We enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed plus extras we didn't know we needed. The yard was beautifully landscaped and great for our dogs. The location was great. We would stay here again.

This cottage was perfect for our stay in Colorado. It was clean, the beds were comfy, and the grounds were beautiful. The surrounding area is a little bit sketchy but nothing scary. We had a great time! There were bunnies and squirrels in the backyard. The little touches like easy close darkening blinds in the master bedroom, spices in the kitchen, and little soaps in the bathroom were appreciated. Perfect VRBO experience.

This is the best rental we've ever rented it had everything that you would need in a household and then some, it was a great location the house was very clean the yard was wonderful the backyard was great for our little dog, the only thing I think it needed was a grab bar in the bathroom for the handicapped that's it, wonderful place to stay highly recommend!

The house was very comfortable and had a lot of little extras. There were dark towels for makeup and lots of extra blankets. There were several games and pantry essentials. My favorite part was comfortable beds and quality linens. I cannot stand scratchy cheap linens. These were so nice! The host was great and easy to communicate with. The house has a beautiful yard and is close to so many things that I like to do when I visit Colorado Springs yearly. I would definitely stay again.

The house was immaculate. It is in a great location. Close to restaurants, grocery store and anything that you may need. Also, very close to all of the attractions we wanted to go to. Ex: Air Force academy, Olympic training center and museum as well as Pikes Peak and Manitou Springs.
Walking distance to Ivywild school which has bars and restaurants. Really cool place!!!
We brought our dogs and the backyard is perfect for them to get some exercise and for the family sit outside in the morning.
We would stay here again for sure. Host was great about communicating and anything we needed she was ready to help.

We were very pleased with this nice older home that has been well taken care of and well stocked with everything needed in kitchen and bathroom. Really enjoyed spending time outdoors both in front and back with comfortable outdoor seating. Very convenient location close to interstate and grocery and restaurants. We will definitely stay again if we have the opportunity to visit Colorado Springs.

We so enjoyed our stay this week-a comfortable, pet friendly, home-lovely fenced grassy yard for our dog to enjoy, while the home was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. So great to sit outdoors in the mornings with our coffee, or have dinner enjoying the cool of the evenings.Lori, the owner, was easy to work with, very helpful, we hope to return often!

Both check in and check out were very smooth. The property is gorgeous, and we enjoyed our morning beverages outside. The single bathroom took a little getting used to, but the four of us made it work. There is no "silent walking" within the home as the pier-and-beam foundation affords many squeaks and creaks. The heavy traffic on Cascade Ave annoyed slightly, but you must remember that you are in a city of more than 400,000 people. A mule deer, as seen in the property pictures, even stopped by for a visit in the front yard our final morning.
If you can't be happy at this place, then you likely won't be happy anywhere. I would definitely stay here again.

Lori was an amazing host and very quick in communicating with me. I absolutely loved the house. As soon as you walked in I felt right at home and so cozy. The house has a nice patio and backyard as well. We had everything we needed and we were so close to stores around the area. The house was right by the street, however we never had any noise complaints. The neighborhood was very safe. I would recommend Lori’s house to anyone staying in Colorado Springs.

I stayed here to attend my daughter’s wedding. The owner couldn’t have been more accommodating. It’s on the same street as my daughter’s house. I hope to stay here again & again, when I go to visit ❤️

The four of us stayed very comfortably in this well appointed home for the week. We were close to everything we wanted to experience and came back each evening to a very relaxing home away from home. Breakfast outside in the mornings was so peaceful and at times we were visited by the local wildlife, deer in fact across the street. We would definitely stay here again away from the crowds but so close to it all.

We had an excellent week in Colorado Springs and absolutely loved this VRBO! We were close to so many activities (zoo, 7 Falls, Manitou Springs, cave of the winds, garden of the gods) but it still had a private and homey feel. The yard and landscaping were beautiful. We enjoyed playing outdoor yard games and sitting on the patio for many meals. The house was well equipped with anything we needed. Lori was very easy to contact and very helpful with anything needed. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to family and friends or if I was staying in Colorado Springs again in the future!

This place was everything and more than we needed. The property owner was very helpful and responsive at anytime. The location to the city and everything we wanted to do was perfect. This little place was so comfy for our 4 days, I will 100% book again since I come to springs a couple times a year. It’s great to have a whole home with off street parking and it’s so quiet at night in this area. We loved it!

We loved staying here! The property is within walking distance of Ivywild and a few other bars and restaurants (burrowing owl notably). We had a lovely time and would stay there again.

I couldn't be happier with my extended stay. I had all the eminities I wanted: house, full kitchen, tree-filled yard, roomy bath, laundry and 2 bedrooms. The bonus were all the thoughtful touches: 2 smart tvs, cozy decor, books, fan, closets, lovely & comfy furniture, too many to name. The owners are about delivering excellent experience and comfort. Walkable to Ivywild (great food & drink coop with fun atmosphere), Natural Grocers, Safeway, liquor, sandwich shops, etc. Nice walkable neighborhood with historic and eclectic homes and properties. Close to so much hiking too.

Classic cottage in the middle of the historic Ivywild neighborhood. Very convenient to many amenities. The neighborhood is going thru a huge renovation, to the betterment of this cute area. Yes there is traffic noise, but that is almost anywhere in the Springs now. The large backyard for my dog was wonderful and the dog fee was reasonable!
