable, great layout, cozy beds, we lacked for nothing. Loved the organization and cleanliness of the home. Owner is a wonderful host and communication is good. CONS: We have stayed in Pacific Grove several times and knew exactly where this house was located so we looked forward to staying here. However, it is located in a busy part of town, so expect traffic noise that starts at 6:30 am and doesn't die down till 10pm. We recommend and would stay at this property again :)

We stayed in this house with our son and daughter-in-law in 2021 for Car Week. When Porsche announced that Rennsport Reunion 7 would be at Laguna Seca this fall I booked it again and we added our 10 month old granddaughter to the mix which was fun and the house fits our family nicely. As the pictures show it is right next to the water with only a road and a fence between you and the sea. If you walk down the road you can get to the water down a rocky walk. Beautiful views, very nice house, sufficient parking for two vehicles. And it is close to Monterey, restaurants, etc, but not so close that traffic is overwhelming.

This was our second stay. Perfect location and very comfortable, nicely maintained one story. Panoramic view from 2 directions inside. Kitchen is well equiped and plenty of room for 2 people to work at same time. Easy walk to cannery row.

We had a wonderful stay in Pacific Grove. House was extremely well equipped with everything we needed from family game choices to broad kitchen supplies. Beds were very comfortable. Location was amazing with ocean view, sunsets, and wildlife play on the shore. We would love to come back again.

The location and views were amazing! So fun to watch the seals on the beach - many pups were born when we there! The house was perfect for our group of adult children and grand babies! Well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and relaxing snd easy to find items as cupboards snd closets were well labelled! Comfy beds and beautifully decorated. Nice to have parking also! We do enjoyed our stay!

Very nice location with lots to do, house was clean and well maintained. Lots of extra amenities for our kids to enjoy from board games to play toys to video game systems. Our family loved our stay and the covered parking was a nice bonus!

Beautiful views, comfortable beds, everything we could need, walking distance to Cannery Row. The power went out due to a storm with high winds, there were lanterns, puzzles, games, and other activities in the closet for the family. The owners/property manager were quick to respond to any correspondence. Definitely would stay here again.

Everything went very smooth! Marci was the best property manager we have ever had…she was very easy to reach, attentive, kind, personable and professional. The house is fantastic with fabulous ocean view, lots of sea life. It was very clean and well appointed with everything you could possibly need or want. Wonderful house with incredible views and a very comfortable feel including great beds. The kids enjoyed the books and games available. Everything was well marked and easy instructions. The location was incredible with easy walking distance to lots of things. Also being right on the bike path was ideal. A couple of minor cleanliness issues but nothing too egregious. Overall a wonderful experience and we would be happy to come back another time.

This was a perfect getaway. My two friends and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The ocean view was fantastic. The house was exceptional and very clean. It held up to everything that was listed in VRBO. I look forward to returning sometime in the near future!

We came to Monterey to experience the Aquarium and all the area had to offer. This location was unbelievable- short walk to Cannery Row and the aquarium. And the walk takes you right by the Harbor Seal beach! The home was clean and comfortable with an excellent view of the bay. We could watch dolphins and seals while having coffee. Great trip, we would definitely stay again.

We had such a great time here. This was our second time renting this home and we just loved it! The views are beautiful and the location is perfect.
