Recently remodeled. It was in good shape before they remodeled but it’s excellent now. The rooms are smaller but cozy and had all the amenities except for a coffee maker. Nice hardwood floors in the room and tiles in the hall and bathroom. The restaurant is opening soon so, the only food was from the bar but it was quite good.

My husband had an early flight out and we decided to stay the night in Springs. Valet was accommodating with our couples massage with Mx Spa at 3pm and our hotel check in at 4pm. The concierge was knowledgeable and informative with the hotel history and neighboring amenities. She also hooked us up with drink vouchers as we already had a dinner reservation, and a breakfast voucher for me, as I would be solo by that time. This is the quietest hotel I have stayed at. The shower in our room was amazing. An oversized shower room with a shower head my 6'2" hubby didn't have to squat under. Very clean, comfortable room. I would love to stay here again.

Nice and comfy. Unsure why I had an accessible room. Hard to hang my long dress in a short closet. But it was too late in the evening, for me, to request a change. Room service was great delivering my requested item!

Wonderful little getaway for my wife and I! Only down fall is no real onsite parking and valet is 40 dollars a day. It well worth it!

Nice downtown location with multiple nearby restaurants.
Two blocks to the Pioneers museum. Staff is great. There are parking options as an alternative to valet parking.

They would be better off to put a smaller bed and place the head of the bed against the wall to the left. The energy was wrong and uncomfortable. The bed itself was awesome as was the food and service.

Jill, from front desk, was the friendliest and most hospitable employee I've ever encountered at a hotel. She was amazing. Hotel was gorgeous and very nice. Room was comfortable.

They have done a beautiful job renovating this hotel. Lobby and rooms are beautiful.
My only complaint is no coffee or tea in the rooms and there were no shelves around bathroom sink so no room to put toiletries and toothbrush and to hang face cloth.

Property has been completely renovated to a lighter, more airy atmosphere. Service is good and comfort is excellent. Awaiting new gourmet Italian restaurant.

Great location, wonderful lobby that hooks up to a great coffee shop. Lobby had activities and felt inviting yet relaxing.

The historic building was interesting and I appreciated the unique qualities of it. The parking was surprisingly off site but it was not an issue, as an enclosed lot was close by, and it took just a short jaunt to reach it.

Top notch decor. Beautiful room! What I didn’t like was a very limited food menu and no paper menu. Food and drink service was very slow. Also, staff was inexperienced at the front desk.
The on-line hotel pics were misleading. There were pics of rooms that didn’t exist including a restaurant. The garden sitting area was bare bones and didn’t resemble the inviting pic. The baby grand piano in the lobby in the pics didn’t exist.

Great hotel with a modern yet historic design. Downtown Colorado Springs has limited options but enough for a night. Would highly recommend if you needed to stay downtown for business.

Weidner field was walking distance to the hotel. We were there for the Jason Aldean concert. Check-in was for 4 pm and we called ahead asking for early check-in and were told there should not be a problem. Got there around 1:30 and we waited till 3:40 pm and room was still not ready. Not what we would expect from this type of hotel for the price we paid. Valet was also going to charge $55 a day when the garage was just across the street and we paid $2. Liked our room but I’m not sure if we will be back with all the other hotel options in CO Springs. No one made us feel welcomed. We felt like we were just there and staff could care less.

My issues with this hotel were organizational and functional. The TV was not working and we tried to call the front desk for assistance. The call numbers went through a switchboard and in trying to get through to the front desk the phone system routed me to what was clearly and Indian call center. When I requested the front desk they sent me back to the front desk which answered and left me on hold for more than 30 minutes before I gave up and walked down stairs. I will say that the hotel was clean and quite and it was also charming. Still the staff was not very welcoming unless they were looking for a tip, the front desk was difficult to get through to, and we never could get the tv to work. All in all it would be hard for me to recommend this to anyone.

Usually we love to stay here and do often…..
Lobby has been remodeled and it’s awful…. Lost ALL of its old Colorado charm…. Too bad…. Looks like every other hotel now……..
No glasses in the room….. Not as orderly as usual……..
